pictures are deceiving

I thought the property was quite run down. The pictures made it look almost new - the bar stools were broken and quite beat up = we could not even sit on them Two outside chairs were also broken. Many chairs at the pool were not useable either. Towels were limited had to ask for more. Not enough wine glasses for 4 people either. I was very disappointed

Nice place, could use some updates

Overall this was a great stay, the units are just a little older and while there have been lots of updates there are still some that could be made, especially in the bathrooms. Someone's dirty socks were still under one of the beds which grossed us out a little. The shelves in the lazy susan in the kitchen were very dirty, enough so that we didn't want to use any of the items that were stored there. Additional dish rags and towels in the kitchen would be helpful too, and not white ones. We were only there for a long weekend and dirtied what was there within the first couple of days. I can't imagine being there for any longer with only two dishrags and two dish towels. But check in was easy, the unit was comfortable. The resort was awesome. Loved the pools, pickleball courts and club house amenities.

The views and location of this property are amazing! We loved the choices of pools and other amenities at the resort. The condo itself could use some updates- the bathrooms are very outdated yet functional (water pressure was very low in the showers and the toilets did not flush well). We did find that the condo could have been cleaner (found garbage under the beds and on top of the fridge). They provided an iron but no ironing board, which we needed. Also no kettle for tea. A single cup coffee machine (ie Keurig) would have also been useful. The magnificent sunrise and view of the mountains made up for what was lacking, however, and we had a wonderful stay!

Todo estuvo maravilloso,buena locación limpia .Lo único es que las cobijas olían muy mal como si estuvieran sucias y el cuarto de laLavandería tenía mal olor ,pero fuera de eso muy buena la recomiendo volvería a hospedarme ahí gracias

Spectacular views!

This was our first time in Utah and it did not disappoint. The condo was in a great location and very easy to get to with a lot of on site amenities. We will definitely come back.

Clean 4 bedroom!

We love las palmas and this 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of folding chairs in the closet to be able to add around the dining room table so that it can seat more than 6 when needed. Loved our stay!

St. George Adventure

We loved our stay at the resort. The condo was clean, and we really enjoyed the amenities the resort offered — pools, pickle ball, hot tubs, chess, and basketball. We were close to so many amazing parks and trails - it was our first time in Southern Utah and we definitely want to return! Our only recommendation is perhaps a few more towels - with showering and pool time, we were constantly washing towels to keep up with demand. And the furniture outside could use a little TLC However, we loved out stay and these minor inconveniences were quickly overlooked. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for big family.

We had a great time. Prices were good and the unit was well maintained and stocked minus a ice cream scoop. We had a great stay and the beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Plenty to do on site for guests of all ages! Canyon views were beautiful. Great location to stay for driving to Snow Canyon & Zion to hike. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation spot

We stayed here for a family reunion. We had a great time hanging out at the resort. It had so many fun things to do that we didn’t even need to go anywhere else. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here

girls trip!

we had four adults, two teens, two kids and a baby! We all had great space, comfy beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to the pools! The HUGE couches in the living room were a dream for sleeping and watching movies. View from the balcony was beautiful, facing out to the bluffs.

Awesome weekend with family

Renting this condo was very easy. It was everything we hoped for. Large apartment, comfortable beds and sofas, fully stocked kitchen, lots of fun things to do at the Clubhouse. We loved the pools and pickleball courts. We loved the Disney channel. The BBQ grill was huge and clean but we didn’t have the chance to use it. When we needed extra towels and a couple of light bulbs a call to the manager quickly took care of. this. We loved apathetic 411 and highly recommend it for large families The only thing that was a little problem was the washer and dryer in the bedroom which could only be used when the couple sleeping there was up. Lots of cleaning supplies. Bring your own soap and shampoo

A great rental for a week with extended family.

Very nice and open for kids to run around and have their own space. There was only four pool towels so we had to go get some more for our group. Had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Had a little off putting odor from the laundry closet. It was perfect distance from the pools and play grounds. The view from the balcony was great. Our group had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Building family traditions

We like to spend a weekend together after the holidays and Las Palmas resort provided everything we had hoped for. The condo was spacious with a wonderful kitchen where we prepared and shared meals together. We had plenty of privacy and places to gather. We spent the whole weekend enjoying the resort amenities: pool, hot tub, pickleball, volleyball. Maybe next time we will venture out enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Perfect location would stay again

We wanted a roomy property for multi-families ranging in age from 2-72, close to Vegas and Zion, with lots of things for mountain bikers, kids, motorcyclers, hikers, and fishers to engage in. This unit fit the bill. Well-stocked kitchen, full washer/dryer for cooking and washing daily. National and state parks, playgrounds, restaurants, grocery stores, etc all nearby. The property itself has great pools, slides, hot hottubs, pickleball, etc. Especially appreciate friendly staff/maintenance and Manager was always available for any questions or needs we had.
