This beautiful 14th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only on-site management company at Beach Colony.
Resort Amenities include pool, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, two full sized beds in the guest ensuite; and a king sized bed in the third ensuite.
Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.
You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.
The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.
Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach directly from La Dolce Vida Beach Service.
Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.
