Bienvenido a los recién terminados Sea Lofts en Padaro Beach. Esta es la playa más exclusiva de Santa Bárbara. No encontrará alojamientos más cercanos al agua por millas. No solo estás a pocos metros del mar, sino que estás a cien metros de tiendas de surf, restaurantes y boutiques. Puede alquilar tablas de surf, tablas de paddle, tomar clases de surf o tomar el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena en uno de los lugares locales en Santa Claus Lane sin tener que subirse a su automóvil. Family Getaway

This bungalow was perfect for us. So comfy we didn't wanna leave. We could walk to everything we need for a pandemic getaway. The beach lovely. sunsets perfect. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated with amenities the promoted relaxation. What a great stay. Hope to be back again soon.

Another sublime stay - Pacific Paradise

Dolphins pranced in the Pacific right in front of the house as we were checking in ... an indicator of how magical this experience was about to be. A comfortable, cozy, well-appointed beach getaway with a location that cannot be beat. Even with the proximity to the railroad track, the loft still offers tremendous solitude, inviting the senses to savor all things Padaro. This is the second time I've stayed here and there will definitely be a third. It's enchanting.

Cozy and well appointed room, very clean. Love the beach access and proximity to restaurants. Ventura and Santa Barbara are within easy driving distance. The trains passed infrequently and were short in length. Similarly, the road is fairly busy with trucks passing by but the noise isn't much louder than the ocean and is mostly limited to daytime hours (we slept well every night). The back half of the lower deck is the outdoor area assigned to this unit. The listing pictures show a patio dining set but it was actually a pair of comfortable beach loungers and a large umbrella during our stay. Tall plants offer some privacy between the front rental unit's portion of the deck. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for a future visit!

Awesome anniversary getaway at Padaro Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Loft, it's a really neat location right on the beach and the place is very well maintained... it seemed brand new like nobody had ever stayed there! We loved being steps from the sand and there was plenty of beach for a nice long walk along the water. We saw seals and dolphins very close to the shore, and it was neat exploring the rocks at low tide which are full of anemones. It was also great to be able to simply walk right over to Padaro Beach Grill, they have great food and we ate dinner with a nice view of the ocean. Jeff and Kristi are very kind and helpful, we had everything we needed but it was nice to know they are right there just in case anything comes up. We would definitely stay here again! : )

I was ghosted by the host. I called (2 different numbers), messaged through the app, texted, and never got my information to check in. I had planned a lovely solo birthday weekend, where I expected to wake up to ocean views and it was ruined. I got a text the next morning with the code, which was useless because Vrbo had already canceled my reservation. I’m so disappointed.

The situation the guest describes below is a terrible outcome and it is completely VRBOs fault. The guest claims to have not received checkin instructions. VRBO automatically generates checkin instructions via a welcome packet that is sent 72 hours before checkin. I called VRBO 4 times to resolve why they would not have received the welcome packet, yet VRBO could not explain what happened. The guest should have been able to call VRBO and receive checkin instructions directly as well. I had misplaced my phone that day, and I didn't know the guest was trying to reach me. I only have one number, so I don’t understand what the guest is referring to when they say they called two numbers. I offered to give the guest a free night, but never got a response. We strive to give our guest a great experience. We feel terrible this happened, but feel both parties were let down by VRBO support. You can tell by our reviews on both properties we are one of the highest reviewd and rated host in Santa Barbara. We have been a Premier Host for 15 years. Hopefully this will never happen again.

Great find!

Location was perfect! A short walk to the sand, a short walk to shops, a short drive to Santa Barbara, and a parking spot on site. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom - what a luxury! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the sound of the road was often louder than the sound of the ocean, but being able to see the ocean from the patio was still amazing, and I loved relaxing on the loungers outside. Also, considering how close the train tracks are, I was pleasantly surprised at how little we heard from inside the room when a train passed. Finally, the only thing that might improve the room would be a couple of comfortable chairs. Right now the only seating options are the bed, or a couple of hard chairs at the little table, but that's not a deal breaker, just would have been a nice option. I would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular stay!! This place is a sparkling gem- absolutely stellar - stunning ocean and private, gorgeous beach steps away from the house - with the most romantic train passing by! The apt itself is luxurious-feeling - super comfy bed, great beach-themed interior design (loved it!), clean, delicious shower with sitting bench, pet-friendly. Amazing good vibes and positive energy infused in this home! We didn't want to leave - one of my favorite, special getaways ever! Sunsets are magnificent too - next time we will catch the dolphins, passing by on the ocean nearby! Jeff and Kristi are wonderful people - generous and helpful. This stay was pure bliss for us - it would be an honor, joy and pleasure to come back soon! Thank you, we appreciate and love you, Jeff and Kristi!

Close to ocean, beautiful space

We enjoyed our stay - the property was well maintained and exactly as described. It is a very short walk to be on the quiet beach and while the train does go right by the property it is not disruptive at all.

Perfect location and a great place to stay!

This property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for a weekend away. It is steps from a great beach, walking distance to restaurants, and the sound of the waves at night made for the best night of sleep in a long time! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon!

Nice place!

The property is newer and in great condition. The room is larger than appears in the photos. The refrigerator does not have a freezer section, in case you may need that. I might suggest replacing the two chairs with something a little more comfortable to sit for reading or watching TV. VERY comfortable overall and definitely repeatable.

Amazing weekend!

What an am amazing weekend in Carpinteria! They unit was comfortable, convenient, clean, and beautifully appointed. And what a perfect location! I walked on the beach every morning and watched the sunset every evening. Coffee and several options for food within 2 minutes walk. My first VRBO experience was an absolute dream!!

When compared to the newest hotel on the beach in Santa Barbara the Lofts are a great value, coming in at a third of the price for a comparable stay.

The Lofts do not have access to the upstairs apartment and deck. They share the lower deck which is now separated by a planter to give guests more privacy. There are two parking spots in front of the building designated for the lofts.
