Clásico Wisconsin Lake Home en Big Silver Lake, ideal para nadar y pasear en bote.

Disfruta de increíbles puestas de sol y un espacio abierto de concepto, con excelentes vistas panorámicas del sur del cristalino Big Silver Lake. Cerca de Wautoma, WI, a poca distancia del Moose Inn y del restaurante SilverCryst. Silver Lake es un gran lago con fondo de arena dura que es excelente para nadar. La casa es una cabaña histórica renovada de 1900 de 3 dormitorios, 1 área de loft y 2 baños que tiene una gran cantidad de carpintería expuesta y concepto abierto. Ofrece excelentes vistas, un ambiente cálido, una gran chimenea, una gran terraza con vista al agua y un muelle, un elevador de botes. Tenemos una sala de recreación con ping pong, pinball, mesa de póker, tablero de dardos y TV. También casa de botes tiene chalecos salvavidas, flotadores y tabla de remo y kayak.

El primer dormitorio está en el piso principal, tiene una cama doble y un nido de dos camas debajo. Luego arriba hay un área de loft abierto donde hay una cama doble y una XL Twin. También hay una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación con una cama king y baño principal adjunto. Esa habitación también tiene un baño privado completo. También tenemos un colchón de aire y un pack - n - Play en la casa también.

La casa viene con todos los artículos de cocina que necesita, y tiene una lavadora y secadora en el sótano.

El lago tiene alquiler de botes, ya sea pontón, bote de esquí, tablas de paddle, kayaks, etc. Hay dos puertos deportivos que alquilan, Marks Quality Marina y Blackhawk Marina están justo al lado de Silver Lake. Fun place for a girls weekend away

We’ve stayed here 4 years now and love the character of the home and the fireplace. The beds were comfy and the eating options nearby are great! Eamon was very helpful in accommodating us and answering questions / general communications. We hope to continue returning and look forward to checking out the upgrades!

Lake house getaway

This property was well-suited for our family. The generous side yard is a great space for lawn games, and the game room is a fun option when you're not on the lake. The boat pier accommodated our large pontoon, and the swim area had a nice sandy bottom. The guest house had nice open spaces and was furnished for a gathering. The owners made you feel welcome.

Great Place to visit on Silver Lake!

Clean, rustic, scenic. Great access to the water and the town. Very roomy deck for entertaining, plus a fire pit! Great decor inside the house, Had the feel of a fishing lodge from years gone by with many modern convinces. The game room was a big hit with the teens and 20-something family members.

Great location

This house was in a very convenient location making it easy to get take out dinners from The Moose Inn across the street. The deck was nice for lake viewing. I do need to mention the steepness of the stairs to second floor as this did not work for me. Fortunately the other people on the trip could navigate them, and I used the bed and bath on the first floor.

Beautiful lake house with a breathtaking view.

The house is warm and welcoming. The deck offers a wonderful option of outdoor dining and just hanging out. The Welch's are amazing hosts and have made upgrades that really made the week so relaxing and enjoyable. Our family has again this year created lasting memories.

Excellent time on Silver Lake

We had a very enjoyable stay on Silver Lake. The home was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. The neighbors were nice as well, which isn’t always something you encounter at rentals. Eamon was quick to respond to minor questions/ thoughts we had, and extremely easy to work with. Thanks for the hospitality!

Awesome cottage!!

This cottage is everything we envisioned for a week at the lake with our children and their spouses. Beautiful inside, very spacious inside and out, wonderful deck with a great view, game room is a wonderful bonus. Communication with the owner was great. Definitely want to return next year!

Our family had an awesome time! The weather was warm and we spent a great deal of time in the beautiful lake. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. There really was no need to leave the cabin. Enough room for 7 adults. The only negative was the attack of the mosquitoes! Already talking of a return visit.

Had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property!

The location was beautiful with amazing views, large deck and dock and a sand bottom lake perfect for swimming. We enjoyed our time fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and the kids loved the Maui mat. Owner was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend this property and would love to go back!

A wonderful home!!! Beautiful location with deck overlooking the lake. Peaceful and beautiful

The property is perfect for a quiet getaway, located with a deck and dock on Silver Lake. It is relatively close to the two neighborhong homes so would not be good for a boisterous group - but for a family looking for a relaxing weekend in a property that feels like a beautiful home rather than a rental, this is IT! The house is charming and the outdoor space with dock and large deck were perfect for enjoying the water or BBQ. The owner was responsive and helpful. This place is a gem, we were stunned to step inside and see the hewn timber and the gorgeous views. We will be back!!

We love Silver Lake because it has great sand bottom, very clear, great fishing, and full recreation lake. The views face the south and west and allow for great sun all day, and wonderful sunsets.

The home is a vintage charming lake home, exposed beams and classic charm abound. The large deck and dock provide additional sitting areas. The garage has a rec room with Ping Pong, Pin Ball, etc.

with close proximity to Wautoma, and great dinning options like the Moose Inn, Silvercryst Supper Club and Milty Wilty, there are great options. Proximity to snowmobile trails, and skiing at Nordic Mountain are equally strong winter draws. You will love the great fireplace, and wonderful large porch to soak up the sun.
