Este adorable condominio frente al mar de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños está listo para su familia con un dormitorio principal tamaño king con baño en suite, habitación con cama tamaño queen y un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina está totalmente equipada y este es nuestro único alquiler que incluye un colchón de aire de tamaño doble, trona, sillita de paseo, riel de la cama, paquete y juego, DVD y juegos para niños, y el uso de sillas de playa y sombrillas personales. Ya sea que traigas niños, nietos o solo a ti mismo, esta es una gran opción.

Some issues with this unit

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful but I was so disappointed that you only got 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay - in the past I have gotten several of each already in the condo. I also found the master bed to be ill equipped for a light at the bedside thus making it very difficult to see and especially at night if you need to get up to use the bathroom. Also a large lip to get over to get out to patio - very dangerous for many seniors

The Aracadia I is lovely. our unit there was beautiful, Right on the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more! We will definitely be coming back next summer!

Horrible experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was informed a week prior to my arrival that there would be some renovaton work done on the building. Could not stay in the appartement due to the noise. I was told to be understanding. Appartment was OK not more, furniture is old and some is broken. Found some dead insects in the cupboard.Oven was filthy. We did book for 2 monthsand left after one month as it was too much to deal with. Could not get my money back as, again, I was told to be understanding. Definetly the worse stay that we have experienced.

Grand Condo on the Grand Strand

Greeted by great property staff. Condo was ready on time and very clean. Owner supplies a lot of extras- beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys for the kiddos. Loved the layout. We had friends staying in other 2 bedroom units that were not updated. The kitchen area was opened up to the dinning area separated by eat at counter.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but not clean. There was a lot of dust. There was not a comfortable chair to watch TV. The TV service was not good. The TV’s in the bedrooms never came on line.. the TV in the main room had to be rebooted several times. We love this place and plan to continue renting here.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, we had to clean the dishes, the bathroom and dusting. The balcony railing was not secure we had to go buy rope because the spaces between the rails was to wide and our kids could pass right thrue. The bed in the guest room was broken and my son and girlfriend finished the vacation with backache. For the price it wasn’t worth it. It is sad we loved the emplacement but we will not go back to this place.

Wonderful unit and property

This was a very nice place to stay. Many activities close to location! Wonderful restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday get away !!

Nice location the view of the ocean breath taking from the Balcony , I had a problem with Maintenance coming in with a key me and my daughter were on the balcony and my husband was in the bathroom. I heard someone knock on the glass of the balcony doors and it was the Maintenance Man stating that he was coming to check the utility closet. Early that morning they already came and checked the utility closet and knocked on door i let them in to check the HVAC . My Husband stated to Him don't come in the Condo with out us letting you in , The other problem was the floors in the Bathrooms and Bedrooms had Dog hair on floor and Tub .

We like the hard surface floorsAnd the king sized bed was very comfortable.The unit certainly could use a little facelift. The paint in the Main bedroom is peeling off the wall and theBathrooms are a little grungy.The tv in the living room was great.They could have a little sorting out in the kitchen.So many pots and pans, there was very little room for groceries.The kitchen appliances work well.. The property andGrounds are exceptional. We were delighted withThe new bbq area. Staff here are always very pleasant and helpful.Delighted to see Shelley and Mike are still here!The common use washers and dryers are badly in need of an upgrade!

Nice, clean, right on the beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, right on the beach and close to everything you would need or want but quiet enough to relax without any chaos or craziness. The beach access was wonderful and convenient since my mother has had hip surgery and can’t walk long distances. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: While we loved a week at the beach, and one of our favorite parts was the fantastic balcony , the property had a mildew smell when we first got there. A few of the bathroom rugs were filthy and smelled horribly. We replaced them at our own expense, and aired the unit out. Once we took care of those things, the rugs and airing the unit out a bit, are stay was wonderful.
