Luxury On The River Condo.

Could not have been nicer. Such a comfortable place to stay-beautifully decorated, upscale yet cozy with attention paid to details. Great location to all of the downtown establishments and seeing/ hearing the Arkansas River from the deck is very nice. As much as we were in CO to be outdoors, it was always nice coming back to our condo home! Can’t leave out the fact The Biker and the Baker is right across the street!!!

We loved this darling, perfect condo for our family of 4. It was clean, decorated so cute, and perfect location for us to walk all over Salida. We highly recommend this property and will be back for sure.

Just wonderful!!

I love love loved staying here. I especially love the balcony. I only used the lower level. The Murphy bed worked out great. The main level was exactly what I needed. It was just me and I splurged but it was worth it!

Perfect in Every Way

Our visit to Salida was perfect in every way primarily due to the perfect location of our rental. The best location, met our criteria with King bed, walk in showers, and 2 bathrooms. The outside balcony was a plus. Location was close to the river and everything else. Once we parked our vehicle upon arrival we never got in it until we left! Exactly what we were looking for! The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again!

Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms -- lots of extra towels! Loved the layout with beds above and below. Location was within walking distance to downtown Salida shops and restaurants. Locked parking garage for your vehicle. Great place to stay!

Incredible location and property!

Stunning and incredibly clean property right next to the river. Perfect location! The kids could walk / bike wherever they wanted, and every coffee shop / restaurant on our list was within a few blocks away. The whitewater rapids are right next door, making it easy to float or surf if thats what you're looking for. The host communicated beautifully and they are clearly committed to ensuring we had a smooth and wonderful stay. We'll be back next year!

Love the location!

We very much enjoyed the condo. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Our favorite part was the location. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the fun activities on the river. We will stay here again.

Condo on the Arkansas

This is a great property! It is right on the Arkansas River and is in the heart of downtown so everything is within walking distance. Even though it is downtown, it is quiet as it is not on a main street. The communication with the manager was great!

A Magic Vacation Spot

Luxury on the River is an understatement to be sure! I'd add in other descriptive words like Relaxation, Convenience, Restful, and most of all, VACATION! My family of four enjoyed an amazing week here and have come back more relaxed than ever. Salida is definitely a vacation destination with all the outdoor activities available, the wonderful shops and restaurants, and of course, the Arkansas River right at our doorstep to play in. We will definitely be coming back!
