Nuestro 3 dormitorios, 2 baños tiene que ver con su ubicación excepcional que proporciona acceso a sus actividades favoritas. Se encuentra a solo 5 minutos en coche de Vail Village y a unos pasos de la parada de autobús gratuita que sale cada 15 minutos durante la temporada de esquí.

Nuestro condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar con una cocina totalmente equipada, chimenea, terraza al aire libre con parrilla y televisores de pantalla plana. El parque fuera de su puerta ha sido recientemente remodelado e incluye una excelente área de parrilla al aire libre y fabulosas canchas de tenis disponibles para su uso. También estamos ubicados cerca de los senderos de Booth Creek para todas sus necesidades de senderismo.

Reserve al menos una semana y se aplicará automáticamente un 10% de descuento (excluye Navidad / Año Nuevo).

Política de cancelación: Se requiere un pago de $ 300 al momento de la reserva. Este pago de $ 300 se aplica al monto total adeudado y solo es reembolsable dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al momento de la reserva. Si su fecha de llegada es dentro de los 45 días de la reserva, se requiere el pago completo al momento de la reserva. Las cancelaciones o cambios que resulten en una estadía acortada, que se realicen dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días de la fecha de llegada, perderán el monto total de la reserva, mientras que las cancelaciones hechas con más de cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de su llegada solo se perderán El pago de $ 300 realizado al momento de la reserva. Lovely cabin, great location!

Such a great spot. The location is great, right on the free bus line for skiing. The cabin itself is comfortable and cute, a cosy place to stay with enough room for The whole family. Would stay again!

We mentioned to Brian that we liked coffee - there was a French press, k-cup, and drip machine. Great park for kids next door, awesome hiking in walking distance, easy busy ride to town, parking right in front of the property. 70 can get a little loud in Vail, but this place was really sound proofed. The top bedroom got hot, there was a ceiling fan in front of a skylight but it created an undesirable strobe effect during day hours so we used the box fan for a while them moved downstairs where it was cooler. Great windows, very clean, and comfortable furniture. Would stay there again!

Perfect ski condo

This may be one of our favorite VRBOs yet! It was very clean and well-stocked, from soaps, shampoos and bath gels, to 4 different ways to make coffee! They even already had some cooking spices (which we usually spend too much money on each trip, so this was much appreciated). Some bathroom floors are heated, and there was plenty of firewood on the back porch should you want to enjoy a fire. The washer and drier are full-sized with laundry detergent pods available. There were multiple streaming services, and we were able to sync our Amazon account to watch Thursday Night Football. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the East Vail bus stop, and just one stop away from the Village. Word to the wise, take the Aspen Lane stop on the way back and walk a couple of extra minutes; it'll save you about 30 minutes on the bus ride back. We loved this condo!

Vail Visit

The property was lovely very well equipped kitchen nice bathrooms with heated floors and great dining area. It’s not however on a creek or at the base of the mountain those are .3-.5 miles away. You have pretty views but there is a lot of freeway noise.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this rental for a wedding in Vail and had a great time. The property was as described in the ad and was large enough for 6 adults. It is a short car or bus ride from downtown. The owner was very responsive to my questions and the details were well organized. Thanks!

They tacked on 400 bucks for misc fees which was not evident when I booked. 250 bucks to clean? I never used the kitchen and really just slept there.

It’s close enough to Vail Village for a leisurely bike ride to town and the Gore Creek Trail bike path. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. Neighbors were friendly. Brian of Premier Rental Agency is very accessible and answered all our questions. I highly recommend a stay with them!
