Ubicado en las deseables Seagrove Villas en Wild Dunes Resort, este condominio de dos dormitorios en el último piso, frente al mar, es el lugar perfecto. Disfruta de la brisa del mar y del hermoso océano Atlántico desde tu balcón, que está a solo 25 metros de la playa.

El condominio está situado en el segundo piso del Edificio 10, a unos 30 escalones exteriores hasta la puerta. A la entrada del condominio, lo recibirá con una sensación de playa cómoda. El plan de piso de concepto abierto combina el comedor, la sala de estar y la cocina en el nivel principal, que es el espacio perfecto para relajarse y entretenerse. El salón dispone de TV de pantalla plana y la unidad está equipada con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios y todo lo que necesita para preparar el almuerzo o la cena en la unidad. Hay asientos generosos para las comidas cuando utiliza tanto la mesa del comedor, con capacidad para 6 comensales, como los taburetes de la barra de la cocina. El balcón frente al mar es perfecto para relajarse y descansar con un cóctel o leer un gran libro mientras observa las olas del océano.

El primer dormitorio está en el nivel inferior principal. Tiene dos camas individuales y un baño semiprivado que también se abre al pasillo. La espaciosa suite principal se encuentra en el segundo piso de la unidad. Cuenta con una cama king y un baño privado con encimeras de granito. Contemple las magníficas vistas desde las grandes ventanas de las habitaciones que dan al océano. (Hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar principal si se necesita espacio adicional para dormir).

Seagrove es el lugar perfecto para una escapada a la isla en Wild Dunes Resort. Perfect, loved ocean view

We loved the ocean view and great beach access. So easy to walk the beach or just watch the ocean waves. It was everything we needed. Found great restaurants, acme, and boathouse. Did an awesome kayak trip with coastal expeditions.

Great Condo

This condo is great, and just as advertised. Very clean and right on the beach. My only advice would be to upgrade the internet from the MiFi. We would absolutely stay again.

Girls Weekend

The property was as wonderful as described. Beautiful deck views, lovely grounds and pool, easy to beach time. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We had a great weekend. The area was a beautiful destination. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo.

Loved the view! Sliders need replacing, both tub/ showers need recaulking, 2 window cranks were broken. Otherwise- we had an awesome time!

Summer Rental

Really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Cleanliness of the condo could have been much better. Dirty dishes and had to run the dishwasher before using anything. Bathrooms needed to be wiped down. Twin beds in downstairs bedroom were bowed and seemed broken.

The location of property to the beach and pool was ideal and the condo wAs extremely well equipped. There was a fare amount of trash left by cleaning staff - papers, Pringle’s containers, baggies and just trash items

Isle of Palms

Great location, deck ocean views were amazing. Access to beach and pool was fantastic; so easy. Wild Dunes resort was first class and relaxing. Great bike path around the neighborhood, golf course and fun way to get to restaurants. Property could use a little TLC for the price but overall nice. Basic supplies are not supplied and had to be purchased which was annoying for the price. All beach stuff must be rented or purchased but this seems standard for the area. We had a great time and will be back next year !! I highly recommend Wild Dune / Isle of palms!

Our fantastic girls weekend at 11 C Seagrove!

This property was excellent for our girls week in Charleston. We had everything that we needed and we had a wonderful view of the ocean....beautiful sunrise and sunsets. It was a wonderful stay at 11C Seagrove. I did intend to leave a note about the upstairs bathroom that was missing some light bulbs. It was sufficient light but 2 of the sockets had nothing in them. Also, we had a bit of trouble with the front door lock. Still, the week was so pleasant in this property.

Loved the villa, plenty of room and very clean, great location on beach. Wasn’t crazy about 2 flights of steps especially for my 89 year old mother and carrying up all of our bags. Should’ve been listed sooner in description. We didn’t notice until it was booked and I scrolled down and saw none of villas had elevators.

What are you looking for?

The place showed wear/age such as stains on carpet, window cranks did not work, water spots. The TV did not work and there was mold on a shower curtain. The property manager changed the shower curtain immediately, the view and location are fantastic and the refrigerator kept our beer cold.

Nothing like the pictures

Dirty, old and very outdated. The photos showed online have been photoshopped. There are holes in the walls and ceiling. Cracks along window frames and the back patio door. I’m pretty sure the carpet has never been replaced. It’s heavily stained and very dirty. The wood floors are worn bare and uneven. The oven was dirty. Some of the windows are broken and can’t be opened. A/C vents are in need of a deep cleaning. There’s a blood stain on the curtains in the living room. The blinds were dusty and dirty. There’s a ton of basic maintenance that obviously hasn’t been done. Also, the twin beds in the guest room are as hard as rocks. Sleeping on the floor would have been a more comfortable choice had it not been so nasty. Pots and pans provided were warped and scraped up. You can’t use scraped up Teflon pans. But the view is great so if that’s all you care about then this might be the place for you. 3 stars just for the beach view. Everything else was gross.

Great location, average unit

This rental had one of the best locations of any unit we have rented in Wild Dunes. It was close to the Pavilion area which we loved and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Some units in Wild Dunes can be a hike to the beach even if they are technically ocean front but this one was perfect. The layout was good for a family with two young children. It does look like the unit has been aesthetically refreshed and the paint and furniture are in good shape. It was surface level clean but could really use a deep cleaning as the ceiling vents and ceiling fans were absolutely filthy with lots of dust. Also the bathrooms could use a little attention as there were no stoppers for the tubs which is not ideal with little kids who prefer baths to showers. All appliances worked great. The kitchen was also very mediocrely stocked. It has the basics for making breakfast or lunch but would be hard to cook a true meal with the tools provided and the Keurig coffee maker was really dirty and had a film all around the water reservoir so we couldn't use it. The TV in the living room was glitchy and kept freezing. The pool is close by but there are no passes or code to get in so anyone can just come and go and the water was really disgusting. It was so cloudy, had lots of particles floating in it at all times, and no way were the chemicals balanced based on the appearance of the pool water. A fine unit overall but I wouldn't rent it again.

Nice condo/great location. Needs a few improvements.

Wonderful view and just steps from the beach. Very nicely decorated and cute environment. A few improvements are needed. The guest room twin mattresses Desperately need to be replaced. They are extremely uncomfortable and squeak anytime you move in bed. The master bed on the other hand is very comfortable. The dishwasher door needs to be fixed. When you open the door it doesn't stay down unless you pull out the bottom rack. Lastly, the family room couch needs to be cleaned since it had a bit of an odor. All in all it's a nice place that needs a few improvements.
