En Mellow Yellow, le encantará la comodidad de tomar el sol en su propia piscina privada y utilizar la parrilla para cenas al atardecer. Esta casa está a pocos pasos de las playas de arena blanca de la famosa costa esmeralda.

I can’t say enough good things about Mellow Yellow. It was perfect for my family of 5. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick car ride from Seaside, so the location was great and made for a perfect vacation for me and my family.

Great location. Master bed was comfortable and was great having a pool, but the proximity to the beach was the best thing about the home. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Mellow yellow was a dream. The distance to beach was perfect, as well as the distance to other beaches. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool and grill as well. Easy check in and easy access for the family to come and go to the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location. Easy 3-5 min walk to the beach. Full kitchen which made it possible to cook and enjoy meals as a family. Property manager was communicative and able to assist with any needs promptly.

Great location

Can't really beat the location. The inside is a bit dated and could use some updates. Pool is quite small, so do keep that in mind. Overall, good place to stay with family/ and or friends.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

My whole family (my parents, husband, and 2 kids under 3) stayed at this house. It was perfect!! We loved how close we were to the beach, the house fit us all comfortably, and the sidewalks outside were perfect for teaching my 3 year old how to ride a bike. We loved this house and can’t wait to come back!

Great trip!

Loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown Seaside. The pool got a little foggy due to the rain one night- property manager sent someone out same day to shock it. Overall it was a perfect week!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was in a great location. The kitchen was stocked well enough to suit our needs. We enjoyed the extras made available like the beach chairs and bikes. The property manager was very responsive to one minor problem. Overall a great place to stay!

Labor Day Stay at Mellow Yellow

We stayed at Mellow Yellow for our annual Beach Getaway with a group of college friends and our kids. This house was perfect! Most of our group had never experienced 30A before, so this was the perfect spot right in the middle of everything. The beach access was right across the street, making it incredibly easy for us to have awesome beach days. The patio pool was the perfect size for hanging out, especially with little kids. We would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

July 2019 Stay

The house was exactly what we needed! Close to the beach and spacious enough for our group! Set back just a little from the main road on a quiet street, but with only a short walk over to beach access. The complimentary bikes were a perfect bonus to the house rental, and our teens also enjoyed the private pool for evening cool downs after a bike ride. Will definitely look to rent this location again.

Relaxing Stay

Great house beautiful area, we had a great stay, clean and organized, plenty of rooms to sleep and beds were comfortable. TV took a bit to understand how to use and looked like there was a stereo with speakers around the house but couldn't get it to work. We enjoyed the bikes, pool was a perfect size. Wish there was some beach chairs to utilize. Also we liked sitting on the porches but wish there was some cushioned outdoor seating.

Exceeded our expectations

I always read reviews online, so I felt confident with our booking going into this trip. I did not realize how much the house/neighborhood/area would exceed our expectations. Everything was very clean and stocked with exactly what it is listed to provide. The neighborhood felt very safe and was centrally located between all the fun things running down both sides of 30A. Our only regret from this trip was not vacationing here sooner with our kids.

Just Perfect

The home was just perfect. It had everything you could want for a family of varying sizes. Our daughters loved the pool and the bedroom options. I can't say enough great things about the home. We (wife and three daughters) rented the home for two nights as a vacation appetizer to our big family vacation. Way too short for such a great home. We plan on renting again next year for a bit longer.
