Salga de la casa a solo unos pasos y se encontrará en una de las playas volcánicas más hermosas y prístinas de la provincia de Guanacaste. Esta hebra protegida está protegida de olas más grandes, lo que la hace perfecta para niños pequeños y para nadar relajadamente en aguas cristalinas. Si está buscando algunas olas, la casa está ubicada a una corta distancia en automóvil de varias escapadas de surf de fama mundial, también.

We had an amazing family vacation in Potrero! The house is perfect - just as described. The cleaning service was excellent and the concierge services were very helpful! The house is beautiful on a serene and quiet beach. We used the pool, grill and kitchen and all were fabulous! We would absolutely recommend the place! Pura vida!

Absolute paradise with ocean views in every room

Property is just as advertised, in pristine condition with ocean views from each of the bedrooms. The setting is beautiful for a private retreat or for families and friends to celebrate a slice of private heaven. I highly recommend this home.

Best Place to Stay in Costa Rica

This house was amazing. Maid was excellent, property team was great. Couldn’t have ask for a better trip. Airport was close due to weather and we contacted the house team and they helped us stay so we didn’t have to find another place. Already looking to book a trip back.

Family Time in CR

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very helpful and the house is awesome! Some minor hiccups with appliances, dishwasher wasn’t working but they had a daily cleaner who arrived and cleaned the kitchen and dishes etc daily. Overall I would recommend this place. Access to beach and pool which was nice for the toddler grandsons

Spectacular property

This luxury house was right on the beach, brand new, spotless and perfect for our family get away. Close to activities but very private and secure. Views of the sunset over the bay from every room. The area was perfect for paddle boarding and snorkeling. With a well equipped kitchen, private pool, outdoor lounge, grill and eating area we had everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The manager was great in setting us up with day trips and assuring we had everything we needed.

Everything about Equity Residences was nothing but class! Their home is gorgeous and ideally located near everything you need. We’ve a large family and your home was perfect for all of us. My biggest regret was we couldn’t stay longer. Next time I grabbing a month long stay. Amazing

Had an amazing time here. The house is gorgeous, and it's on a gorgeous stretch of beach. When we were there in September, the beach was nearly private. It's in a bay, so the water is calm enough for a kayak or a stand-up paddle board. September is supposedly the "rainy season," but we barely had any rain at all. It rained for about 20 minutes a day. We had a great time surfing at a nearby beach, cooking in the enormous kitchen, and hanging out in the warm water. Couldn't ask for more, and would highly recommend.

Quick summary

Alex, the property manager, and Maday, the housekeeper, were terrific. The pool was much smaller than the photos on website. Our car was hit while parked in the driveway but no one took responsibility. Not good.

Incredible Sunsets

We had the most wonderful stay at this home on the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4 children ages 3-12. The kids spent hours in the pool and then would run to the ocean literally steps away from the home. We enjoyed our meals in the outdoor kitchen while watching the sun set over the ocean. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The property manager was great and communicated with us before our trip and during. He helped us work out rental car issues and gave great recommendations of places to visit and eat. Definitely rent a car so you can explore and visit the area. There is so much to discover. We can't wait to return someday soon! Pura Vida!

Our stay was amazing. The check in process was smooth. The place was as advertised - clean , spacious , the bedrooms were amazing. We were 8 adults. Had a weeks stay - a chef for 2 nights through the property manager Carlos( who also helped arrange some of the day trips ) We cooked for 4 nights ( need at least a golf cart to get to local supermarket and bakery ) The remaining night we are at the local bar down the beach. The villa is literally on the beach which was not busy. I swam a km every day - pool is a tad small. Maria cleaned and tidied every day and was lovely. We all had a lot of fun and would definately come back. Jay

Beautiful comfortable home with stunning sunsets

This home is laid out to accommodate comfortable cozy family gatherings. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor living space is a natural gathering spot. The ocean is your backyard and the sun sets are stunning. The property manager helped us line up great excursions. We toured volcanos, went white water rafting, saw a sea turtle migration, chartered a morning of fishing (and grilled fresh caught tuna!). We hired a chef (Estefania Tasara) to come in and cook a great family meal (Mahi Mahi in creole sauce) and we also enjoyed a visit from a masseuse. Some of us enjoyed reading books while listening to the surf. The more adventurous went surfing. The tour guides we hired for friendly and helpful and, yes, they managed to find monkeys for us to see. A great week at a beautiful home in a location which offered endless exploration possibilities!

Best family vacation we've every had!

We loved this house! It's truly a gem. It's very modern, with all new appliances and fixtures (It was built very recently). You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the details. The design is beautiful and luxurious! It's also in an amazing location. Potrero is a lovely town. The house is right on the beach, which was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The sunsets were breathtaking overlooking the bay the house sits on. Playa Flamingo is very close, as well which made it easy to get an in-home massage from a resort masseur. There are several restaurants nearby that we loved. Definitely go to Coco Loco - awesome seafood! The owners provided an outstanding experience, as well. We felt like we had our own concierge. Alonso provided us with a ton of options for day trips and then set them all up for us. It was so easy and affordable! I recommend getting the in-home chef and taking advantage of the great fishing just offshore. Overall, my family loved our visit to this home. The beachfront experience was unrivaled, making me fall in love with Costa Rica even more. I will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

A new home away from Home

I literally can’t wait to come back and not only visit this property again but to visit this exact location in Costa Rica. I do vacations with the same group of friends every other year, we typically do all inclusive but decided to try a new adventure and booked this place through VRBO…best decision ever. This place specifically comes with a concierge who helped me arrange everything, from the private chef, dinner reservations, excursions, and golf carts. The house was amazing and it’s location on a very quiet beach was exactly what we were looking for. There is a great little bar/restaurant that is within walking distance beachside. The people were incredible and we truly felt like this was a first class experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Casa Equity Playa Potrero

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Casa Equity. The house is amazing and being right on the beach with sunsets every day was fantastic. The house is very well maintained and has everything you ever need. The location is perfect, being close to restaurants and the grocery store within walking distant, or a golf cart. The service is impeccable. We hired Chef Estefania for the week, and she and her husband, Luis, were amazing. Could not say more, and we would stay at this house again!

Perfect house in paradise

This house was beautiful! We stayed as a family of five with small kids and the house met all of our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the utensils and cookware you will need. The pool is perfect for a small group and even provides some mid-day shade this time of year. The beach is just steps away and the sunset views are spectacular. We saw iguanas on the property daily, which the kids loved. We even saw howler monkeys in the trees behind the house one day! I would highly recommend this house for couples, families, and it is even big enough for multiple families. The house is easy to get to thanks to directions provided by the owner. The location is convenient with a supermarket and multiple restaurants within a half mile. There are a few restaurants within walking distance down the beach as well. The property owners provide the contact for a concierge that can help with everything during your stay. Alonso was amazingly helpful. From car rental, COVID tests, and booking excursions to the volcanoes, he was able to help with everything. He made our stay as convenient as possible.

Pura Vida Perfect Luxury

I cannot say enough about the absolute perfection of this property. The pictures do not do it justice. Every detail in the home is well thought out and it is spotless. It is well equipped with many extras you do not typically see in most rentals. The location was perfect. The house is right on the beach and easily accessible to many restaurants, supermarkets, attractions or activities while still being quiet and private. The support team for the home was easily accessible and incredibly helpful. We hated leaving and we cannot wait to return again.

Great property in a relaxing location

This is our second time in CR, but first time in Potrero and first time renting from Equity. We loved the location directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. We cooked at the house a few times as the grocery in town was convenient and the kitchen was very well stocked! Nice grill out back too! Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. If you want a relaxing stay in a less touristy area, this is the place. Travel during Covid is a hassle, but this trip was worth it!!

Excellent stay!

This property was all it promised! It had so many amenities, including a lot of cook wear. Alonso was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. Madai, the maid kept the house extremely clean! Location is great, so peaceful! We would highly recommend a rental car to get around to the different towns and restaurants nearby. Truly a wonderful place to come, we will definitely be back!

This house was everything we expected and more! Great location, incredible beach. The house was very clean. We'd highly recommend this house to anyone who loves a private location that's near good restaurants. We also recommend Chef Frank at Fed Better Belly for chef services - he was amazing!

Great house on beautiful beach.

Perfect spot to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Sailing club down the beach was great for rentals of boats, paddle boards, kayak etc. Very good restaurants nearby and beach bars right down the beach. Alfonso makes sure your visit goes smoothly.
