Bienvenido a Villa Melody, una nueva casa en el corazón de Santa Teresa. Ubicada en una de las colinas más accesibles de santa, es nuestra hermosa y espaciosa villa, una moderna casa de madera, con una impresionante vista al mar.
La villa incluye cuatro dormitorios principales, cada uno con baño privado y su propia vista única de la jungla y el océano. En el área común, encontrará una gran sala de estar, combinada con una cocina totalmente equipada y una mesa de comedor, todo ajustado para caber hasta 14 personas.
Saliendo de la sala de estar, hay un balcón / plataforma de madera, con una piscina de agua salada, que tiene una cómoda área de asiento almohada seca dentro de ella, rodeada de camas de bronceado, con vistas a las hermosas vistas que Santa Teresa tiene para ofrecer ...

I’ll be back!

Judith was great and Dora was too! This house is awesome!!! In addition to being a cool house It has comfortable beds, plenty of seating, three outdoor showers, good views, lots of open space and an overall relaxing spot to be. My friends and I will be back!

Santa Teresa - March 2022

Convenient location in heart of Santa Teresa. Quick beach access approximately 1/2 mile away - just a walk down the hill, across the main road, and a short trail to the beach. The town, at least this time of year was very crowded. Lots of noisy traffic and plenty of dust. Be sure to bring a Buff to cover your mouth and nose while riding four wheelers. Would definitely recommend four wheelers to get from beach to beach and to weave through traffic jams. The home itself is as advertised. In fact, I would say that it is larger then the pictures represent. The housekeeping/laundry service is wonderful and the concierge service is also fantastic.

Fantastic location, view, and host!

We had a great time at Villa melody! I brought my entire family, so there were 13 of us ranging in age from 2 to mid-60s! The house is even better in purpose and in walking distance to everything you need including the beach, restaurants, and super market. The walk back up the hill is a little tough, but we got used to it quickly. Our host Lee was incredibly helpful too.

Villa Melody is a very nice house in a great location. And Lee and Nir were very helpful in making any arrangements we might need, such as having a side-by-side delivered, etc. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Best vacation ever

This was by far the best trip. The house was even better than what we had expected. Perfect for a big group. The house keeper cleaned the house every morning and the host was very helpful with everything. Also the location was perfect as most of the beaches were just a 10 minute walk away from the house.

Amazing!

The house was beyond beautiful. The location was perfect. You are in the middle of Santa Teresa, short walk to beaches, shops, etc.. The food nearby was delicious with so many options. Judit was helpful and checked in if she didn't hear from us..very attentive. By far one of the best house rentals we have had. The open concept made it perfect for two families with kids running around!

AMAZING!!

What an AMAZING house! We loved everything about Villa Melody - The house, pool, outdoor showers, location, property manager, housekeeping, etc., etc., etc. I can not say enough about our stay in Santa Theresa, Costa Rica. There was a group of 10 Family/Friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each of the rooms were incredible. They all had views and attached bathrooms, which were equally incredible. What a great experience! We had a family of howler monkeys in the trees just outside the house. We enjoyed watching them for hours from the pool. We also had several iguana's basking in the sun in the backyard. We saw several types of birds and gecko's on the property. The weather during our stay was great - mostly sunny. We had some rain, but mostly only at night. One night there was a brilliant thunderstorm. We shut off all of the lights and watched for hours (just like little kids). There were also fireflies which ended up on the house somehow, but we didn't care - We loved every minute of it. The Manager, Judit is so wonderful. She booked everything for us and made great recommendations regarding golf carts, atv's, restaurants, zip line tour, Tortuga Island tour, etc. She was so responsive and friendly. We felt so spoiled! The housekeeper came every day and she was wonderful. We highly recommend this house for anyone staying in Santa Teresa. We will be back!

Incredible Vacation Home! Amazing Host!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in Villa Melody, and my group had an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious (we had 10 people fit very comfortably), and has incredible views. Judit went above and beyond the duties of host to ensure we had anything we could possibly need. She was available via text throughout the day, and helped us get ATVs delivered to our house, provided advice any time we needed it. Thanks for everything! I hope to come back here some day in the future.

The best family vacation ever!

We loved staying at beautiful Villa Melody! Judit was a fantastic concierge, able to answer all of our questions and coordinate all our transport logistics. The house is Beyond Beautiful! Perfect from every angle. Living there is like being in the treetops but in absolute luxury. Giant picture windows with views of the valley, the ocean, and the abundant wildlife provide constant entertainment. The pool is gorgeous. The staff takes care of Everything! And Santa Teresa is so full of fantastic waves, beautiful beaches, and delicious food. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience for our family holidays

My family and I had a wonderful time in the Villa. The house is brand new, four large comfortable rooms with king size beds. The living area is huge and has a great view of the ocean. We were very pleased with Judit, the house manager, who helped us organize activities as well as the cleaning staff included. She was able to recommend a great cook, Mario, during our stay that made our vacation stress free. Food was awesome! Santa Teresa is a nice town and the beach is a couple of minutes away (great for surfers or swimmers). We will come back for sure!
