The house was beautiful. Great location as we could just walk the kids to the park. Plenty of space for us to relax with an awesome deck overlooking the golf course. The listing said there were kind bed but everything was a queen and under.

Family spot

Our family really enjoyed staying there. The very large living room was ideal for our toddler grandson. A toddler gate at the top of the stairs would help. Overall slightly dated, but very pleasant place to stay.

Spacious, bright, and dated

We had a great time! The beds were not luxurious, and the house was generally “dated” to an early 80’s nostalgia… but it was the perfect amount of space, and the kitchen was great. We would rent again.

Great Size, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this house twice now and it affords lots of space and a great central location. It does not have A/C and the kitchen is lacking in glassware. Other than that, we love it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in serious need of updating. Cassette and VHS tape players! Seriously? Old style TV's? The cabinets have had it in the kitchen. There are even fewer kitchen pans and amenities than the last time we stayed here. I thought the deck would have been replaced by now. Bring a hammer to pound in the nails so the kids don't injure up their feet. Someone please show this place some love.

Family Outing

Nice home for a gathering of families. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This is an older home and shows signs of needs for updating but was very comfortable and suited our stay very well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Considering this place allows 10 people and dogs, we actually had a good time after the first shock. We were told it had air-conditioning and it did not. We stayed for one week at the highest temp in Bend. The blinds and the TVs need to be replaced throughout the house (at least). The place needs some good sprucing up. We loved the 4 BRs with a bathroom each and we loved the huge living room. At this time I could not recommend the house to friends. It's a great house but needs updating...

Big house, great for small family gathering

We had an excellent time at White Elm 15. Location within Sunriver is great. The home has a beautiful deck with a nice outlook over the gold course. The best part of the house is the huge spaces - more than enough for two families to spread out. The house is in need of some maintenance - specifically blinds need an upgrade (some are falling apart). The other minor issue is that all of the televisions are very outdated. We didn’t mind this too much, but could be important for some visitors.

Spacious family home in great central location

Enjoyable winter getaway. Loved the coziness of the real wood burning stove. Unique custom foor-to-ceiling windows throughout gave great natural light & beautiful views of the snow covered trees & golf course. Easy access to bike paths & golf course cart path for walks. Kitchen set up was adequate, though basic (e.g., dull knives, etc). WiFi was ok, though security needs updating (couldn’t VPN into work servers due to inadequate security settings). Some deferred maintenance items could use attention (e.g., several window shades malfunctioning or inoperable). Overall a very spacious & comfortable place in a great location.

Lots of space

The house is very wide open for big groups. There is one thing that I had a concerned about which was the fact that it was advertised in the third bedroom that there was two queen beds. They are actually full beds. Some of the mini blinds need to be replaced. You can tell that they are upgrading things in the house and that takes time. But my overall impression was it was a good rental we had lots of fun and it's great for large groups. It was very comfortable and yes I would rent it again.

Huge home with lots of amenities

Home is large with a mostly open concept in the main areas. Furniture and appliances are a little dated but it was perfect for our stay. Lots of amenities and right next to the golf course.

Great location with tons of space

Very spacious reverse floorpan. We loved the large and plentiful windows. The hot tub was clean and toasty for cool evenings. The downstairs thermostat did not seem to function, so that floor remained a cool 62 degrees during our stay; the upstairs one functioned normally. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen, but we found many of them were not clean and needed a trip through the very quiet dishwasher p[riopr to use. Placemats for the dining table were absent. Having them would allow guests to protect the table surface better. We did not use any of the bicycles provided. Again, we found this house to be spacious and very comfortable in a good location near the north end of Sunriver. We would;ld stay here again.
