Ubicado en una arboleda de magnolias y pinos, esta casa de estilo de plantación de nueva construcción es su escapada perfecta. Senderos para caminar serpentean por dos piscinas, una cancha de tenis y un área de juegos para niños. Disfruta de la sensación de privacidad mientras estás a solo pasos de toda la acción de 30A.

Al entrar en esta casa recién construida, tendrá que caminar más allá de la habitación de invitados de la reina del primer piso con baño privado y TV. Más abajo en el pasillo, ingresará a la sala de estar de concepto abierto que cuenta con una cocina de chef, área de comedor con capacidad para seis y cuatro adicionales en la isla de la cocina y la sala de estar. La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos para la familia y cuenta con un gran televisor LCD con una experiencia de sonido envolvente real para la noche de película o el gran juego. Más allá de la sala de estar y a través de las puertas francesas encontrará un gran porche cubierto para disfrutar del entorno natural.

En el segundo piso encontrará el dormitorio principal con baño privado y balcón. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y baño privado con TV. Entre el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de invitados encontrará otra sala de estar con sofá y televisor de pantalla plana, un excelente lugar para "escaparse".

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The interior amenities seemed a little bare bones. There were no cooking things like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc that would have been nice to have. I would stay here again though.

Girls’ Week @the Beach

This house was exactly as stated. Hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. The house was immaculate and beautiful. We love the proximity to the beach and the thoughtful gifts left by the hosts.

Great House in a Quaint Neighborhood

Beautiful house close to the beach, and the main draws of 30a, but still far enough to remain quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking, sound system was amazing!

Beautiful vacation home!

Loved staying at the Sunseeker! Cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the house is great. Well stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Great screened in porch for reading and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen was well stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever want. The screened in porches made a great place to have lunch or read a book on a rainy day.Oversee could not have provided better customer service. We called our 3rd night about 9pm because the AC upstairs was malfunctioning. Oversee called back within minutes and had our problem fixed by 9AM the next morning.The beach access was not far by bike and we enjoyed that the beach was not nearly as crowded as it is if you stay in Watercolor, Seaside, etc.The tiniest suggestion....please provide a full length mirror somewhere in the house! The 3 ladies on the trip were wishing they could check their outfits before leaving for dinner at night!

House was perfect location to beach- short walk or bike ride and access point was not crowded at beach. House was very comfortable and perfect layout for our family! Kitchen fully stocked and easy to prepare meals. Great house and vacation!

May 2021 Stay

Sunseeker has a wonderful screened-in back porch and we spent every morning drinking coffee and listening to the birds. The home has a nice layout and it was good for a family that has a parent that can't climb stairs. A huge benefit was every room has it's on private bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed, appliances top notch and clean! The location in the community was the furthest from the beach access, however, we were very close to a pool. Plus it was nice to have the two complimentary bikes. We wish we would have known about the public beach access closest to the house being closed, as we knew there was a ramp there. The next closest was the one at Watercolor and it was so crowded. We ended up at Grayton State Park and it was great for all of us - just get there before 10am because they only allow so many cars in and then they are at capacity. I found the Oversee app user friendly and helpful - I wish I had better luck with the fancy TV / Sound system in the house - probably an over "50" thing!

Enjoyable week

We had such a nice stay at this property. It rained a lot while we were there, but the house was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in the home. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. It has everything you can think of and it is all nice quality. You feel right at home during your stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Seaside Gem!

We’ve come to Seaside a few times now and this is by far our favorite place! Picture don’t do it justice! Large, spacious and extremely clean. Great vacation for our young family and incredible kitchen for making meals. Would highly recommend!!!

Family Trip

The house was exactly as described, and felt as if it was brand new. High-end finishes, plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked. Two wonderful, screened in patios. Neighborhood was private, quiet, with 2 beautiful pools. We rented a golf cart to get around. Parking was plentiful. Had one issue, that was promptly resolved by property management on a Sunday. Will definitely stay here again.
