Las tasas de VERANO 2020 se han actualizado. Nueva construcción, casa unifamiliar en la comunidad encantadora, tranquila y buscada de Bishops Landing. Cerca del campo de golf Bethany Beach y Bear Trap Dunes. Hermosa cocina grande con isla de granito con capacidad para 4. Asientos de mesa de comedor 8. El salón principal tiene una gran sección, techos abovedados y TV. Porche delantero, porche trasero, patio lateral. Cubierta trasera completada, la ducha exterior está en proceso. Patio redondo de 16 pies con hoguera. Gran primer piso principal con TV. Dormitorio Queen y habitación con 3 gemelos también ubicados en el primer piso. El cuarto dormitorio es un "estudio" con cama queen y mesa de juego en el primer piso. Loft en el segundo piso con sofá, sillas y TV. Un amplio dormitorio adicional se encuentra en el segundo piso, junto con un baño completo. Esta habitación del segundo piso tiene dos reinas con camas nido dobles y una tercera cama queen.

También hay un garaje para 2 autos, pero solo podrá estacionar un automóvil en el garaje. Se pueden estacionar dos autos en el camino de entrada. Los autos adicionales no se pueden estacionar en la calle, pero se pueden estacionar en un estacionamiento desbordado aproximadamente a 1,5 cuadras de la casa.

La comunidad de Bishops Landing es una comunidad amigable para los perros (los perros siempre deben estar atados) tiene un camino para trotar alrededor de la comunidad, un camino a través de los pequeños "humedales", así como áreas comunes con voleibol de arena (aún no completo), herraduras y otros ocupaciones. Great House in Great Location

The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with anything you may need. We stayed with a mix of friends and family and everyone had their own space but we were still able to gather as a group. The neighborhood offered wonderful amenities and was close to almost everything! Definitely recommend.

Another great family vacation in Bethany Beach

We loved it so much last year we came back again this year! This home is beautiful, location is perfect, + Adrienne is a great host! Home fit all 11 of us comfortably, we were traveling with 5 young children, and 6 adults. Amenities like the pool, playground, and shuttle to beach are great! You are close enough to the beach and Bethany but not right into town with all the traffic. House is stocked with all the pool + beach things you could need, and kitchen is ready for cooking! Thank you again Adrienne!

Wow!

House was absolutely beautiful!!! Adrianne was very wonderful to work with. Only a few minor issues that I needed to bring to her attention. Overall, we were close to beach, shops, Mini golf! It was wonderful we were busy every day. Beds extremely comfortable

Pleasant stay

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The home is situated in a fantastic location, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities provided were adequate, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a lovely patio where we could unwind in the evenings. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness upon our arrival. The floors seemed like they hadn't been swept thoroughly, and a few areas, such as the kitchen counters and bathroom, could have used more attention. While this was a bit disappointing, it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of our trip. Despite the initial hiccup with cleanliness, we still had a great time. With a little more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect. We would consider returning in the future.

Great vacation

This house was perfect for grandparents, parents and teens. The back porch and view to the pond was wonderful. We were able to walk, go to the pool and beach. We all had a good time.

Family vacation

Great stay at Adrienne’s beautiful home in Bishop’s Landing. Great location within walking distance of one of three pools. House was clean, great for 3 family groups, pet friendly, well stocked, and with all expected conveniences. Easy trip to shopping, the beach, mini golf, walking trails and nature center. Highly recommend for family groups with or without pets.

Awesome vacation in Bethany Beach

We checked in with no problems at all. The house is very nice and located in a very upscale neighborhood. It has several bedrooms and multiple beds giving our family of seven several choices to use. Nice large open living area with a nice deck with views of the lake. The owner is hands on when I need help with the WiFi connection. We will be back next year!!

Spring Break getaway

This was a lovely place for our short spring break getaway. It's exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. The house is very warm and welcoming. It's located close to Betheny Beach, restaurants and shopping. Adrienne was the best host. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, fun area with nice shared swimming pools, very responsive owner. Great vacation! Only issues were grill was not working well and neither was oven (neither got very hot). Stovetop and other appliances were fine.

Beach Getaway

This was our second time staying here. The owner is wonderful and the house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out! We loved taking a walk on the nature trail and swimming in the pool. Convenient to beaches and golf, too.

Loved it

We had a great experience in the house. My family and I decided to rent in Bishops landing and we made the right decision. The house is beautiful, has everything you need and is in excellent conditions. Very spacious and comfortable. While being there, we talked about coming back in the Summer since the complex also offers swimming pools and is very well located at 10 minutes driving to the Bethany beaches and 5 min from the supermarket. Adriene was a great host and the communication was excellent. We highly recommend this property if you’d like to spend quality time with your family in a safety a nice environment.

Fall week with friends

Beautifully appointed home. Private bedrooms and baths for 3 over 60 couples. Large kitchen with every amenity you could need. Lovely back porch and great fire pit area. Large living room with comfortable seating. Grocery and restaurants very close by. Fox's Pizza their white pizza = I'm dreaming still about it. Only negative if your allergic, there is a lot of dog hair on living room sofa/chairs/ rug and master comforter which we removed then replaced when we left. I would rent again. Great week despite 3 days of rain as there were puzzles and games and books availble .

Bethany Beach Family Vacation

This is a beautiful, spacious house. It is perfect for large families, providing separate wings for sleeping and large communal spaces. The owner is very easy to communicate with and she provides a well stocked kitchen. There are also tons of toys for children as well as bicycles.

Really fabulous home and great owner to deal with

We had a wonderful time at this property for Thanksgiving and the weekend. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. She was lovely! The home is spotless and really roomy. It’s as beautiful as the pics. We stayed for the holiday with extended family of 13 and our small dog. Everyone loved it! We never felt crowed or uncomfortable. I highly recommend this home and it’s owner.

Great home in a nice location.

The owner provided so much information and the community is wonderful. Great location - lots of nearby places to eat, shop, and things to see and do. We went to the nature conservatory and I enjoyed walking my dogs around the community (one is disabled and I have to use a stroller). I would like to bring my whole family (party of 9 or 10) next time. I think the location is perfect. You will want for nothing with what this home and the area have to offer. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.
