Excellent property, clean, well appointed and directly downtown on the beach. Great location, close to restaurants, and amenities. Direct oceanfront view, right on the boardwalk. Parking a challenge for larger vehicles, but Margie made it work for us!

Great place for family vacation!

What a lovely condo in the heart of Virginia Beach! We enjoyed early morning coffee and after dinner ice cream on the balcony. What a view! Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Great stay on the beach

We had a great time during our stay. The property is so close to the beach and has a great view. The unit was just as the pictures depicted. The parking is not the easiest, we ended up parking in the guest spots more often than our assigned spot since it was easier to get out.

Great Place to Stay!

The rental was perfect. Great location near the beach and shops. Even though it is located on the boardwalk the unit was quiet. The unit was fully stocked with all kitchen appliances, pans, and utensils. It was clean and well maintained. Looks just like the photos. Parking is very tight which was the only downside.

Helpful information and instructions were given ahead of arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and the Condo was readily prepared. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. My parents enjoyed watching the dolphins and the boardwalk activity from the balcony. Another plus, the walls are very thick and well-insulated, and we could not tell that there were other people in the building. Mosaic Cafe is directly across the street which is another bonus.

Great Condo & Location

The condo is in a great location, and is nicely equipped with all we needed for the week. The balcony and view is just perfect - Enjoy the sunrise, your coffee, a drink, or just people watching. Parking is tight however, we had a mid-size SUV and had no issues. We would suggest that you pull into the space, which will make it easier for you to back out. We had a wonderful stay! The weather was beautiful as was the condo. We enjoyed the beach, boardwalk and many of the local attractions including the aquarium, dolphin boat tour, Bush Gardens and the outlets on the one rainy day.

Great trip for my mom's birthday

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was great. If you enjoy people watching, you would get plenty of that from the balcony, and when the doors are closed, you barely hear any of it inside. There are also plenty of areas to explore that are within walking distance of the location. The only downside was how a few people were sitting around outside the property loitering and panhandling throughout the week, (At one point there was a man sitting on his bare bottom on the concrete with beer in hand) , making it slightly uncomfortable when coming in and out. I'm sure this is something any hotel and condo has to deal with, so it's really nothing against the property. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and I would rent from this property again.

LOVED OUR STAY!

I really thought hard about whether I had any complaints and the answer is … NO! This was hands down the best place we have ever stayed on any vacation! The condo was beautiful and so clean. It’s such a relief when you can check in to your condo and not have to feel like you need to clean it before using anything. The location could not be any better it was so conveniently close to many good restaurants, and the market across the street was great for anything we needed. The bathrooms could be updated a little, however it seems the wonderful owners already have this in the plan. The bedroom with the bunk beds was also smaller than it seemed in the pictures but it worked just fine for us. I think we may become regular visitors I am so happy we found a such an amazing place, you can tell the owners truly care about their guests. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Virginia Beach Girls Week

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location to, and view of the beach was incredible. We absolutely loved being able to sit and watch the ocean from both inside and outside of our condo on the patio, The owners have done a beautiful job with the condo and it was well stocked and very comfortable. The boardwalk was a very busy place and mostly nice. The bike lanes were a really great addition to the boardwalk and rentals were available all along the boardwalk for all kinds of bikes, single, double and family bikes. Most of the people we met were very friendly both the locals and those visiting. Our biggest complaint was that the neighborhood around the condo was just okay. The smell of pot was everywhere, even in our supposed "non-smoking" facility. Unfortunately, it was sad to see so many homeless on the beach, the boardwalk and along the main street in front of shops. Leaving the beach area and walking along the main street to the shops felt more like being in the city and not something I felt comfortable doing alone. All that being said, and despite a rainy week, we did enjoy our stay and I thought the condo and its location to the beach and its great view were lovely.

A New Place To Explore on March Break

My wife and I like to try new places on our March Break. For budget reasons we try and stay in places we can get to in one/two days by car. The trip to Virginia Beach for us was just over 12 hours, so a perfect distance. We did some research so we knew temperatures would be cool but we had a couple of really nice days at the end of the trip that were a great way to wrap things up. The property was everything we'd hoped for. The outside of the building was a bit old and weathered so we were worried when we first arrived, but the condo was beautiful. Newly renovated, clean and the location was amazing. Right on the beach and the boardwalk with an incredible view of the ocean. Each morning we woke up to watch giant ships passing by, dolphins playing in the surf and the occasional fighter jet swooshing by on training runs. We were centrally located, so many restaurants were close and within walking distance. Our culinary adventures were fantastic...finding delicious food was certainly not a problem and we were really impressed with meal options, although there was a full kitchen if you wanted to cook your own. I can only imagine what a summer trip would be like, but if you are a beach bum you couldn't get a better place...literally 10 steps to the boardwalk from the building and 20 steps to the HUGE beach. Thanks to Margie, the property manager, who was in constant touch with updates we needed to know in order to maximize our stay. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was spotless, nice balcony to have breakfast and watch the dolphins. Very nice master bathroom. We will definitely book this place again. Margie was very helpful with our reservation. Parking is tight, but we managed with a Honda Pilot.
