Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.

Welcome to 127 E. Constellation! This gorgeous 2 -story private home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, and has all the coastal charm you could ask for. Enter the front door through the first-floor entryway and be greeted by a beautiful open concept living room with ample seating around a large flat-screen TV with pool table, foosball, and air hockey tables to enjoy game night with the family. Just off the first floor living room is a small kitchen area and the first guest bedroom equipped with a full size bed. The second guest bedroom will be equipped with two twin size beds. Take the stairs up to the 2nd Floor into the main living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen will be fully equipped with your pots, pans, and cookware essential to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and provides a king size bed, flat-screen TV, private master bathroom. Guests have the option between two guest bedrooms also located on the 2nd floor. The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and the second bedroom a queen size bed. Both have access to a shared guest bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. The 2nd floor also features a large balcony to enjoy the tropical views of South Padre Island!

When you're ready to be on the beach with your toes in the sand, take a short walk to the nearby beach access. It's just 1/2 block from your front door! Come enjoy your stay at 127 E. Constellation and begin your island life!

Every stay at Gazca Beach House includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Plenty of space. The basement game room was great. The location was great- just a short block to the beach. The master bed and couch were not very comfortable and should be updated, but overall it was clean and we had a good stay here.

Excellent vacation at lovely home

What a beautiful place to spend a family vacation! Not only were we a very short walk to the beach but the house was spacious and comfortable. Also, when we had questions the host was quick to respond! Overall a wonderful place to stay for our entire group.

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier with the location--walking distance to the beach access and WannaWanna Bar and Grill. Everything was as advertised, balcony has great views and is a nice place to relax. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Super comfortable and spacious home!

This big spacious house was everything we needed for my family and our weekly stay. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach, the super large game room (we all enjoyed) and the five bedrooms was more than enough. We are definitely looking forward to staying here for our next summer vacation.

Great Place for Family Fun

This property is a quick walk to the beach access. Very spacious, multiple entertainment factors, and well stocked with items. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a large entertaining space or for large families.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful month long stay. Access to the beach is great. SPI was very good to work with and they quickly responded to a couple needs and requests. The only downside of the rental is that it doesn't have a dishwasher but overall it is an awesome house.

This is an amazing property great for complete family fun. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The house was extremely clean and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family. This definitely a great spot for a long weekend or a long week. I highly recommend this property.

Huge House, Close to the Beach

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With adult kids and teenagers, we needed lots of room and this house had it! Two living and kitchen areas, games, large balcony and plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Very close walking distance to the beach, no problem schlepping beach stuff to and from the house.

Awesome space! Quick walk to the beach

My stay was great! I enjoyed having the living room with pool table/air hockey/ foosball was perfect for those times when were relaxing in the house. It was perfect for our big group. The walk to the beach was short and it was easy to pop over there and back to the house without having to worry about parking. Another great thing was the quick walk to wanna wanna for drinks and food. We will stay here again!

Perfect Rental

This is the perfect place to stay at. Very spacious home, with everything you need to feel like at home. One thing for sure, AC works great. The beach is at walking distance and close to many places where you can find fun entertainment. Has a nice spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the morning or evening. Great place to stay!! I highly recommend this beautiful spacious beach house.

Location location

A clean spacious wonderful house 2 minutes from toes in the sand! This house had most everything we needed for our extended stay. Lower level was the favorite with a bar and games for all to enjoy. Billiards, foos ball and air hockey along with tv lounging area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed coffee on the top front patio/deck and lots of sun and grilling at lower back patio. Responsive rental company and easy check in. A quiet safe area with friendly folks.

Great place for the family

The house is clean, well organized, well stocked with every kitchen utensil needed, and easy to get around. The SPI support staff over the phone are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. For example, the city of SPI had a power outage, and though our property was not impacted, SPI customer service was proactive about texting updates related to the outage and offering phone support should we need it. Great home to hang indoors after spending a day out in the sun and beach. We would have preferred the website description was more explicit about every kitchen utensil available, as we packed a lot of tools that ended up actually already being available at the home. We hope to use SPI rentals in the future because the whole process was smoot, and the property was clean and relaxing for the whole family.

SPI Rentals not worth the hassle

SPI Rentals are the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been using VRBO for quite some time now and this was my worst experience! SPI Rentals required I send a copy of my ID and credit card, despite the fact that I booked online through a secure sign in. I wasn’t comfortable doing so. As a result I was forced to physically go the SPI Rents office and present both and ID and credit card. The receptionists were not friendly and quite rude. This was the last time I stay at an SPI Rentals property. There are so many other options, I don’t need to do business with a company like SPI Rentals.

As outlined in the rental agreement you signed, all guests are required to complete identity and payment verification to protect both our guests and property owners from fraudulent activity. This process ensures that the name on the reservation matches the guest’s ID, credit card, and rental agreement. If the verification is not completed within 72 hours of booking, we require it be done in person. We understand this additional step may have felt inconvenient, and we’re sorry that your experience at our office did not feel welcoming. That said, guests have 48 hours after booking to cancel penalty free if they change their mind or do not agree with the terms, and we strive to be as transparent as possible in our communication and policies.
