Descubra el gran encanto de nuestra villa colonial Villa Aurora, ubicada idealmente en la Barrera de Coral de Belice, el segundo arrecife más grande del mundo.

Nuestra villa frente a la playa ubicada en Ambergris Caye, en la prestigiosa Playa Blanca, cuenta con 5 habitaciones, cada una con su propio aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo y 5 baños, tres de los cuales tienen baño. Dos de las tres habitaciones de arriba se abren a una larga terraza con áreas de estar afuera de cada habitación. Las 360 vistas desde Villa Aurora abarcan el Mar Caribe hasta la bahía. También contamos con una suite Princess Maya de un dormitorio y un baño con entrada independiente en la playa, cocina y área de estar al aire libre.

Nuestra nueva área de descanso en la azotea es perfecta para tomar un cóctel mientras disfruta de una de las vistas más hermosas del mundo.

Nuestra villa recientemente renovada está adornada con muebles hechos a mano de Belice, así como muebles hechos a mano y estatuas de Bali, Indonesia.

Nuestras paredes están decoradas con pinturas del artista beliceño local Fred Trejo y tesoros hechos a mano cuidadosamente seleccionados de Bali.

Refrescada por la brisa del mar del este, esta espectacular villa cuenta con una palapa en la azotea, tres palapas en la playa y una palapa al final del muelle. Áreas para descansar en la playa, en el techo y junto a la piscina.

Hermosos jardines de árboles tropicales y flores, más de 30 especies de plantas, creando un ambiente idílico. La amplia sala de estar y los sofás acolchados se abren a la terraza de la piscina y al comedor exterior. Nuestras dos mesas de comedor hechas a mano son perfectas para comidas familiares dentro de la villa o junto a la piscina.

Puede llegar a Villa Aurora por mar o por tierra. La villa cuenta con un muelle privado largo con una palapa con hamacas y bancos en el extremo. El muelle tiene una escalera y es perfecto para practicar esnórquel, hacer paddle, kayak o pescar. El muelle es fácilmente accesible por taxis acuáticos, barcos de buceo, motos de agua y veleros.

La villa también cuenta con muchas toallas de playa. Y una sala de lavandería para su conveniencia.

Villa Aurora tiene un cuidador en el lugar para garantizar que la propiedad se encuentre en perfectas condiciones y para ayudar a nuestros huéspedes.

An Unforgettable Belizean RetreatOur group of ten people had an incredible stay at the villa. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the grounds and the warm welcome we received from Hidel, the on-site support. Hidel was truly a star—he was always available and went above and beyond, treating the grounds daily for mosquitoes so we could fully enjoy every moment outdoors.The property has so many wonderful features, but the pool stands out as a true gem. Unlike any other I've experienced, it's exceptionally deep, making it perfect for swimming laps and feeling like you're truly in open water. We also spent countless hours on the pier, soaking in the sun and enjoying the constant breeze from the sea.While the location is beautiful, it's worth noting that the villa is quite a distance from town. Fortunately, my prior knowledge of the area helped us navigate, but it's something to consider if you plan to explore the island. Another thing to keep in mind is the bedroom count. The main floor bedroom is quite small, so calling the villa a true "five-bedroom" home might be a stretch. Finally, while the internet in the downstairs apartment wasn't working initially, the response was incredibly fast, with someone arriving to fix it as soon as we reported it.Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend the villa for its stunning grounds, unique amenities, and outstanding support.

Getaway 2025

Our stay in Belize was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful home that offered comfort, relaxation, and stunning surroundings. The caretaker and his family went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—always warm, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Their kindness made us feel truly at home and added a personal touch that made the experience even more special.We also can’t say enough good things about Mike, our concierge, who was a tremendous resource throughout our stay. He helped us coordinate everything with ease, from activities to local recommendations, and made sure we experienced the very best of Belize. The food was absolutely delicious everywhere we went, and each day brought new adventures and unforgettable moments. It was a truly wonderful time, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Beautiful Home with Superb Service

Our stay at Villa Aurora was very relaxing and peaceful. The caretaker, Jairo, and housekeeper, Vicki, will take care of your every wish. From launching kayaks to shopping for fruit to washing clothes, they do it all. Mike the property manager arranged all of our outings and even greeted us at the airport with our rented golf carts and a luggage cart. He was able to arrange last-minute spa treatments, snorkel outings, and dinner reservations for us. The house was very comfortable and the pool and grounds were beautiful. Overall, a lovely stay. There was a lot of sargassum weed when we were there, so we couldn't swim from the shore. We did swim off the end of the dock. We saw stingrays and lots of fish from the dock, and our snorkel boats picked us up right there so we wouldn't have to go into town. The roof patio was a nice place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Kids enjoyed lots of beach volleyball.

Amazing Slice of Paradise

The property was absolutely beautiful along with all of the coastline around San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. From before we ever arrived, the property staff was helpful, communicative, and assisted in making bookings and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. Mike and Jairo were delightful and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Belize for their first time - 5 stars!

Wonderful Home

We just completed a family vacation here and this home was perfect for all of us. Jairo the caretaker took such great care of everything we needed at the house. Mike the property manager was terrific, he booking all our excursion, dinner reservations, messages, you name it and he made it happen. They both made us all feel so welcome and provided excellent support to all our needs.

Nothing short of AMAZING

We had a group of 10 (5 couples) on this vacation to celebrate a few birthdays & anniversaries. Mike was our point of contact & was really easy to communicate with! He was really helpful booking excursions & other accommodations. He picked us up from the airport in San Pedro and brought our golf carts while he took care of our luggage & guided us to the grocery store & then the house. Villa Aurora is a true paradise itself, besides the point that youre in one of the most beautiful places in the world! It is located a bit away from the main town, San Pedro... but that's what we wanted!! But it is something to note if you like being near the action as it was about a 30min golf cart ride one way. My husband & I wanted to kick off our vacation by doing something nice for our guests so we added on the option of a cooked dinner (for the first night so we didnt need to worry about anything after a day of travel). The chef came to the house and whipped up a delicious meal of local eats - ceviche, pasta salad, coconut rice, coleslaw, fish, chicken & ribs. The food was great and they had people come to help clean up after. Again, we were spoiled and completely taken care of. And last but least - The landkeeper, Jairo, is truly amazing (and his dog Quinton was a welcomed bonus)!! Genuinely nice and so helpful for literally anything & everything we needed. We felt pampered and loved everything about our stay. This trip was nothing short of amazing!! wnothing short of amazing. 10/10

Great Place

You can’t pick a better place for a large party staying in one house in San Pedro. The groundskeeper (Jairo) was absolutely terrific, he’s there whenever you need something, but you don’t even know he’s there. Not knowing how to fish, Jairo and his son taught my 8 & 11 year old girls how to fish off the dock and they still bring up all the fishes they caught:) Also, there’s a great restaurant (Sundeck) literally next-door, so you are a 30second walk from good drinks and food. Then there’s Mike, the property manager who checks in making sure your stay is great. He can find you cooks, carts, activities. Too bad we didn’t know that because we already scheduled everything before we knew.

Great house, great country, incredible host!

This house is amazing and, Mike, the property manager is even better. With a secluded location, private amenities on a well-loved property, and lots of space, this VRBO is perfect for a group who is tired of the resort vibe and wants the quiet, natural beauty of the Caribbean and a private pool! It’s a 30 minute ride from town, but Mike meets you at the airport or water taxi and can then organize events that will pick you up from the private dock. And Mike is the best host we had in the 100 or so properties we’ve rented in the last decade. He strikes the perfect balance of responsiveness and privacy. Ahead of the trip, he handled all the logistics (golf carts, trips, service) and during, he showed up to help as needed and not more. Fishing was amazing, Myan archeological site was inspiring, cave tubing was refreshing, catamaran was mind-blowing…all from our amazing launch point of Villa Aurora!!!

Core Memories at Villa Aurora

This was such an amazing vacation for our families. We were a party of 9- two families with kids ranging 8-18. Communication was always prompt from Michael and he helped us coordinate and facilitate our golf cart rentals, groceries and beverages on site upon arrival, a fishing excursion as well as a catamaran excursion. He was prompt in picking us up from the airport as well as made sure we safely returned. He was very professional and communicative. Our experience was over the moon by the staff on site. Jairo and Vicky made sure our every need was taken care of. From baiting the lines and fishing on the dock to cooking our catch… to carrying kayaks to the water and providing recommendations for dining nearby. My husband celebrated his 37th bday while there and Jairo and his wife helped me surprise him with a nice dinner and a cake. They were the epitome of purveyors of hospitality and kindness. My kids were sad to leave. This was an outstanding stay for us- the property is a bit remote but we found that to be a blessing. We hope to be back to Belize!

Fabulous Private Villa

Our group of 9 had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Aurora. The pool, kitchen and living room was a great space for all of us to hang out with a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea. Jairo and Vicki took good care of us always making sure we had water, ice and even did a bonfire for us one night. Mike did a great job arranging our airport transfers, golf carts and snorkeling tours (must snorkel Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with Captain Chris). Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for a girls getaway

This house is perfect for a large group or family. We had 5 people which meant that each had their own bedroom & bathroom. You could comfortably do the same thing with couples as the rooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. Everything with the house was perfect. It was extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable. From the moment we landed in San Pedro, Mike was there to guide us and handle anything we needed. He booked us a golf cart, a full day charter boat, and got us back to the airport on our last day. Jairo and Vicki were on site and took great care of us as well. Jairo did a fantastic job of tending to our every need without being intrusive. He handled our luggage, made sure everyone was comfortable, got us set up with the paddle board and kayaks, and so much more. Vicki made us two amazing meals that we couldn't get enough of. We felt completely spoiled the whole week. Even though we were just there, we're already planning our next trip back to Villa Aurora. The only reason for 4 stars on the location is that it is a bit of a trek to get into town or to any type of market. We didn't have the house stocked with food and drinks which we will definitely do next time. And the one night we did want to go into San Pedro for dinner we had to call a taxi vs taking the golf cart since the roads are pretty rough and it was very dark outside the city. Not necessarily a negative if you're going for a more remote, private vacation, just something to be aware of.

A Most Excellent Stay

We Loved Villa Aurora We took the non-stop from Los Angeles so did not arrive in San Pedro until 9pm. The property manager was waiting for us and had also ordered two golf carts for our group. We were able to stop at the market to get items for the house since we like to have breakfast at home--Warning: the supermarket prices were very expensive as Ambergris Caye is essentially an island. The house was as pictured....Beautiful. Spacious. Very well located. And with all the necessities. Our favorite part was the dock and the palapa at the end of the the dock. The snorkeling around the dock was lovely and so was the fishing. Also, kayaks were provided and the reef was about a 10 minute kayak ride out to a buoy where the snorkeling was spectacular. Belize is very respectful of their reefs and only Belizian guided boats or kayaks are allowed to explore the virtually untouched reefs. The caretaker Jaido was very helpful and present when needed. He was always careful with our security and a lovely adviser with our fishing, kayaking, coconut hunts. You should be aware that the house's spectacular special-ness it's remoteness...It is at least 5 miles from town and the road to-and-fro is not paved and rugged. If you want to stroll out of your condo for a cup of Starbucks, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for adventure with comfort....beauty & family fun. Nothing can beat Villa Aurora. Staggering Sunrise and Sunsets await.

Thanksgiving Break

Our family really enjoyed coming to Villa Aurora! There is plenty of space for everyone and plenty to do! Hito and Vicky are extremely welcoming. Vicky cooked a fabulous Belizean/American meal. Mike was also extremely responsive with any question and other needs(ie. booking 1/2 day charters, setting up golf carts, picking up from airport and bringing us back to the airport). Our family thoroughly enjoyed this trip and was able to relax! Thank You All for sharing Villa Aurora!

The place, location and staff were all amazing. From the pickup with Mike to Jay and his wife, everything was amazing! Would definitely recommend this location if you have a large group.

Wonderful experience!

We loved staying here!!! The house was very clean and had lots of activities, we didn’t even need to leave! The consierge helped us with anything we needed for food, etc. Such a lovely place and we hope to stay there again!!! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great 7-day stay at Villa Aurora. Jairo and Vicki (caretakers of the property) were absolutely amazing! They helped us with whatever needs we had, and Vicki is an amazing cook. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-16). We all had our own space and enjoyed the house. Would highly recommend this property when booking your stay in Ambergris Caye.

Clean home in quiet area with fantastic staff

Home is very nice. Staff is outstanding. Cooked a great dinner for us one evening and were always available to answer questions, help with scheduling activities, etc.
