Mayaland es un oasis privado escondido de la carretera principal pero conveniente para todo. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios fue diseñada a medida para que su estancia sea perfecta en todos los sentidos. La casa principal tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un moderno concepto de diseño abierto. La cocina del chef incluye todo lo que necesita para hacer la comida más complicada. Cene dentro o fuera y disfrute del entorno sereno.

La sala de estar abierta incluye un sofá cama construido para dormir cómodamente 2 niños o un adulto. Separado de la casa principal hay una encantadora casita que incluye una cama tamaño queen y su propio baño. La casita tiene un techo Palapa que le recordará que usted está en México y aún tiene todas las comodidades modernas de un hotel de lujo.

La casa está rodeada por una valla de privacidad que rodea la piscina y el jacuzzi junto con la cocina al aire libre. Escuche la cascada que desemboca en la piscina y duerma plácidamente lejos del ruido de la carretera. Salga de cualquier habitación al jardín y nunca querrá irse. El hogar y la casita dormirán cómodamente 7 adultos o 6 adultos y 2 niños pequeños.

We had a great experience at Mayaland! There were three adults and two children for our 8 day stay and we used all the bedrooms. They were great.Lots of fresh water was stocked, a wonderful guacamole kit was provided upon arrival, too. Mariana was extremely responsive with anything that came up. She even went above and beyond picking us up from the ferry when our flight was extremely delayed and we were unable to pick up the golf carts the evening of our arrival.Pool and hot tub were excellent and the seating area outside is where we spent majority of our time at home. Would highly recommend.

The house was absolutely amazing we had 2 couples staying. Everything was as listed in ad. The beds are very comfortable the showers are great the house had everything. The pool and hot tub were fabulous we used them every day. This was our 13th trip to the island and I would stay here again. Mariana was great to work with she handled everything perfectly.

Private Tropical Oasis

The house was unexpectedly wonderful and just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Private backyard made it seem like we were alone and we had at least two days where we did not leave the property because we just wanted some low-key time. There was fresh water always available The house was beautiful and we even had a spacious rooftop space for sunrises, sunsets, and even some morning yoga.

Peace and Love

Walking in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It is a beautiful home with a boho feel tucked in on the quiet south side of the island. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and pool. We never needed to call the management because everything was perfect. We often went to Kin Ha for their beach club, which was laid-back and affordable. Having The Joint so close for their food and fantastic music was also excellent.

Hidden oasis

This property is beautiful and has everything you need. I saw in previous posts that said the hot tub was not hot, that was not the case, it got hot for us and was a wonderful addition. Sunrise on the roof top is beautiful. There were fresh water dispensers in the house and casita were a nice touch. Plenty of towels and there were beach towels for each guest. The bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer and dryer worked well. If you get a golf cart there is an area you can park it within the gates. We will be back!

Loved Mayaland!

We loved our stay at Mayaland! Beautiful home, great for a family or couples as there are 3 bedrooms with full baths. All the conveniences of home, maximum 10 minute walk to Punta Sur, Kin Ha and Garrafin. Quick taxi or bus ride to north beach. Pool and patio are lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Secluded Home

This was my first time visiting this beautiful home and came highly recommended by a friend who has stayed in the home on 3 separate occasions. This home is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The home was clean and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main streets.

5 day break

The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. The cat was a character and stayed with us when we were outside.

The best time!

We loved Casa Mayaland and the southern island area! We had everything we needed, well stocked and beautiful, safe property. Will definitely return! Ice cold AC and the pool were great after long days in the sun!

Isla Mujeres vacation

What a great space for vacation. The outdoor living area is absolutely gorgeous. The house is fully stocked with anything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Mayaland NICE!!!

Everything about Mayaland was great! Such a nice place to relax. I know other reviews talk about "Gato" but she is cool and greeted us upon every return. I to am allergic to cats so pet her with a stick, she likes that!

Year end vacation

We were at Mayaland the end of Dec 2023 into the new year. Overall a pleasant stay. Team was very responsive when we had questions or issues. 2 areas of concern: 1. The water pressure wasn't the best. They did come to fix it but not all showers had better pressure after. 2. There is a cat on the premises which was not noted in the listing. They got rid of it for a few hours the first day but it came back and did not leave the whole 6 days we were there. There were signs posted on the property not to feed the cat but we did see cat food in the house. Which means the owner knows of the cat. If you are afraid of or allergic to cats, please be aware. My husband is allergic so he was sneezing alot while we were there but the cat didn't bother us too much.

Spectacular stay

There is nothing we wanted for. I booked this property for 2 couples. We wanted a little oasis to relax in and thats exactly what we got. It was so clean, very comfortable, and had an excellent vibe. We were happy to be down at the quiet end of the island, and enjoyed the drive along the water when we wanted to go to Centro or the Colonias. I have no complaints about the property at all. The hot tub never got more than a few degrees warmer than the pool, but this was not an issue for us at all. I would book again in a heartbeat. Wish I was still there! For us, the best bonus was the kitty that lived in the yard, very friendly and adorable. She's not allowed in the house, so if you have allergies, no worries.

Best vacation home on the island!

This property was so beautiful and well kept. It comfortably fit 7 of us and we had a blast. The directions for the place from the ferry dock was clear and understandable. Our host was super communicative. 10/10 no notes.

Beautiful Property.

Gorgeous property in an “off the beaten path” location. Which was perfect for our family (6 adults and 1infant). We rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay, this is a must for any kind of exploring and shopping. There is no phone in the house for local calls, so unless you have a Mexico phone/data plan you cannot contact cabs or order food. The wifi was mostly very good, but at times non existent, so again you were stuck if you didn’t have your own plan to call cabs or food. This is not a complaint, but just advice. It is truly great to be away from the busy area and just enjoy your family. Kitchen was the best of any place we have ever rented, and we have been renting for years. Very well equipped and lacked for nothing, so if you plan to cook a lot, as we did, it is perfect. The outdoor space is great. The deck is in need of some repairs however and was a little unsafe for an 11 month old baby. Pool area is amazing, we emptied the skimmer ourselves once or twice a day because there is a lot of foliage. We also swept the deck area often, again because of the infant and large amount of tree droppings. If there was any negative, it was probably this. In the 9 days we stayed, the pool staff only showed once and did minimal cleaning. Same with the gardener. The debris took away from how spectacular the space is. Any issues we did have were addressed promptly and resolved very quickly. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Beautiful property! This was our second time on the island and we had another wonderful experience. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we were looking for our vacation. Check in was easy and efficient. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you would need for functioning kitchen. A/C worked well. Plenty of room for 6 people. Pool and hot tub are awesome. We loved this place. Only issue we had was how to start the oven. No temperature dial so had to guess but it worked out. We will definitely be back to Isla Mujeres and we would definitely stay at Mayaland again!

Could of been better!

Check in with Jan was great! The house on the inside was as pictured. The outside was way out dated. I fell through the deck by the bbq pit just walking and busted my leg. It’s all weak wood over there. The pool was dirty with leaves on the top and bottom. I called maintenance and the number didn’t match the booklet inside. Emailed and they did respond promptly to clean the pool. They only skimmed the top and left the bottom full of leaves. The 2nd day there we got in the pool and played some music but it was all before 9pm and the neighbor to the right looking at the gate threatened to call the cops on us for music. We are in our 45-55 range and we’re not crazy loud. The other side of neighbors were great! I do not go on vacation to sit in the house! I would remove the suitcase showing under the 2nd bedroom in the house wrapped in Saran Wrap as it made everyone feel uncomfortable. We called for a massage in the book and the number was not the right one. The booklet inside needs updated for sure. The day before we left they cleaned the pool great but it should be cleaned before arrival. I texted Jan for he is a masseuse our last night there and he showed and and gave a great massage! I will not return to this property. Inside of the house stays cold and utilities worked great.

Beautiful and quiet

This property is stunning. The house is as it looks in the pictures beautiful and spacious. House was clean, the a/c worked great, and had no issues. It’s out of the hustle of the city but not far from anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again. Jean and Alex were awesome hosts!!
