Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of poolside BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.

Building#C is highly desirable. Enjoy a modern feel with upgraded finishes like granite countertops, air conditioning, laminate flooring, and nice furnishings!

This is super close at Ali’i drive. The condo was really clean, had kitchen stuff to use, and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The Unit itself was amazing, had a dryer and washer in the unit was definitely a plus. Also within walking distance of Kona's shops which was nice, especially since its mostly paid parking.

room was clean and nice, only problems i found for my long stay was no maid or towel services, no trash bags in unit, small roaches in the kitchen cabinets, sinks, floor.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re glad to hear you found the room clean and comfortable. For longer stays, daily maid service and towel exchanges are not included unless specifically requested in advance, but we’re always happy to help coordinate mid-stay cleanings upon request. Trash bags are typically provided at check-in, and we apologize if these were missed—we’ll be sure to address this with our housekeeping team. We did only offer the starter trash bag. Regarding the insects, Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate does mean occasional small roaches can appear despite routine pest control, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. That said, we take this seriously and will notify our pest service to ensure the unit is treated. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving for future guests, and we hope to welcome you back again.

Great accommodations within walking distance of downtown Kailua-Kona!

The property included amenities that made it convenient and comfortable! It was awesome to have access to a washer and dryer! It made for a very memorable first vacation to Kona!

Great place and location

We had a great stay at this rental. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops which is a hard place to find parking if you’re just trying to drive there. When I got there it was a cute place the only negative I would say is the extra pillows for the pull out couch were flat as a pancake but when they checked in with me the next morning I told them and they brought out 2 new ones that day I would highly recommend staying here.

The rental even has beach chairs and boogie boards! Everything was insanely clean. Zero sand anywhere. I thought that was so crazy haha the lock on the door is super nice and the rental company responds very quickly. We also thought the location of the rental was perfect. So close to downtown and really easy to get in and out on all’I drive. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Property itself was great however we had an issue where someone was able to access the property we assume someone who has the key code- worker or old guest. Luckily what was stolen had a tracker on it and we got it back but I would insist on new entry code between new guest. That being said they were able to help us and once that was done we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.

It’s a cute small condo with a great view of the ocean. The family and I (4 of us) enjoyed staying at the property. The lady upstairs was very nice. Everything is walking distance especially the beach. Loved that there was a pull out bed for the kids! There’s extra accessories that I definitely used like they provided folding chairs to take, beach bucket toys, basket, swimming supplies, and etc. The property stayed in contact with us and checking on us. Easy access to get in and the parking is literally in the front of the property. The pool is a little walking distance but we enjoyed the pool! Glad they provided a washer and dryer cause I used that machine lol. I highly recommend it. Mahalo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived and opened the 3 sliding doors to the closet, they all fell off their rails. They are tall and heavy. After much struggle I was able to get them back on. Also, the bedroom lamp switch is also a hazard. I would have replaced it if I had some tools. I told your rep about it when he called to check on us. Overall we had a wonderful time! The location was great! The condo was clean and the amenities were great! The price was also very reasonable for all that you get!
