Bienvenido a 6502 Fountain Way, nuestro "Tortuga by the Sea!" Esta casa privada se encuentra dentro de las Villas de South Padre, una subdivisión cerrada frente al mar con piscina comunitaria y bañera de hidromasaje. La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 4 y 1/2 baños, una espaciosa cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y comedor, además de un pintoresco rincón de lectura, sala de estar secundaria, cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora, ¡y mucho más!

Ya sea que viaje con su familia, un grupo de amigos o busque una escapada romántica con mucho espacio, sabemos que le ENCANTARÁ esta casa.
Los huéspedes tienen la opción de dos Master Suites y dos habitaciones de invitados. La primera Master Suite cuenta con una espaciosa cama King, TV de pantalla plana grande, amplio vestidor y un tranquilo balcón privado. El baño tiene una bañera de gran tamaño, además de una ducha a ras de suelo. La segunda suite principal abarca todo el tercer piso, cuenta con una acogedora cama King, baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo y su propio balcón. Los huéspedes también tienen la opción de un tercer dormitorio, equipado con una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño adjunto, o el cuarto dormitorio de invitados, con dos literas con literas inferiores de tamaño completo y literas superiores de dos camas. El cuarto dormitorio también tiene un baño adjunto con ducha a ras de suelo y un televisor de pantalla plana masivo. ¡Es la habitación perfecta para niños, adolescentes o adultos jóvenes!

Awesome beach house!

Every year we go to South Padre we rent this property and love it. It holds our large family and is beautifully decorated! It's a close walk to the beach and everything we need! Love our beach trip!

Spacious, clean & in great location

Great Location! Steps from a gated pool, baby pool and hot tub. And a quick walk to the beach! Garage is stocked with beach supplies (toys, tents, wagon, chairs). Spacious and clean, this house is great for our small family reunion.

We loved, loved, loved this property! Our extended family visited for our kids' spring break. The property was perfect! Spacious and clean and proximate to the beach and restaurants.

Great Space

We loved the property, private beach access, and proximity to the pool. Would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels, and towels to dry dishes, but overall great experience. Would book the space again.

Family Beach Vacay

Lovely time at the Tortuga by the Sea rental. It was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable home with great attention to detail. Great for large groups to be together and have privacy with the great layout of bedrooms. Clean, convenient and just a two block walk to the beach.

Tortuga by the sea rating

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The staff is and helpful and we were able to get in early. The bunk bed room is perfect for my three granddaughters. It's a beautiful house, close by the ocean. We have stayed there for the last few years and will continue to keep staying there in the future. Everyone had a great time!

The house was perfect for 2 families with 6 kids. Great space for the kids to be kids and enough room for both families with separate living areas. Rental company was great to work with. We ran out of LP gas and they had someone bring a replacement right away. Location is great!

Perfect house for our family

This house was huge and so convenient for going to the beach or pool, roughly 1-2 minutes each. Having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was perfect for our three teenage daughters. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. We also had a sense of safety with it being in a gated community. Can't wait to go back to SPI and stay at this house. We highly recommend this property.

South Padre gem.

This property was so comfortable. Excellent floor plan for a group of three couples. Huge kitchen, dining area, gathering great room area. Excellent house size for spreading out and having your own space when you wanted. Great beds, bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (with the exception of too few dish towels provided, though not an issue). Very clean!

Beautiful home

The space is huge - plenty of room for the group of 10 of us. We enjoyed the community pool - actually we were the only ones at the pool all week! Easy beach access - we walked the beach every day, but with windy conditions, relaxed poolside rather than beachside. The host was accessible and responded immediately to all questions. I suggest people read all of the information before booking - the community to very strict about guests and does not allow others to visit property. We have family in the area and they were not allowed to visit our rental home. This is clearly outlined in the property details. It would have been nice to have some flexibility with this; however, I understand why this is the case given spring break crowds. Overall - beautiful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Lacks the Basics

I was torn between Average and Below Average rating and here is why. Our flight arrived later in the evening, we had to pick up the garage door opener from the SPI location that definitely was a little off the beaten path or maybe just a hang out for workers? As for the actual location and stay. The set up was nice, beds were actually comfortable. The things that I have experienced at many other home rentals were definitely less than favorable. Simple things like: coffee filters for the coffee pot, salt and pepper, the pots and pans were well well used, we are at the beach, but no beach towels, all the beach essentials stated that were for us to use were completely broken down from the chairs to the umbrella. Definitely a beautiful house, but what we would consider the basics were not included.

Great vacation house

We had a wonderful time at the Tortuga by the Sea. It is a large, cozy home with all the needed amenities for a vacation. My family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the community pool, and the security offered by this property. The management company did a great job making the house charming and hospitable. We hope to make it back again soon.

Beautiful vacation home

I have booked this beautiful vacation home for the past several years! I love the newly renovated beach decor! The house is close to the pool and beach! It is always neat and clean when my family arrives. Easy to book and check in! Just perfect for my large extended family! We have everything from babies and toddlers to teenagers! Love it !
