Beach Weekend

This was an excellent property while not right on the beach it was merely steps away. It was just as pictured and we enjoyed our long weekend here.

Short walk to the beach

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

PCB Stay 2020

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beach house! Everything was so clean and the location from the beach was just a short walk. Also loved that it had its own fenced in pool in the back yard! Will definitely be booking again!!

Fall Break Getaway

This property was in a perfect location! You were steps to the beach and several restaurants and attractions. The house was nice for 3 families with kids to hang out! Would highly recommend.

Vacation Bliss!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Jessica was incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Pool was a major plus, shaded around the late afternoon and so relaxing. Thank you Jessica for the opportunity to stay here!

Absolutely wonderful!

We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. Our family will definitely book again!

The property is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and several bars. Nice outdoor space and lots of room inside. Good communication from the owner with a simple check out process.

Great rental

Very clean and well kept property. Property owner is accessible and an excellent communicator. Unit includes very nice beach towels, beach chairs, and wagon. Easy walk to the beach access.

Perfect Vacation home

We were very pleased with the property, it was exactly the same as the pictures listed on here. Very clean, great location, and the pool was such a nice amenity to have!! Five star home away from home

Jessica’s house was the perfect place for us to take our kids and grandkids for a PCB vacation! The house has been thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared for families to relax and enjoy each other, the beach and the private pool! Highly recommend this 5 star home away from home! Thank you Jessica!

Amazing place!

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. Jessica was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful and eveything was very nice. The host thought of all the extras with lots of towels, trash bags, even a few kcups. She was very responsive and helped us check in when we had problems with the app. We would recommend this host/house to family and friends.

Very Happy!

Beautiful, very short walk to the beach. There is a reason it has so many 5 star reviews. Very comfortable with 12 people. The host was amazing making sure we had everything we needed.

Great townhome with great location! Literally a minute walk to the beach, spacious, clean, and most importantly, the host.... she was the best I've ever worked with! I've booked with Venmo for years, but she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you need! Highly recommend this property!!

25th Anniversary beach trip

Changes in Latitude has the perfect location in PCB. Proximity to the beach was perfect as well as the house and pool. This was the perfect place to spend our 25th Anniversary and will definitely book again. Jessica did a great job from the start and all the way through our stay. First, Jessica was simply amazing!! Very sweet and communicated with me throughout the entire process! She was super helpful, reliable, and one of the best property owners to rent from! The property itself with simply gorgeous, clean, and spacious! More room than I thought it had actually! Will definitely be staying here again!

Jessica was a wonderful host. Her property was very organized and included everything we needed. Her responsiveness was awesome and her rental was in close proximity to the beach. She provided a binder with restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Jessica goes above and beyond! We will definitely be booking with her again!

Family Vacation

Property manager was amazing! She was extremely responsive and patient. She even followed up on items accidentally left behind. Two families with a total of 6 kids on the trip, including 3 one year olds, and the house accommodated the chaos very well. Easy walk to the beach and the layout of the property allowed for the various nap schedules and routines.

Fantastic!

This house is perfect! It is clean and spacious; so close to the beach and other places. The location enabled the big kids to walk to other places - getting ice cream, food or shopping, etc. The house has everything you need, including a nice, working washer and dryer set. The host is incredible. I must say that we have never stayed anywhere with a host that comes close. She (Jessica) goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need - or want - to make this a perfect vacation. We will come back here any time we can.
