Esta villa 1 inferior cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con una gran sección para relajarse o ver la televisión. Hay aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todo. Dos habitaciones comparten un baño y el lado del océano principal tiene un baño privado. Hay un patio cubierto en la parte posterior de la villa, que cuenta con espacio para comer y hamacas, así como cómodos muebles de patio y un baño al lado del patio. Perfecto para relajarse!

Con todas las comodidades y no olvidemos mencionar las vistas de la playa y el Caribe desde el patio. Aleje la carrera de la vida y simplemente relájese con todas las características de lujo que necesita. ⸻Absolutely Amazing Stay!The villa was incredible — spacious, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the ocean from the massive terrace. The jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the water was the perfect way to relax after a day full of excursions. Inside, the villa offered 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an extra full cabana bathroom right on the terrace — super convenient! We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The villa has everything that you need when you arrive. If you have any questions/issues, then with a phone call to the manager, the issue is handled within minutes. Very professional.

On the Beach

We felt right at home in this unit. Hearing the waves and being able to sit on the porch and watch the ocean was relaxing. The third bathroom was not in a bedroom, but it worked out OK - we told our teenage grandson that was his! The property manager, Grizelle (sp) was very accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 day stay immensely.

Very enjoyable weekend in Rincon!!

The villa was very comfortable for 3 couples. Beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean- saw 2 dolphins one early morning. Kitchen well equipped and owner provided enoug towels and beach towels and a good package of information of the Rincon area. Rincón is a wonderful town with great people and restaurants. Took my first surfing lesson at rincón surfing school and went paddle boarding with Damiano from Rincon Paddleboardes. Highly recommend these two companies.. I would highly recommend this villa. Would also recommend Estela test., Parrileria guachas, Caprricio and for breakfast the English rose ( make reservations ahead of time).

The location, staff and layout was terrific. However the property needs updating and cosmetic repairs. Grizel Ruiz was wonderful and very responsive to our requests and needs. The issues occurred in the process of booking with Bill Jugenheimer. When asked for clarification and further information via emails and phone, he was very very belligerent, condescending and derogatory in his demeanor and language. The owners of the complex need to contemplate hiring someone who knows better how to work with clients without displaying such obvious prejudice to members of our society.

Lower Villa 3 Review--Directly at Water's Edge

Rincon is a special place, relaxed and interesting. Sunsets, unbelievable. Beaches from Rincon and North, seem to be the best of PR. The Villa complex beach isn't one you will likely spend much time on, but a short drive and you will find amazing beach options. Owner communication was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible. Staff were welcoming and professional. Internet was available and strong. Views, perfect. This property location is a little interesting, as it is tucked within local neighborhoods. Felt safe enough. Villa was clean throughout. Owner has at least eight co-located properties, so if you reserve one, make sure it is the one you need by reaching out to the owner before you select. Owner is stateside and responds quickly. This could be a 5 star property for the more relaxed, less particular... Those looking for updated or modern feel and look, it won't feel that way. However, we enjoyed it and would visit again without concerns.

Home is great, just check the weather

The home was very clean and pretty accurate based on the description. The view of the ocean cannot be beat, we just watched the pelicans for hours. The owner was super responsive and helpful with our issue. The biggest disappointment is that due to the season this was not beachfront, it was oceanfront. That meant the waves were hitting the wall of the house so you could not swim or sometimes use the patio., The public beach is super close, but due to the winds we saw was also not available to use because the tide was over the beach. The weather caused another issue to the plumbing but the managers switched us right away and were really helpful. My recommendation is just to check the season if you are looking for beachfront. But this is a great location and super easy to get to Rincon, restaurants are close by.

2 couples, both on honeymoon, stayed at this villa. We loved the oceanfront location. The ocean waves are so relaxing. The rooftop pool and view was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Can't beat right on the ocean and these sunsets!

We just came back from our fabulous stay and couldn't have been more happy. When they say they're ocean front, they really mean it. We spent hours watching the surf, the pelicans dive for their fish and the sunset. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins and even whales breeching off in the distance. It was fantastic to be steps away from playing in the ocean and then dipping into the hottub after. The villa had plenty of space and was clean and delightful. But really, we didn't spent too much time inside other than to sleep and cook in the kitchen. Who needs TV when you have this view? The porch is covered so even during the occasional rain storm, we still chose to be outside. Lastly, there's many good little local restaurants that are easily in walking distance so it made walking to dinner really convenient. We would definitely recommend and definitely love to come back!

Great location, comfortable

The property was nice. The water is right outside the balcony. There is no beach left due to hurricanes, but if you climb down some rocks, you get right into the ocean from the rental. There is a very small section of beach left at the end of the road that you can use, its about a 5 minute walk. The "3rd" bathroom listed on our reservaiton in villa 1 lower is outside, on the porch. We were not happy about that, there was no communication about that, we couldn't even find it when we arrived, I had to ask where it was. It is a full bathroom, but it is outside pretty much, and very hot, hard to shower when you are dripping in sweat already. One of the 3 beds is a queen, other 2 were kings. The pillows could use a refresh, some of them were pretty much flat. We called to get fresh towels while we were there, they were brought to us the next day, so if you need them the same day, call ahead. At one point we ran out of water, it was addressed in timley manner. We also lost power for about 6 hours one night overnight. Pool is very small for use of the entire complex. We sat by the pool one day while there and it was FLOODED by peopl who were not even staying there, I'm guessing friends of the property managers/owners? We litterally saw them drive up, park down the road, walk up and then leave again hours later. There was at least 12 of them, really ruined our day at the pool. There are a lot of stairs to get to the pool, some very steep, just be prepared if you have older people in your group. The kitchen is well equipped with things you need to make meals. Couch and seating areas were comfortable. There is a grill to use as well and seating on the balcony. Views were great. Parking is on the street for this villa. Some great little restuarants and shops not too far from the villa as well. Villa was very clean.

Somewhat oversold for the rental price

The listed rental price of this property is clearly higher than many other 3 BR, 2 BA VRBO's in Rincon, likely because of it being right on its own beach. There is not much beach. I was told by some locals it was mostly washed away by Hurricane Mariah. The photos of property seem to show the condo as larger and newer than it actually is, and it exhibits some wear from the salt air. It would be nice if there were more staples in the kitchen (sugar, oil, salt and pepper, sugar, etc.). The pool for the complex is a little difficult to find, up some rather steep stairs. Otherwise, we were comfortable and our family had a good time in Rincon.

The Sunset Paradise Villas in Rincon are GREAT! This was my 4th time to stay there and we love seeing the sunsets and hearing the ocean roar right on the front porch. The villa suits my family perfectly. They are always clean and well equipped.

Native to Puerto Rico, Jose Luis Quiñones the owner of Sunset Paradise Villas has been passionate about the Ocean since his early age as a Surfer in Toa Baja. Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customized surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, a successful vacation rental property where he welcomed travelers from all over the world.

Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 José Luis had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property in a privilege location, directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón. Our 8 accommodations range from a one-bedroom unit for a couple, to units for 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests. With a total accommodation of 50 Guests. And events venue with room for up to 100 people.

Rincón is also known as the Surfing Capital of the Caribbean and the City of Beautiful Sunsets.

For transportation, it is advisable to rent a car, which will make it easier to travel the most distant parts of Rincón in a short time. Walking distances could be long.

The property is located from downtown about 5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes walking.

To the lighthouse and the surfing beaches it can take 11 minutes by car and more than an hour walking.

For those who are enthusiastic about the sport of surfing, Rincón has excellent beaches that produce world-class waves. The wave season starts in October and ends in April.

In Rincón we enjoy very good gastronomy, art and culture.

Rincón has different offer of bars and restaurants, and tour operators for horseback riding, hiking, visiting waterfalls, agriculture, surfing lessons, sailing, and more.
