Bien conocido por su Surf, es uno de los mejores lugares para surfear en Nueva Inglaterra. Ve a Summer Sessions Surf Shop en la calle, donde puedes alquilar tablas de surf y recibir clases. Beach House

Great location, quite neighborhood and walking distance from Rye Beach! We also had plenty of room for the family and the best part is that it’s pet friendly! If you are in Rye beach, this is the perfect place, we will definitely be back!

A great Thanksgiving week vacation

I brought my family together for Thanksgiving - lots of fun walking to the beach, watching the surfers. Plenty of room for puzzling, eating, and just enjoying some quality time together. Best kitchen set up of any rental I have had.

Fantastic family surf vacation!

Great location! We had a fabulous time at Surfers Getaway! Ken & Amy have thought of everything and were fabulous communicators from start to finish. We have been renting in Rye for 8 years and this one is a gem!

Vacation with Friends

property is ideally placed for beach days! It has all of the amenities to manage the beach, rainy days and general fun. Owner does a great job communicating and letting you what is going on. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed over thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our group. One of the cleanest houses we’ve ever rented and a great open layout for everyone to hangout. Can only imagine how great it would be in the summer!

Family Time at an amazing beach house!

Had a great week- it will remain a special moment in my life, so glad we could be with all of our family and enjoy surfers getaway! This place had everything, beach wagons, tents, a pinball game and plenty of room to unwind it’s a short walk to the beach. I want to go back soon!

Wonderful Location

Well maintained older home with 5 minute walk to state beach, as well asdog-friendly beach (early and late in the day). All the beach toys, chairs, wagon needed for acccess. Parking room for 4-5 cars, room to entertain out back. Helpful owner. Loved our stay.

Rye Beach vacation

We spent a week at this house. We had a great time. The backyard is very comfortable and a great place to hang out. And the pool table in the basement was an added bonus. Ken is a great host.

Perfect spot near the beach

This trip entitled of us just using the house as a sleeping spot for our softball tournament. But let me tell you, there is so much this house has to offer; 2 min walk to the beach, has everything you need for the beach in the shed, parking you can fit 7 cars easily in the driveway. House accommodations are wonderful from sleeping arrangements to pool table downstairs! I would highly recommend staying here and will be a repeat customer in the future!

Awesome, home away from home

Very clean, well supplied, we had a party of 11 and had plenty of room for everyone. We were there to go deep sea fishing and the grill, patio, pool table were all great additions to make a very memorable stay. The kitchen was well supplied pots, pans, spices and some extras we had forgotten to pack. It truly felt like home away from home and we've already booked another stay for this fall. Linens, towels, bedding and beds were all fully supplied and very comfortable. On top of all of that the owners are very nice and very responsive to assist your stay in anyway.

Quiet Gem, Easy Walk to Beach

We had a variety of options when looking for a seacoast rental but opted for this one and boy were we impressed. The house is very clean and had all the necessities to stay in a home. The walk to the beach was so easy that we did it multiple times per day with an infant. The owners are very kind and accommodating. We had multiple family members renting nearby and felt that we really had the best house in the area. Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Over the moon happy = ) Highly recommend this rental property!

Our family LOVED this getaway. We enjoyed the pool table downstairs, the lovely backyard and grill, and above all, the immaculate cleanliness of the house overall. It really is just a couple minutes to walk to the beach (or to the corner where you can brose the Surf Shop and get food from the restaurants there at the corner.) Communication with the owner was absolutely awesome, friendly and professional. We were so lucky to find this gem! Thank you to our hosts!

Surfer's Getaway - Highly Recommended

The Surfer's Getaway host is great. They have thought about everything at this house. They provided anything we could possibly need for the beach, for rainy days, and for convenience. The location is perfect for surfers or casual beach-goers. Our large family prepared meals together and ate on the back patio with a nice summer breeze. The kids had a great time rummaging around the local Summer Sessions surf shop. We hope to be back again!

Top Notch

My extended family and I had a wonderful stay at Ken and Amy’s property. The home was well supplied with everything we could need and so clean! Over the last 16 years we’ve stayed at many rentals in the area. This was exceptionally clean. Terrific patio area outside was great for morning coffee and shaded in time for family dinner. Forgot your beach wagon? Chair? Boogie board? All provided, and in great shape—not the cast-offs you find in some places. Linens and towels provided is a great bonus; new washer and dryer—good sized for the beach towels you’ll accumulate especially If vacationing with kids. The house is a short walk to the beach; so close you have no excuse to miss sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. Ken was very responsive to any questions that came up while we planned our trip and while we were there. Great host, great property.

Awesome beach house!!

My brother and my families stayed here for a week in July. There were 4 kids and 4 adults. We had a blast. The house is as advertised. Just a short walk to the best beach in Rye (Jeness). The house was super clean, was clearly well kept up, and well stocked. The pool table in the basement was a great bonus and the kids spent a lot of time down there. It has everything you need: wifi, washer.dryer, outdoor shower, amazing patio/grill, beds for everyone, two full baths, parking for multiple cars, etc. The little stores at the end of the street had breakfast and lunch and dinner food. We even got surf lessons as the surf shop also at the end of the street (so much fun and very reasonable). Our only quibble was there were only two AC units, which meant two bedrooms were fairly hot. There are lots of fans though. AND there is another AC unit you can hook up if you feel like doing that (which we ended up not doing). Regardless, the owner Ken is super responsive to questions etc. We were very pleased overall and highly recommend.

Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this Rye beach property. We needed a stress break and started looking for a dog friendly place between NH or Mass as we live in Maine. This home is a 10 minute walk to Rye beach area where the tide goes out quite a ways and even at half tide there is a significant beach area. We ran the dogs on the beach every morning and they loved it. Lots of other friendly people and dogs. We brought blankets from home to cover the owner’s couch and comforter just in case sandy dog paws found their way onto the furniture and this helped us all relax and know we and dogs were respecting and protecting the owner’s property. The floors are mostly wood or tile, perfect for dogs, beach, and family friendly. Kitchen well appointed. Lots of basics in cupboards if you forget something. Games and puzzles if you enjoy those. There is a second floor bedroom area that is carpeted and has crib, double, twin and separate king with a bathroom on that level. Our adult son joined us and he enjoyed having a bedroom on that level. The yard looks wonderful and we hope to come back sometime in warmer weather. Really fun, beautiful area.

Close to beach, great summer getaway

We had a great time here in July, walking to the beach and surfing. We loved the proximity to Summer Sessions, which is such a gem. The rental has everything you would want for a summer vacation. Some of our favorites were the kid toys, grill, beach toys, wagon, and surf boards. We mostly used the outdoor shower instead of the indoor bathrooms, since it was so nice to shower outside in the summer. We had one issue with a lot of dog hair in the unit and a strong dog odor. The owner seemed unaware of this when we brought it up. We spent a bit of time with a lint roller and vacuum, and it was mostly OK afterwards. Ken was responsive when we emailed about it. They didn't offer a discount on the current stay, but offered discounts for future rentals. For $8000 a week we didn't expect the dog cleanliness issue, but understand that can happen with guests. Overall, a nice beach family vacation in a beautiful part of Rye.

Ken Started his business in the wake of the great recession, Focusing on property management, devolopment and brokering. They have two young girls, Morgan born in 2016, and Kennedy born in 2017. They dedicate most of there free time to the Beach house, family, and friends
