¡Disfrute de la unidad superior de dos dormitorios recientemente remodelada, ubicada directamente en la famosa playa de Sandy! La unidad cuenta con una terraza privada cubierta con vista al mar, así como una hermosa terraza junto a la playa de madera dura que se comparte con la unidad inferior de un dormitorio.

Toda la unidad superior está equipada con aire acondicionado silencioso y eficiente para mantenerte fresco cuando no estás jugando en la playa que está a solo unos pasos. La sala de estar y las dos habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana (con un paquete de cable en idioma inglés) para su entretenimiento. Cuando no pruebe la cocina local en una de las docenas de opciones gastronómicas en el área, seis a poca distancia a pie, hay una cocina totalmente equipada para aquellos que disfrutan de la cocina.

Para reiterar, Sandy Beach Paradise es una propiedad de dos unidades, de dos niveles, y esta lista es para la unidad superior más grande de dos dormitorios. Los servicios compartidos entre los huéspedes de las dos unidades son la cubierta de madera dura junto a la playa que se encuentra en la parte superior de nuestro dique, la ducha al aire libre, las escaleras hacia / desde la playa, el servicio de lavandería y gran parte del equipamiento del océano / playa.

Paradise indeed!

This was the perfect spot for our little family. Steps to the beach and restaurants with a great deck overlooking the water. Little noisy at night when the bars let out, but nothing crazy. House has everything you need including very comfortable beds.Host is responsive and helpful- going the extra mile when we forgot to return our rental surfboards- whoops!

Beautiful View-Perfect location

I would like to say horrible things so it’s available for me at all times but I can’t! The location is walkable to lots of great restaurants and entertainment. The view is unbeatable! The beds are comfortable! and if you want to know more, I highly recommend you book it today!

This is our second time back and we love it! The view is amazing and the location is great for us. You do here some late night traffic from people leaving the bar some nights. We can't wait to return next year.

Lovely

The place is lovey. Needs some TLC and some things didn't work, but the management team was made aware for them to address. The place is beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Beds are super comfortable and access to the beach couldn't be easier. It's a surfers beach and not for swimming most of the time given the amazing waves.

Relaxing in Paradise

What an amazing vacation! Last minutes changes made me think I should not go, but boy am I glad I did. I hadn't returned to Puerto RIco since my Dad passes, but I cannot deny the Taino blood in my veins. There is a reason why the flag has only one star representing Puerto Rico-there's no where else in the world like it! The place was perfect! Wonderful accomodations in a picturesque view. I pray to return soon!!!

Relaxing Vacation By the Water

We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The beach was easy to access and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand was great. There are many restaurants nearby. We loved the covered deck and spent most of our time there. We had plenty of starter items and extras including outdoor chairs and umbrella. Upon arrival the shower head was not really working from buildup but was replaced the next day with a new one. There is some items that need maintenance and it could really use a deep cleaning. Overall this was one of our favorite spots on this trip.

Relaxing, quiet and beautiful! Easy access

Everything about this place was nearly perfect! Location couldn’t be beat! Beds were comfortable. Everything g you need to make a meal is there. Only complaint was in hallway bathroom the water wouldn’t get hot in the shower and the only outlet in that bathroom wasn’t working. Neither were fixed when we were there which was ok because we told them it wasn’t an emergency. The sliding door out to balcony wouldn’t secure. Wesley came the next day and fixed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

Perfect Location!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay! He was able to surf on the days there was swell, we ate really yummy food-within walking distance…and enjoyed the uncrowded beach! The host was easy to communicate with when we hand questions and check in notes took us directly to the door!

Family getaway

The location of this property is excellent in relation to the ocean and several restaurants. Having said that it was a bit too close to one particular restaurant that had very loud music every night we were there except one. Even with all windows closed we could hear the music until very late! Also, the house could have been a bit cleaner. The 2 pull out cutting boards in the kitchen still had food on them and when we opened a drawer in the kitchen to put some of our food into, there were old clementines and some other unidentifiable fruit!! We had an issue with the driveway gate remote and when we called Wesley, he was there within 5 minutes to bring us a replacement. Also, a couple beach chairs were broken and he replaced them immediately. Wesley was very kind and extremely helpful! Great property manager. Overall had a fabulous vacation and the property was great for our needs! Thanks for a memorable vacation!!!!

Incredible location!

Sandy Beach Paradise was the perfect stay for our family of 3 with a teen. There aren’t a lot of individual stays on the sand and this place did not disappoint! The home had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extra snorkel equipment and boogie boards. We would definitely choose this place again on our next trip. The views, location, and home itself were perfect.

Beautiful!!!

It was everything and more! The beach is a surfer beach so don’t plan on swimming there. There are close beaches in town that are perfect!!! Rincon is clean, safe, accessible, friendly and beautiful!!! The house providing beach chairs, coolers and floats is for sure a plus!!! LGBTQ friendly and welcoming!!!! We loved every minute of our stay!!!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is amazing. You can't beat the location - literally on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. We had one question while we were there and texted the property manager, he responded immediately and stopped by within 5 minutes. We didn't spend much time inside the house because we were always outside. We explored many of the beaches along the west coast of PR - all were beautiful and Sandy Beach is one of the best! We will definitely stay here again.

Beach right at your feet!

The views and access to the beach are amazing. I give this place 4 1/2 stars simply for 1 reason. The side stairs are very slick when it rains. I slipped down them and dislocated my toe and fractured my foot the 2nd night there. After a night spent in the ER we just started using the back stairs instead. We would definitely recommend this beach house to our friends and family and will be back! Maybe put a warning on the VRBO Site or near the stairs.

Amazing location!

Our family LOVED our stay here for the week! You couldn’t ask for a better spot right on the beach! Our kids ages are 17, 15 & 7 and it was perfect for everyone. We really liked how quiet/private the beach was. We are already talking about coming back next year for Spring Break and we would definitely rent this place again!

Absolutely loved it!

This was such a great place to end our vacation in Rincon. The location really couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk across the street to each morning for coffee, smoothies or açaí bowls or a bagel breakfast sandwich from The Wandering Bagel next door. Enjoy our coffee & breakfast on the deck /patio while we listened to the waves and watched surfers in the water. The Big Kahuna Burger across the steeet was a great place for dinner and a drink when we were drained from the sun at the end of the day. Also enjoy Tamboo restaurant 2 doors down. This house was a short drive to Maria’s beach, Marina and we drove a little further out last day to Crashboat beach. We really didn’t want to leave. Such a great trip!
