Bienvenido a Bella Luna! A solo unos minutos de las playas de arena azucarada del golfo, Bella Luna es tu escapada a la Costa Esmeralda.

Esta cabaña de playa fue construida en 2016, y no se pasó por alto ningún detalle. La conveniente ubicación en la comunidad cerrada Hammocks of Seagrove ofrece acceso a todo lo que desee explorar. Está a un corto paseo del acceso dedicado a la playa en la intersección 395 / 30a (0. 4 millas), y está a unos minutos en bicicleta de Seaside and Watercolor. The Hammocks at Seagrove cuenta con dos piscinas vecinas, así como un paseo marítimo de naturaleza privada que ofrece un punto de lanzamiento con acceso a Western Lake. Este vecindario privado ofrece todo lo mejor de 30A mientras se preserva la paz y la tranquilidad que Seagrove tiene para ofrecer.

Al acercarse a Bella Luna, encontrará el acogedor porche que cuenta con adirondacks personalizados, perfectos para tomar un café o un cóctel. El lado proyectado en el porche ofrece un lugar más privado para ver un juego en el televisor de pantalla plana o relajarse en el sofá cama de felpa.

La habitación de invitados del piso de arriba comparte un baño Jack y Jill (con puertas de bolsillo para mayor privacidad) con la habitación de invitados de la reina. Cada una de las habitaciones de la planta superior ofrece ropa de cama de lujo personalizada y televisores de pantalla plana para una comodidad refinada.

Spring Break 2024

Had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The location is perfect, just far enough away from the hustle of Seaside during spring break but close enough to enjoy. We biked everywhere, lots of places to eat and super close to the beautiful beaches. The decor of this house is perfect and I will be trying to figure out how to put a porch swing in my home after the peaceful mornings spent on the screened in porch! Loved our stay!

Beautiful Home, super clean, and easy walk to the beach

This home is exactly as advertised! The owners made us feel right at home. This is a tailored and well appointed home with up scale linens and wonderful beds. It is very convenient to everything and it was very very clean. We were located only a 7 minute walk from the beach, and the neighborhood pools are a 1-2 minute walk. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, and had every ounce of the Old Seagrove charm that we were looking for. We will definately be back soon!

Clean and spacious

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and updated. The location is very convenient. My husband would walk to waterfront to eat and hangout while my teens roam the beach with their new friends. Overall we feel like we got the best of Seaside has to offer. Molly is a wonderful and gracious host.

Wonderful Oasis

We loved our stay here. It's in a perfect secluded location, however that is SUPER close to everything including beach access and downtown Water Color. We rented a golf cart which was super helpful. The house was immaculately clean and felt brand new. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

What first stood out to me about this property on the listing was the styling and finishes and all the amazing reviews. Your home is beautifully done. The pool was never busy, which was amazing! Molly is such a sweet host and the interactions were seamless! Thank you for everything! We would definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful Home

This was our families first time to the Seaside/Seagrove area and we had a great time. The house was centrally located and a easy walk or bike ride to the beach or town. We rented bikes and a golf cart and used both everyday. The house easily accommodated our family of 6 and we have teens and young 20 year olds and we all had plenty of space. Molly and Gary were great to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely house

Lovely, beautiful house and a great location. Half mile bike ride to the beach. The WiFi was spotty the whole time which was annoying. The tv was affected by the WiFi as well. Other than that we had a great time.

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. A well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, very comfortable bedding and lots of towels made us feel right at home. Molly was a super helpful host with recommendations on bike rentals, restaurants, etc. And we loved morning coffee on the porch. The pool is a short walk away in this very private and quiet neighborhood, and a short bike ride to the beach made it great. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful home in perfect location

Our family (2 adults, 3 teens) had an amazing stay at Molly and Gary's beautiful beach home! The location is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. We highly recommend renting bikes ahead of your visit and have them delivered (we used Big Daddy's bike rental). There are many amazing restaurants nearby (we especially liked Cafe 30A, Surfing Deer, and The Perfect Pig) and it is very close to a Publix grocery store to stock up on supplies. The home itself is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Molly and Gary were great to work with both before and during our stay. They responded to all of our questions immediately and were very helpful. We highly recommend this home and hope to return!

Luxury in Paradise

This is an amazing house- good space to cook, gather, etc. Big fluffy pillows, high end, comfy mattresses, soft sheets, a million towels. Clean, well appointed, perfect beach house.

Wonderful home and great location!

The pictures do a good job of showing what it will be like. Wide open main floor with connected kitchen/dining/living area. Great bedrooms with plenty of extra room. Cozy and comfortable. Bedding/linens were really nice. Great front porch and set apart from the neighbors. Small, gated community feels really private. Very quiet at night. Short walk to the beach - 5 minutes. Great house - we really enjoyed our stay! And Molly was great to deal with and really responsive.

Molly was an incredible host! Communicated before, during and after our stay. We love the location because it's a simple walk or bike ride to the beach or Seaside. This is our second stay at this particular house and love the great open living room and kitchen for cooking.

Perfect Home!

Bella Luna was the perfect house for our fall break getaway! We love the Hammocks of Seagrove neighborhood, it's quiet and tucked in away from the hustle and bustle. Easy bike/walk to Publix, the Seagrove market, and the beach. But even better than the location is the home itself. It is by far the cleanest and most beautiful we have ever stayed in! I know the home is supposed to be a couple of years old, but if I were told we were the first guests to ever stay there, I would have believed it. Furnishings, Thermidor appliances, and other appointments are top of the line everything. The towels were fluffy and the knives were sharper than my own! It was perfect for our family of four. Molly and Gary are wonderful homeowners and communicated extremely well with us. We just can't wait to go back!

Summer Vacation

Beautiful and spacious home. Kitchen us very well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies. Beach access is a little walk, definitely would suggest bikes or golf cart. The house is central to restaurants and stores West and East of The Hammocks. We had a fantastic week at the beach staying in this gorgeous home.

Excellent house, location and owners!

We could not have picked a better house for our week in the Seaside area. Communication with the owners was easy and always responsive. The location offered an easy walk to the beach and to 30A. The house is like brand new and very well appointed in every way, and would have easily accommodated more than the 4 of us. Lovely screened in porch is a nice plus.

July 4th Family Getaway

Perfect home and location for our family summery getaway in the midst of the coronavirus epidemic. Very easy to maintain social distancing, yet still have an opportunity to "vacation." The home was lovely, well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped which was important given we cooked more on this vacation than we typicallys do. The front porch was the ideal place to sit in the afternoons after a visit to the beach or a bike ride on the nearby paths. The location was convenient and we appreciated being within walking or biking distance of the beach, grocery store and the town of Seaside. In all, our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this property in the Hammocks of Seagrove.

Great spot!

This is a wonderful house in a wonderful location. The neighborhood is right off 395, but quiet and small. There are two pools in the neighborhood, which were never crowded. Communication with Molly and Gary was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in the Hammocks.

The house was fantastic. Very new and in great shape with terrific open kitchen. Has everything you need for a full week stay, including fully-stocked kitchen. The owners were also great to deal with and solved a very minor issue with hot water immediately. Would highly recommend this house for a family beach vacation.

We have been drawn to the Seagrove area for over 20 years for a variety of reasons, and just kept returning. After a great deal of thought, we decided that we really wanted to build a home in Seagrove because the outdoor charm seems to remain timeless. We also felt that the the lazy streets and constant adventure were a lure that our children would never outgrow. And our memories that would be made would only serve to enhance the magic in the air. We searched for over a year and stumbled upon this lot in the Hammocks by mere chance. We were able to build our dream cottage with input from our children, and truly loved every moment of the process. And I can honestly say, it was one of the best decisions that we ever made. There is a little piece of each of us in this home, and we hope that you feel as happy here as we do!
