Incluye el servicio GRATUITO de playa 2 sillones acolchados y una sombrilla grande directamente en la playa 3 / 1-10 / 31 (sujeto a las condiciones de la playa y al clima). Un gran bono para nuestros huéspedes, es un valor de hasta $ 40 / día de $ 240 / semana. Simplemente dile a la persona que reparte la silla en qué unidad te estás quedando.

Este gran condominio puede alojar cómodamente a 13 personas, con baños suficientes para minimizar la congestión.


* 2 Master suites: cada una con una cama king size y baño en suite.

El 3er dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen y una gran televisión de pantalla plana.

Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y hay muchos armarios y vestidores para desempacar todas sus necesidades, para cualquier período de estadía.

Esta unidad se encuentra en el quinto piso (no muy alta como muchas unidades pero aún con una gran vista del océano), una altura perfecta para disfrutar de las impresionantes puestas de sol, observar a los delfines o escuchar las relajantes olas del océano en el extragrande. Balcón, o desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y todas sus necesidades de cocción, en caso de que prefiera quedarse y cocinar.

Our room was clean but when we arrived the garbage can was in the closet being used to catch water for the ac unit. I contacted the rental place about our ac unit being frozen up, assume someone already knew about it because the garbage can was in there and no one ever came to look at it. Then we turn the water on in the kitchen and the sprayer head had previously been pulled off and water was going everywhere to the point we had to put its hose down in the other sink so we could use the faucet. We also contacted the rental company and no one ever showed up to fix it. We were missing a toilet paper holder in the first master bath and there was mold and unfinished paint in the first master bathroom also. All linens need to be washed including the comforters, we were told to strip the beds except the comforters.

We had a wonderful stay, but the hike from our car in the parking garage to our room at the far end of Tower 1 was ridiculously long! For that reason, I will not stay there again. The resort itself was very nice, though.

Not a lot of essentials in the kitchen, no pots whatsoever, overall the kitchen did not have the essentials. The laundry room did not have a door and was very loud during the nighttime. Second master bedroom had a very bad mattress, very hard. The sleeper on the couch the springs were broken it was impossible to sleep on very uncomfortable.

Do not stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was filthy upon check in. Should have left immediately. Bed linens not changed upon check in. Not enough towels left for reserved guests. Dryer worked half the time. Dishwasher broken. Stove had one burner out. Bed in double queen room was broken and tilted so badly it had to be nailed back together with boards by maintenance. Maintenance admitted they needed a new bed and new stove but nothing could be done for our stay. Pullout couch was a joke. Was so old you be better off sleeping in the floor. Entire condo outdated and filthy. Baseboards and walls had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Sinks had gunk around the faucets. Very sub par conditions for the amount we paid. I should have made a bigger stink but who wants to waste their vacation time dealing with that. Avoid at all costs. Also- elevators in this building take 20-30 minutes to catch one. Parking garage is soooo far. Do not book for elderly or walking impaired. Just find another location.

Do not stay here. Condo filthy upon check in. Sheets on beds had been changed and had sand in them. Called housekeeping for clean linens and changed ourselves. No linens left for the pull out couch. Which was irrelevant because couch was unusable due to age/condition. Couch had been repaired with a 2 by 4 under it. Only provided towels for 6 guests of the 10 registered. Dryer worked only intermittently. Dishwasher did not work. Maintenance looked at it but still not working. Beds in the two queen bed were tilting so badly that you could not lay in it without rolling off. Maintenance came to nail some wood boards and said they would have to buy a new one but nothing could be done that day. One burner on stove would stay only on highest setting making unusable. Again, maintenance came and said needed to be replaced. That’s fine if you need new appliances or beds but none of that benefits me this week. I paid for sub par accommodations that clearly have been neglected. All furniture was dated and in poor condition. Baseboards filthy. Two of four televisions did not work. minimal kitchen utensils/dishes/flatware. Additionally, parking in the on site garage is a huge hike to get to the condo. Elevators had wait times exceeding 20/30minutes. Definitely not convenient and certainly not suitable for any elderly guest or someone who has walking issues. Very unsatisfied with this unit but emerald coast does not seem to be concerned about that.

The condo was as pictured. They do need to replace a few items. I didn’t like that they only wanted you to have 2 parking passes. But security help me out with the problem. Yes I would recommend this condo and stay there again.

Nice location

Condo was in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint is the resort closes the pools too early at 10pm. We have been to many other resorts who kept the pools open longer and that was nice for the late night folks. Also the beach chairs with umbrellas do not come included, and that an extra charge per day. Would return.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the condo the floors were very dirty. Our feet/socks were black from walking on the floors. I don’t believe there was any way those floors were mopped before we got there. I called the number for management and they sent someone to mop the floors. There was still a big spill under the sofa that didn’t get cleaned again. The sofa looked like it needed to be replaced. The entire unit could use some love and care for that matter. This unit was definitely not as up to date as the pictures make it seem. The outside furniture also needs to be replaced, it’s very worn.

Not bad for the price

It could have been cleaner. The kitchen has minimal supplies. No hot pads or oven mitts! Not enough silver ware for the amount of people it sleeps and sounds had sharp edges from previous people must have tried to open something.Outlets in the kitchen didn't work great. Other places we have stayed supplied more. The indoor pools were nice for getting out of the sun the afternoon.

Great time

I did not like the parking fee 40.00 per car with family coming from out of town we reg 4 cars . I paid to rent the condo and then had to pay a parking fee. The cable did not work in the kids room. And texted and asked about it nothing was ever done to resolve the issue.

Parking cost

I have been staying at the Majestic Beach towers, twice a year for over 15 years. This is the first time I have every had any issue with the property. I have always brought a vehicle, a trailer and a motorcycle. In the past there was always a parking pass for the vehicle and have never been charged for the trailer or the motorcycle. This year I had to pre-purchase or register the vehicle as I was told the parking pass was no longer in the room, which I did. When I arrived, I was told that I would need to also pay for a parking pass for the trailer and the motorcycle. I paid for the trailer parking pass, but argued the paying for the motorcyle due to the fact that there is reserved parking for motorcycles on the first floor and that you can fit four motorcyles in one spot. So, they agreed not to make me pay for the motorcycle this time. Once I paid for the trailer I was told that I would still need to park the trailer on the top level. I had no problem in the past parking the trailer on the top level, when I was not charged. But, since I paid the same amount for the trailer as I paid for the vehicle, I should have been allowed to park the trailer in any of the guest parking spaces. I was told that if I parked the trailer any place other then the top floor it would be towed, even though I paid the same amount as others did for parking vehicles. I believe this is completely unfair since I paid the same amount. Once I arrived inside the condo unit, I could not believe how dirty

Our favorite place to stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was old and worn. Flooring was in poor shape, one of the toilets ran the entire time. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. Very limited cooking utensils. No spatula. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Dishwasher was difficult to turn on - on button was worn off - just a hole. Dryer did not dry the clothes. Just very disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. Building and amenities were as advertised. Staff was very attentive.

Great Week with Our Framily!

Overall, we had a great week with our framily (4 adults and 6 kids). Check-in was very easy. Location was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Elevators were quick, except during high-traffic time. There was only one complaint. Upon arrival there were a couple minor things that required maintenance (broken ceiling fan, toilet seat, and kitchen chair). Property managers were very responsive and said we would see someone by the following day. However, it took 3 calls and 3 total days before maintenance came, but the problems were fixed quickly once they arrived. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Majestic Beach Resort don't go

The Check-in was very bad because of the Parking permits mess-up. I paid and was told by the security that I was a liar. Others also paid and had proof and the security would not even look at their email confirmation and made the pay again. Security was rude at parking and in the building. They should alll be replaced. The people doint rental chairs lined them up past Majestic property and made people with pop-ups go to next property to set-up. The HMO put up signs tto make people stay behind rental chairs. This is a public beach and they have no right to do so.

There was stuff all over the floors the pullout couch bed was broken. Our bathtub was still dirty. The balcony was very messy. I go to Panama City Beach every year and stay at driftwood lodge I would recommend it any time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was very overpriced for what you got. The amenities outside the room were great. The room was just the problem.

Fun in the Cold

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as location it was great. The property was well maintained. However, the unit itself need to be checked for repairs. Some of the furnishing were being held up with blocks of wood. There was sand on one of the beds, but it is the beach. We reported a leak in the garbage disposal on Monday. When we left on Saturday no one had come to check it. These issues didn't cause us any problems as far as our stay. But the weather was very uncooperative. Cold and windy. BUT!!! A bad day at the beach is still better than a good day at home

Condo review

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you have a big group going on vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, great access to the beach, several pools and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!
