Relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely, relaxing stay in cinnamon beach. The home was clean, well kept, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub very much. The addition of the dog bowls was very welcoming for our fur baby. There were basic necessities provided, and that was wonderful for our short stay. There is no more construction noise next door, they finished up and closed during our stay. We did not use any of the club amenities during our stay, but they looked nice and well kept as well. The staff at the guard gate was welcoming as well. We would definitely stay again.

It was Okay, would not come again

This house is great for large families (we had 9)! There is plenty of room and space for everyone. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we arrived, along with the upstairs AC. After calling property management, they sent someone the next day and lied, saying, "no one was in the house when they stopped by." 4 days later, the hot tub was fixed. The bunk bed room is the coldest room downstairs while the bright blue King bed room is the hottest (even with the ceiling fan on). The house is staged and not actually functional, the lamps on the night stand are just for decoration there are no outlets for them to plug into. In addition to the functionality, the "extra room" with the pull-out couch has no privacy and the person gets woken up with the sun in their eyes due to the balcony windows. There is a GOOD 10-15 minute walk to the beach access. To get there, you will walk through the adult-only pool using an elevator (if you have a cart) and then walk down the stairs to the sand. There is construction happening DIRECTLY next-door so be ready for noise, along with blocking of the driveway. Make sure to ask for a discount, as the listing says because it is not worth the hassle.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Tropical Hideaway. Plenty of space and everyone was comfortable. Having two family rooms was nice, especially the pool table. The kitchen was nice as we were able to bring groceries and cook some of our meals. Short walk to the pool and beach. Also, close to Publix, restaurants and golf courses. Looking forward to staying again. We also appreciated the later check out time on Monday!

Close to beach, club house, and dog walk.

We stayed here 2 years ago and the place is just as nice and clean as it was then. You open the door and the place smells and feels clean. Plenty of towels and fairly well stocked with T.P. There is a lot of room and privacy for a large family. The best part is the location. You can see the beach from the second floor porch, dog walk across the driveway, not even a block to club houses with pools and beach cross over. We love the outdoor upper deck. Did not use the hot tub because it was FL in the summer. I really like that there is no "splash pool" with the house because of safety for small kids. Like I said, So close to beach and club house pools.

Beautiful house, clean, as listed

Very clean, and close to boardwalk /beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all conveniences to cook a meal. The internet/cable didn’t work when we arrived but they were very quick to send a technician out to help. The construction next door cut the cable line. There was construction in the neighbor hood but we were up early every morning.so it wasn’t a big deal. Very nice vacation, thanks!

First time on Cinnamon Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The afternoon we arrived, we found the air conditioning wasn’t working in the lower level. We called, someone came out that night. It was fixed the next day and a generous refund was given immediately. Excellent customer service!Both pools on the property were great. And the property had several beautiful views of the ocean. Our biggest complaint were the floors. They appeared to be swept but made the bottom of our feet dirty. Rugs at the main level and garage entrance would help. Hot tub room and upper balcony could use an occasional hose down. Was pretty disappointed that the rocks on the beach prevented play in the ocean. We drove to other nearby beaches everyday for 2 weeks. Our daughter couldn’t sleep in sofa bed, she slept on couch. Master bed and bath was great.

Quiet, easy vacation

This was a very nice community and house to stay in for the week. The availability of the clubhouse pool and grill were really beneficial given the short walk. The beach access by the condo (with dogs) or through the quiet pool aren't too far away and beach was never too crowded. The house was in excellent condition. There's a bit of construction going on with new properties, but everything's pretty well out of the way, and the house still kept everything quiet.

Fun in the sun!

Great central location to visit other destinations. I wish the third bedroom had a full bed instead of bunk beds. The queen sofa sleeper was not comfortable, so one of my sons and his wife had to sleep in the bunks, but they were fine with that. The hot tub was great. We had a great time making a few meals on the grill. Everyone in the area was very friendly. The restaurant and pool are a plus. It gives you a resort atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. We had fun swimming in the ocean and saw a few dolphins jumping one day. We took morning walks on the beach every day. We all had a great time!

Great home. Awesome location.

The home is in a gated community on a quiet cul de sac. It's one block to the beach and one block to the association pools (one oceanside, one lakeside). The lakeside pool has a Grille with great food and service when open (hours are limited), a toddler pool, a hot tub, a fitness and business center. I had an issue getting the remote to work and an issue with the gas grill. In both cases, someone was there within an hour, arrived with a smile and corrected the problem. I've rented many homes via VRBO and have never enjoyed service that level. The house is well-equipped. We spent a lot of time on the lovely deck where, for now, you can see the ocean. I say for now because I fear a house may be built next door. When we were inside, we could watch just about any TV channel that is out there: Netflix, Hulu, etc. We had guests that ranged in ages from our 5 month granddaughter and her parents to friends who are seniors like us. Everyone loved their stay.

Home was in a great location with a beach access path right across the culdesac, however, they were damaged in the hurricane and none of them had been repaired except one at the very far end of the condos. Hot tub and pool table was a massive save because as everyone knows this Christmas it was extremely cold everywhere. Our family has been coming to cinnamon beach for years in April and we always stay in the condos. This year with both kids and spouses coming and a new grand baby we opted for a house. It was a wonderful house all in all

Beach getaway family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at Cinnamon Beach. The property was like a hidden gem. We are from Florida and this was our first time up in this area. The beaches were beautiful, quiet and clean. The neighborhood is kept up Nice . Organization throughout the community and communication with management and personnel were five star quality. We had one small issue with the main air not cooling properly in the daytime and we called the next morning and we had that issue fixed the very same day and that air conditioner worked like a charm the rest of our stay. I can’t stress enough how superb the maintenance crew especially Joe took care of any needs we had. I had my family of six , my little dog and the home fit us very comfortably. The people that come to this community are very friendly, family oriented and laid-back which made our stay that much better. Thank you Cinnamon beach for a great family vacation 2022.

Community pools only 3 or 4 properties away, the boardwalk to the beach was literally right out the side door of the garage. Most of the beach goers used the boardwalk at the quiet pool area, so we basically had this area to ourselves. I love the coquina on the beach here, which is the main reason I chose Cinnamon beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, nice, large vacation home.
