¡Bienvenido al Sunset Blue! La última casa de piscina personalizada en la playa de Canela Beach!
Con un plan de piso familiar increíble, junto con tres dormitorios y vistas cautivantes, lo que más se puede pedir a pocos pasos de la playa?

Al entrar en la puesta del sol azul, el cordón de ajuste junta hecha a mano se llama la atención, proporcionar esa sensación de vivir en la playa.

Nuestro salón principal está en el segundo nivel con una cocina gourmet, comedor y sala de estar abierta a reunir y entretener.
También se dará cuenta dos juegos de puertas francesas que proporcionan una abundancia de luz natural y dan al balcón de gran tamaño, con vistas al famoso campo de golf océano hamaca y vistas al lago y puesta del sol!

Beautiful home in ocean front community

My family of 4 loved this home at Cinnamon Beach. It is a beautiful, impeccably clean and the most well appointed home we've ever rented. It had everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. The home is set up so that there are 2 separate areas, us parents stayed upstairs in the main part of the home and the young adult kids stayed downstairs in their private rooms. The heated pool was awesome because the temps the week we stayed were not super warm. All the furnishings and appliances were high end. There were even bathrobes for our comfort. The Cinnamon beach community is on a nice stretch of beach, we ate at the clubhouse grille a couple times and it was good, and the home included everything you needed to set up at the beach. The rental company was super responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again if we were in the area. Thank you for a great, relaxing vacation!

Consistently Pleased

We returned for a 2 week stay in February/March and experienced a few upgrades and additions to what is always a warm and welcoming environment. After sharing WiFi strength issues (test speeds were slow and dropping virtual calls and classes for our work and our daughters’ college classes), a repairman arrived the next day to address the issue. Quality dining remains an issue for the area but those willing to cook can do some things with the proximity to freah seafood and grocers.

Sunset Blue was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but also provided a lovely lanai and pool. We ate most of our meals here, and the kitchen was wonderful. Lots of helpful labels to know where things belonged. The furniture in every room was perfect. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and perfect for outdoor dining also. The indoor furniture was great for watching the NCAA tournament and the dining table provided a wonderful space for a good meal. The bedrooms were clean, and the linens were comfortable. The towels were especially luxurious. We enjoyed some of the games that are provided, but mostly we just enjoy family time together in a beautiful setting. Thank you!

Disappointed that the pool was not serving food. Water pressure was a bit disappointing and the cleaning crew missed a few spots prior to our arrival (crumbs on the floor under the couch and in a few seats). We had an issue with the stovetop, the water temperature and the internet, but the management company addressed them quickly. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

It is a short walk to the beach and is located in a very private, quiet setting overlooking a lake and a golf course. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities as well as top of the line appliances. Linens, towels, laundry detergent were all provided. Everything is clearly marked and organized which was a huge plus. We had a great overall, comfortable and relaxing experience staying in this home and working with Chris Gallo from Cinnamon Beach Properties. I would definitely recommend this community.

The property management company is on top of the whole process and very professional. The House is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need for a carefree vacation. When they tell you all you need to bring is yourself, they mean it. The house was spacious, clean and setup nicely. It was a little cold when we were there so having the heated pool helped. It is just a short walk to the clubhouse and beach. There is a Publix close and European Village with numerous restaurants. It is also close enough to make a day trip or several outings to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend Sunset Blue or any property managed by Cinnamon Beach Vacations! Totally Satisfied!!!!

Recent Changes Make it Unlikely We Will Return

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reaching out to share our experience this year at Sunset Blue. As I recall, we have been a consistent renter of this home since 2015. Recent changes, however, make it unlikely that we will return. First, the decision to switch from cable to streaming in-home entertainment for all rooms other than the second floor main was an unwelcome surprise. In addition to the hassle of having to remember passwords or sign up for app services, the internet bandwidth is not always reliable resulting interruptions and delays (particularly on older Apple devices like to the AppleTV boxes used in the master and in the first floor living room). Also, if a decision like this is made, it must coincide with upgraded televisions that accept smart casting from non-Apple devices. On a week filled with varied sporting events from conference basketball tournaments to The Players this proved problematic. Particularly given last year’s stay when we had to have the cable provider out to address broadband speeds. At a minimum, guests should be made aware of this as it greatly impacts usability. Second, the repeated requests to unlock the first floor Nest from its set program was a nuisance. The program kept raising the temperature to 78 after being set to 72 degrees. It took two calls and three days for this to be rectified. This is unacceptable in my mind.I am not going to post this to VRBO as I am not interested in bashing the rental as it continues be a well-maintained and enjoyable abode. I would ask, however, that my sentiments regarding our experience be shared with the owners. Finally, please consider adding Sylvain’s Caribbean Restaurant to your list offerings in your app. The patties, jerk chicken and salt fish and callalloo are very well done. /

Our relaxing time at Sunset Blue

We have rented six houses on this beach, and this one has been our favorite. The house has a comfortable layout, with a laundry room on the main floor. We enjoyed the screened in porch and pool, which had lovely, comfortable deck furniture. The pool and the residence were well maintained and stocked with everything a family could need for their vacation.We highly recommend staying at this property.

As there are lots of rocks it’s impossible for the kids to go crazy so had to use the pools and trips to other beaches nearby in the car and with one tiny kid was a production each day. House is perfect and easy walk to the main pool and beach.

Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Nice home and furnishings and we had the use of four bicycles and a cooler with wheels to haul some food to the beach, which was nice.The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. We had the need for a garlic press one evening and sure enough we found one in a drawer. It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach, but the walk was nice and a reasonable distance. The grill was not clean when we went to use it, but after about 30 minutes it was in great shape and worked nicely. Later we found out that if we would have called the office, they would have come and cleaned the grill. The house had an extra roll of paper towel, but it would have been nice to have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.We did experience a fire alarm malfunction at 3:15 am Saturday morning in the house, which woke us up about 3 hours before we planned for our drive back to Illinois.

We rent through Scott Massey and he is a 10 in working with us....and we are booked for next year. We were at Sunset Blue for 8 weeks and it was great. Facilities fully met expectations. We had guests and the layout was perfect with the extra family space on the main level. Only challenge was the dirty BBQ. It was really bad. Saw the same complaint by a previous renter. Otherwise expectations fully met.

July vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and our two children stayed here for one week. The property was amazing! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having a screened in porch around the pool made our trip. We definitely would recommend this property! The check in process is a little bit ridiculous. When you arrive on Saturday afternoon you’ll spend 45 minutes in your car waiting in line. The security people will have to verify who you are which is fine the bad part is they record everything in a big notebook that’s been around for years and they have to keep walking back in to their building. . You think they could invest and go digital, maybe an iPad? Every time you leave the community you have to go through security again. If you’re flexible check in on a day other than Saturday. The property Overall, extremely satisfied

Fantastic Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home that exceeded our expectations. Sunset Blue provides everything you will need (including beach towels even though the rental company says to bring them). The guy that we were told to text for maintenance never came (we had a toilet flushing issue) but we did get response from the Cinnamon Beach Property Management for another issue. A new maintenance person may be needed. Overall, minor problem and we loved our stay!

The pool was very nice and clean. Everything about the home and neighborhood was top notch. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay, and everything about the experience was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home and the community are absolutely beautiful. The house is is exceptionally clean, very well laid out and in a quiet area of the community. The short walk to the beach was nice with a walkway over the lake. Everything we could have needed during our stay was there, such as beach toys, chairs, plenty of towels (both bath and beach), the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and took plenty of walks around the community. We felt safe and secure in the gated community, where the staff on duty was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.
