Kona Shores # 130 es un espectacular condominio en planta baja en un complejo de condominios frente al mar. Kona Shores está a solo una milla de todos los restaurantes, cafés y tiendas en Kailua Village. Condo was as pictured. Very efficient for our needs. We do not spend a lot of time in the room, out exploring the island. It sits in the first building by the road and dose not have a picturesque view or linai but its clean and comfortable bed. We would stay here again. Beautiful sunsets down by the pool. Very easy communication with management copany.Suggestions- add a shelf under the cabinet (above the toliet) as a place to keep a toiletrie bag as the sink is not very large. And the toilet seat is loose and needs to be replaced.

Great location, near the bay where many restaurants and bars are located. Quiet complex with a nice outdoor space with a pool and hangout area overlooking the ocean. The condo was well-equipped with everything you need and had lots of space.

We were outside all day and only stayed here to sleep and cook simple meals. It was a perefect simple space to achieve this.

Enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores

Perfect Location! Easy access! Comfortable beds! The little extra's was the best! Cooler and ice packs for day long excursions; beach chairs, towels, body boards, etc. I would definitely stay hear again the price was reasonable!

Love Kona Shores

Great condo. Communication with property owners was excellent. When we had questions they responded immediately. Good location. Several amenities- beach towels and some snorkel gear. 1 chair needs replaced but they worked. Complete kitchen and all good! Highly recommend.

Nice property

The condo had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The pool’s location right on the ocean allowed us to watch whales most afternoons. It was close enough to the historic town to walk down and back. The only downside is the amount of traffic noise from Ali’i Drive.

Beautiful pool

I have debated this review but feel it important for future guests to know the pros and cons of this place. The condo its self was clean, easy to access, and the pool was out of this world spectacular. Right on the ocean!! A couple of things to note, the bedroom sliding door was broken and had to be secured with a stick. The grill was not gas so you will need briquettes. The lanai was a 6'X10' slab with a rickety bambo enclosure & 2 plastic chairs. No view of anything. We would probably stay again because of the pool.

There were beach towels and even beach chairs, coolers, boogie boatds and some snorkel gear we could use. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want to cook with and everything was very clean. There isn’t a dishwasher, but we didn’t mind. We would stay here again!

Clean place. Looks as good as the pictures

I like the place but I will never understand paying a cleaning fee so that you can take out trash yourself or do dishes. This is not unique to this property and they were very receptive to any issues I had. Overall no regrets. I thought my friend took a soap but it was her own soap. They were very understanding when I told them she may have stolen the soap so that's cool.

We did not sleep well because of the loud traffic right outside the unit. We also ran out of toilet paper on day 3 of 10. Basic necessities should be reconsidered to give guests the convenience of having supplies for their entire stay. Especially for what we pay. Instead we left the rental with more than they left us!

Great Place to stay in Kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 3 nights while we waited for a larger room to open up in the adjacent condo building at Sea Village next door. The room size was comfortable for my family of 4 if everyone is going to bed at the same time! I have 2 children, 9 and 11. The AC in the front window worked well to cool the whole unit. The kitchen was stocked well with all the tools you would need and there's a lot of other supplies in the room too that were very helpful on our trip including snorkels, boogie boards, ice packs and a cooler. The room is right on the road with no view or anything, but it suited our needs. Very easy ground floor access and a reserved parking space.

Always great to deal with.Ground floor unit fronting Alii.Easy access door lock.Good air conditioning.New pots/pans. Starter filters, sugar/creamers and some seasonings. Some interior finishes upgraded and bed was comfortable. Small lanai for two.Praise be for the dedicated work space with adjustable desk and 2 monitors! In the last 10 condos we’ve rented this is by far the best workspace we’ve encountered. Solid WiFi . Thank you! 10 days of working remote were a pleasure.Pool area nice with direct view of ocean.On site laundry using PayRange app. Head through the walkway by parking stall 88.No gas bbq on property - common social area outside with picnic tables though.Relatively quiet with some road noise, but new windows really help. Would rent again, and always happy to work with Knutson.
