Great place for the whole family

We were in Ruidoso for a baseball tournament. My mom, in laws and my family all stayed here. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub was great & the game room down stairs kept the kids entertained. The cabin was clean and well kept. It was also in a great location! Hope to be back!

Loved this property

We really enjoyed staying at this location. My only complaint is the freezer/refrigerator didn't work and cost us a lot of money on wasted food. If they get that fixed we will absolutely be staying there again next year!

Deborah, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed staying at our property. However, we’re very sorry about the inconvenience you faced with the refrigerator during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with this issue and the resulting food waste. We wanted to let you know that we replaced the refrigerator the day after your stay, as we were unable to do so during your visit. Ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable experience is our top priority, and we regret that we couldn’t address this sooner. We hope you will consider staying with us again next year. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we would like to offer you a discount on your next stay. Please feel free to reach out to us directly when you’re ready to book. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Warm regards, Destiny Rentals

Return Stay at Amazing Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Amazing Place. While not the newest accommodation in Ruidoso, the house is large and fits our large, extended family's needs very well. We find Destiny Rentals easy to work and their representative- Jhovany Ruiz- is very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay there on a future trip to New Mexico.

Truly an amazing place!

This is a beautiful place to enjoy Ruiodoso! My family was very comfortable and had a great time here! We almost didn’t want to leave to explore the town because the property was so comfortable and filled with things to keep us entertained. Not far from anything in town. Hot tub was great… played pool all night! Beds are big and plenty of extra covers and towels! The kitchen was fully equipped! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Rhonda and team for your hospitality!

Simple stay

The location was perfect. Nice quiet atmosphere. The amount of elk and deer eating in the yard daily was amazing. Our only issue was the lack of clean up supplies. We ended up going and buying windex, paper towels, and toilet paper. Thankfully, I brought dishwasher tablets. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is not enough for 9 people for 3 days, or one roll of paper towels. If you want people to keep the property up, please provide minimal cleaning products.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but the two chairs in the living room were worn and one was broken. I took my family to celebrate a family wedding and while the house bones were good it is not being cared for. There were towels with stains, no dishrag or kitchen towels, kitchen utensils were water stained. It's a shame for a nice property to be uncared for. I would definitely recommend if those things were corrected.

Nice property but not clean

The property was nice, and we enjoyed the pool table, but the dishes were filthy. We had to hand wash greasy dishes before we could use them. They wanted us to run the dishwasher when we left, but didn't have any detergent. There were 3 partial rolls of toilet paper for 9 people and no paper towels. However there was plenty of extra towels, wash cloths, and blankets. The bedrooms and bathrooms seem to be clean. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. It's been 1.5 weeks and we haven't received out deposit back yet.

I am very sorry to hear about your stay not being satisfactory. I am the owner of Destiny Real Estate and I take all the after hour calls personally myself. I did not receive a call from you regarding these issue with the dishes. I would have sent a housekeeper over had I known to take care of anything that needed done. I do show your security deposit was refunded. If you wish to stay again with us please call me personally and I will take care of you myself and make sure your stay is enjoyable. The Amazing Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time to stay at this property. We love the location. We were a bit surprised that the down stairs had not been cleaned and the bedding was dirty. We washed the bedding when we realized it had not be washed from the previous rental. The couch down stairs had sheets on it that had been folded up into the couch. You could tell they were not clean. The king bed down stairs sheets, had crumbs in them. We had to strip both beds and wash the sheets before we could use them. The floors though out the house were not clean.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. Toilet downstairs wasn’t bolted to floor. It overflowed after first flush. Maintenance came to repair and said he’d be back to finish and never came back. This is the second Destiny property we have made the mistake of staying in and we will not stay at a Destiny property in the future.
