Daytona Biketoberfest yearly stay

Wonderful Beachfront Property

Unit A104 is finished out nicely. Comfortable and very light/bright, perfect for a beach stay.The kitchen is well stocked with any dish/pot you might require.All beds slept well. Location on the pool is perfect.

access to flagler, pool, partial view of ocean, access to beach --- all was great. stayed in new smyrna beach maybe over 50 times. would go back here.

Beautiful rental property, looks exactly like the pictures. The mattress and pillows in the main bedroom were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper too. Best part is the kitchen is overstocked! I'm used to rentals having the bare minimum as far as dishes/cutlery/glassware, this place has more than enough of everything. The pool is about five feet from the condo, the beach maybe 100ft, and there are multiple restaurants and bars within a block or two. Win-San is a great rental, if we come back to New Smyrna I will definitely book here again.

The only bummer is difficultly with getting wifi...had to call spectrum Tvs didn't work in bedrooms even after I plugged them in. Would have been nice to get a list of what to bring...tp, paper towels? I thought the condos were supposed to be set with stuff after getting off a plane.

Great week

Check in and out process very easy. All questions to property manager answered quickly. The condo was comfortable and made us feel at home. Quick access to pool, beach/ocean, and Flagler Ave. enough room from Flagler Ave to not hear the noise. You can walk to stores and restaurants. We are here during off season. The guests in condo seemed mostly to be regulars. All guests were polite and respectful of others. I have stayed other places on this beach. This is my favorite! I like that the gates are locked which prevents locals from using pool area. There was a helpful binder with maps and area info. Simple check in/ out and use of condo instructions. The only item we had to go out and get was hand soap for the bathrooms. Wonderful place. We will be back!

Wonderful!

Our family has been coming to Win-San for over 30 years now and have stayed in several units. I have to say this unit (A-104) is by far our favorite. The beds are excellent, memory foam! The linens were wonderful. Obvious the owners put thought into their purchases for the unit. From finish out to decor and stocked kitchen we could not be more pleased!We will be selecting this unit for our next visit. Also a big thank you to the team at NSB for making the booking and check-in process so easy and also for checking on us during our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in a very nice unit. Carly was very nice and very efficient! We love to stay at Win-San. The towels and face cloths weren't up to Win-San standards, but Carly said that would be better next year. Looking forward to next year, if our health allows us to come!!🤗

I would rate the accommodations as very good. The bedding was probably the best I have slept on. I actually plan on buying a nectar bed after sleeping on the one in A104. Really made my back feel better. Thank you. I would of rated the condo as excellent except the Main TV was old and small, and the spectrum remote was not synced with the TV. The weather wasn't very good so we watched allot of TV. We love the WinSan and will be back two more times this summer. It was also nice meeting a few of the owners. They all were very nice.

Great location Nice Condo Needs more towels and wash cloths Second bedroom has 2 single beds. I would recommend adding a twin bed with a single. Master bedroom was very nice.

Great Condo!

We love WinSan and this was our first stay in this unit. It's well stocked and the beds are comfortable! First floor location which is fantastic. We had our 4 kids with us and they are very well-behaved. However, the “owners” and some seasonal renters were very annoying during the stay. There were numerous families with kids staying at WinSan and when they were all around the pool, the older people got upset. I the spring break would be a good time to leave if you live there or buy a condo where weekly rentals aren't an option.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Win-San in Unit A-104 and hope to be able to return next year. There were a few maintenance issues, which were kindly handled by the Realty company. Hopefully, the dishwasher will be in full repair when we return. In general, the unit needs some updating and repair. Blinds are in poor shape, for example. In particular, we had some concerns regarding the use of the Hot Water Heater closet being used for storage of many items, including linens, all of which were literally jammed around the hot water heater. It seemed to be an unsafe situation to us. Hopefully, these comments will be received in the spirit in which they were intended...with a few tweaks, you could have a four star hotel! K.

A-104 overall good with a few improvements

Great location off Flagler ave. The grounds are well kept with a great pool. The unit itself is nice. Great kitchen with all the needed items. Only gripe was the ice maker was so slow. Ended up buying bagged ice at 7-11 across the street. Big dining table to seat 6 and plenty of seating in the living room. The furniture was kind of dirty. Could use a steam clean for sure. The beds were very comfortable. One headache was that you needed a key for everything. Kind of a haste with kids. Upgrade to keypads. Overall had a nice time. Walk anywhere from here. Give it a 7 out of 10.

Great Vacation. Kate and Team were great to work with

Kate and the NSB team were so easy and energetic to work with. From communication leading up to getting there through following up after we left. I sent a review,last night.Tired after flying.I wanted to let you know,We Love the Win-San condos!However,they are getting outdated and the furniture is so old!There are a few nice condos but they were reserved for July so we had to take the condo.that was outdated.We will be back!

Summer Vacation

Up keep is not quite what it used to be.Lots of pool/beach toys,everywhere and left overnight on the lawn.Two of the five clothes washers were broken.Our unit was nice but the bathrooms needed to be updated.The twin beds should be a twin and a Queen bed.Its hard to sleep on a twin bed,when you're an adult.No Vistors parking.Everything else was Great!We can't wait to return and see the completed construction project!
