Este alquiler recién anunciado se encuentra en North Bayfront Waters, la propiedad cuenta con un muelle privado directamente en frente de la casa, y tiene su propia zona de playa de arena. Está a solo dos cuadras de Main Street de Balboa Island "Marine Ave", es fácil caminar. A minutos de Balboa Ferry, Fashion Island, Starbucks y muchos restaurantes emocionantes. Casa de estilo Cape Cod modernizada, dos pisos, patio frente a la bahía con zona de estar y amentiies barbacoa, dos patios adicionales en el piso de arriba. Acogedora sala de estar abajo con chimenea, tiene 4 dormitorios, capacidad para 10 ... con un apartamento adjunto posterior 1 dormitorio y gran sala espaciosa. La casa de playa tiene 6 baños con ducha y una ducha exterior adicional. ¡Recientemente remodelado y en excelentes condiciones para unas vacaciones o lugares apartados!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for our group to gather and relax together. The location couldn’t have been better. It was peaceful and right on the water, yet just a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Best House on Balboa!

I am in love with this house!! This was the best stay I have had in the Newport/Balboa area. This was the perfect environment for our team to regroup and focus on wellness. The house has everything; comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and lots of cool added extras for fun in the sand and water. Super responsive awesome host. We all want to go back!! You won't want to leave! Stay here :)

Best House!

This house was perfect for our family. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. Perfect location & parking was easy even on a busy weekend. The amenities were amazing, with access to bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Our whole family loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location

This home was perfect for my family as a home base during my son’s wedding weekend. In between wedding festivities, we were able to enjoy this beautiful home, right on the water. The home had everything we needed and was within walking distance of charming Main Street. Fully recommend for a Balboa Island getaway!

Girlfriend trip!

We are a group of 5 sorority sisters who travel together for 4-5 days every year. This year our destination was Balboa Island. Out stay at Balboa Island Bayfront was perfect! The house is gorgeous with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Out the front door is a personal dock with 2 double kayaks and 2 SUP boards. So fun! Lots to do in the part of Southern California.

Exquisite Balboa Beach House

Our stay at this lovely Balboa beach house was truly amazing. Arrival and entry was easy, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more! Access to all the beach equipment, including towels, chairs, paddle boards etc. was such a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the island, exploring the shops and getting out on the water. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The views, shoreline and private dock were so relaxing. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return one day soon. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for a very memorable 5 star stay.

Balboa Island Beauty!

Flawless and super-enjoyable rental experience! The location could not have been better, waterfront and walking distance (5 mins) to the commercial area on the island. The house was immaculate and stocked with every item you would ever need. The patio and dock were prime spots for enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Nothing like watching the sunset over the harbor! Plenty of room and privacy for our group of 5. Our host Richard was beyond accommodating, hospitable, and communicative! Thank you again for the wonderful experience, we loved our stay! Undoubtedly, we will be returning for a future stay!

Restful retreat

Fantastic home with everything you could need. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Luxurious amenities. Immaculately maintained. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every sunrise and every sunset. Had some great meals in the well appointed kitchen and also on the cozy patio. We will 100% be back next year.

Siblings Reunion

The absolute best rental experience we’ve ever had! The home is clean, spacious and beautiful, and comes with all the water/beach toys you’d need as well as bikes, a Duffy boat and golf cart. Comfortable beds too. The check in/out process was easy and the homeowner was very accommodating. We’ll be back next year for sure - thank you Deane!

Already planning our next stay!

Having our morning coffee while relaxing on the dock, watching the boats glide by, and planning our afternoon paddle (or bike ride or BBQ!) was vacation-mode perfection. This stellar beach-front retreat has the attention to detail and amenities of a 5-star resort, with the coziness and privacy of a B&B. We had so much fun, we're already planning our next stay!

Best Thanksgiving

Absolutely amazing all around. This home had plenty of space to host 14 ppl for Thanksgiving. We loved being on the water and the kids loved paddle boarding , kayaking, golf cart rides for Balboa bars and diving off the dock. Owners have the house equipped very well and their communication was terrific. Thank you!
