Pelican Walk 210 is a Pet Friendly Beach Front 1 bedroom - 2 bath condo on the second floor. Bring your furry family member on vacation with you! Pets 20 lbs or less are welcome! Unit 210 is guaranteed to make you smile with it's vibrant BEACHY Décor! The condo is located on the 2nd floor with easy access to the beach! Enjoy spending time on the Gulf Front Balcony watching the kids play in the west side pool. The best part is the view of the beach and Gulf is AMAZING!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo and each must weigh 20 lbs or LESS. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. *Pets must be fully housetrained!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay in Panama City Beach, FL! Located on Thomas Dr., Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools (west pool heated October through March), hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, charcoal & gas grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation!

Great place and location! Excellent property right on the beach. The place looked excellent from the photos on the website but it's even better in person. You look out the slider at the beach and the pool below. Perfect spot for one or a couple to enjoy

Beautiful dog friendly condo! We enjoyed the pools, beachfront access and had a great stay. Thanks to the friendly staff, cleaning crew & outside maintenance crew for making Pelican Walk such a nice place to visit.

Great rental!

Everything was wonderful -starting with early check in & that was well worth the $50 fee! The room was clean, updated and had everything we needed! The overall complex was very tidy and neat - excellent, hard-working staff. It was super nice to be in a pet-friendly resort. There’s a nice little area for the dogs to use - it is also kept very neat and clean. It does flood when it rains though - that’s probably the only negative I can say. Such a great condo - we had a wonderful week. We will definitely be back.

Love Pelican Walk!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third time staying at the pet friendly Pelican Walk. This unit was decorated with all kinds of happy beach decor. The bed was Super Comfy which was a huge plus! I loved being on the second floor so no use for the elevator but the unit is right by the pool and there are lots of kids playing this time of year. If you’re looking for a more serene environment without the pool noise and more of the ocean, I would stay away from the pool or on a higher floor. Regardless, Pelican Walk is in a great location on the more quiet side of Panama and is kept up very well with perfect landscaping and a friendly professional staff. I highly recommend it here, especially if you are bringing a pet!

I sent 2 messages to the front desk and all they said was to check the internet connection which I did, and it was fine. The bedroom TV worked fine. Everything else was decent about the unit.

We love this building for our vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th or 8th time to stay at Pelican Walk and we love it. However, it is VERY stressful to be there during a hurricane. Everyone needs to understand that even with insurance you do not get your money back even if you are worried about your home or family. You have to actually be under evacuation orders to get a refund. I should have read the fine print, and I wished I had of just given up the money for the worry and stress it caused me to be so close to one of the most devastating hurricanes in recent years.

However we were on the second floor so I guess it's not a huge deal. And the water in the bathroom takes a long time to heat up. Other than that everything was great! I would also like to suggest giving a price break on a second dog. We brought two but one was only 11 lbs and still had to pay $150 each. Just a suggestion... Overall it was a great time! 😀
