La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá grande, un sofá de dos plazas y un sillón reclinable, lo que les brinda a todos el espacio que necesitan para ver una película, leer un libro o incluso simplemente sentarse y socializar frente al televisor después de un largo y divertido día. The house was perfect for our family getaway to South Padre Island. The pool was wonderful and nice and relaxing and being so close to the beach was awesome for the kids! Not to mention the beach gear credit was super cool to get would definitely stay here again if we visit later on!

Great price, location and pool!

This property was exactly what we thought it was. Great price for an excellent location. Pool was nice and was walking distance to the beach. Really close to rental places as well. Definitely would stay again.

Family getaway

We have stayed at this house before as we love the location and the space/pool. The only thing was the water pressure was low when showering and the pool was too hot at times. We had a great time and hope to be back!!

My family and I stayed at this condo this week in early had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo itself is nicely decorated , with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for many meals. We really enjoyed with easy access beach. The house nicely and had a wonderful pool where we spent many hours. We enjoyed Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing Thank you.

End of summer getaway

The property was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. There wasn't a hot tub which we were looking forward to. It's also 2 separate units that can be rented out as 1. The bottom unit is completely closed off from the top floor, so you have to go outside and access stairs to get into the top unit. We'd stay again.

Great Place

We had a small issue with the keyless entry, called SPI and within minutes they had someone onsite and fixed quickly. No other issues. The house shows some wear but we weren't there very much so it had no affect on our stay. The location was great as well.

Needs more work!

Great location, very close to the beach literally a 2 min walk! Pool was great, very spacious. However the house does need a lot of improvements starting with the restrooms, very old shower heads literally felt like no water was coming out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, 2nd bedroom sheets were stain but my guess is because of how old the are stains don’t wash off.

Above Average

This house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and very well kept. The house actually has two separate living areas, which was very nice for our group. Location was great also. I would say they could improve a bit on supplies in the house. Also, grill was junk and didn't know it until we had already bought food for the grill. But overall it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. SPI was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy for us.

Met our Expectations

This property met our family of eights needs very nicely. It was close to the beach, had four bedrooms that slept everyone very comfortably and the rental company had great customer service. Had to call them a couple times and they were very responsive. Property itself is a no frills property. Amenities, furniture and physical space are all made for the beach, rough short term renters and lots of wear and tear. If you're looking for something posh this isn't your property. Kids loved the pool as did the adults. The separate downstairs suite was great for the grandparents.

Overall nice time. Enjoyed pool the most. Plenty of towels. Wished it had washer and dryer. Low shower pressure and missing some needed cooking utensils. A few cosmetic items like broken blinds, shower head and missing a few knobs in kitchen. But location great. Beds very comfortable. Convenient to get keys and check out. Wish there was a way to Access the pool from the back. And unfinished patio area was a bit of an eye sore. But would recommend this property.

Overall, a good spacious place to stay.

This house was great in the fact that it was very spacious for a family/friends. Some things you'll need to bring yourself, because it was not provided: salt, pepper, coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, cleaning spray (for counters and whatnot). Those are just some items I'm used to seeing at rental homes that were not provided here. The freezer takes a long time to freeze your items, so just keep that in mind. Overall, this was a decent house in a great location... everything is at your fingertips.

I was very disappointed when we got to the house because it was not clean and I called several times before my arrival to make sure the house was clean sanitized due to COVID-19. The floors were not cleaned you could see hairs all over the place from the prior guest and dead bugs on the wall. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and full of greasy as well as all the fans in the house were very dirty. The bathrooms were not clean either and you can tell the cleaning crew does not care to clean the base boards or doors because they were filthy. My daughter and I had to disinfectant the bathrooms to feel a bit more comfortable. I did call the office about this issues and a lady came over very quickly and just cleaned the floors again and left. The Pool was the only thing that was ok because even the balcony was full or hair and bottle caps. It's a very cute house and should be better taken care of because now it needs a lot of up keep. We should get our cleaning fee back because we had to clean during our vacation. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and make sure tour cleaning crew is doing their jobs properly especially during these Covid-19 times.
