It looked much better in the picture! The 2nd bedroom had a twin & queen bed instead of a double & a queen. My poor daughter-in-law slept with 2 kids & got very little sleep. Coffee pot was old & barely worked. No ice cube trays. Outdoor pool was out of service which we wern’t told about. Only one key fob so our family had to juggle getting into condo if we went in different directions. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great stay after a small check-in hiccup

The check-in process is clear and we were able to get the key fob without issues; however, once we entered the unit it was not cleaned from previous guests. I called the owner and he said the cleaner was out of town and couldn't get anyone to cover and was coming. So, that was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to lug our luggage back down to our car. When we returned from dinner, the space was cleaned. It was nice to be in a unit on the end, but just be aware that I think trash pickup might've been on Thursday and being by the dumpsters, it is LOUD in the early morning, even with white noise blasting. One suggestion I would make is putting a curtain on the sliding door for a bit more privacy. It looks like there might have been one previously since a curtain rod is there. Otherwise, we had a great time in the condo and found it easy to get to many places. The beds were comfortable and the space was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked. If you take a right onto the main street and walk to the beach access, there is a beach bar/restaurant (I think it's the Marriott) that we enjoyed.

The room could have been a little cleaner, my socks were filthy, there was no ice trayes in the refrigerator and the bigest thing was not being notified about renovation on the indoor pool which made it unusable

Labor Day getaway

We have stayed at this property before and they keep it up very well. This unit was nice but we actually wanted to use the sofa bed in the second living space as a bed. It was absolutely unseeable! Like it wouldn’t support an adult weight. We ended up getting a blowup mattress instead. I think the owner’s would be better to try a Murphy bed in this room or at the least purchase a blowup mattress for guests to use as alternative. Otherwise nice place and accomidating host. Thanks for letting us stay!

Family beach trip

The location of the property is excellent. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Coligny. The condo is nicely decorated but it's in a building that has some age. Overall the property was clean, safe well maintained and very convenient for a beach vacation. We very much enjoyed your home. Thank you.

Perfect Fit

Pooja and Deepak made our stay enjoyable. They did not have a long list of requirements/duties before we arrived or after we left to bog our trip down. Great R&R

The location was great and a nice walk to the beach and restaurants. The heated pool was great for rainy days and the outdoor pool and beach were amazing for the warm sunny days. We came for the last week of September and we Love HHI during this time of the year. Towel service was cool, more than enough clean towels for a family of 5.

Great Location, Great Value

The condo is about a block from the beach just across the beac road. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sand when one is carrying all the beach stuff. The owners are very attentive people with excellent communication and caring. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Know before you go- true expectations

First impression of the condo was not great. The cleaning seemed lazy/nonexistent. I sent a full breakdown to the owner (including that the air filter needed replacing) and it was not acknowledged Pros: It’s a 7-10 minute walk to the beach Cons: -Cleaning - hair everywhere (we brought our own sheets and bought cleaning supplies to do a decent job) - a magic eraser could do wonders - the beach chairs and boogie boards are an eyesore and take up a lot of room on the porch. They are mostly broken and rusted - only one fob to get into the building is provided. This was problematic when the guys went golfing and ladies went to the beach. Coordinating is required - no space to put pantry items - only place to wash sand off beach items is located at the pool Suggestions: - get rid of porch broken beach items - replace shower curtain liners - replace batteries on thermostat - consolidate dishes so there is an open cabinet for pantry items - clean walls and property - provide stand for drying on porch. The rusted bistro set left rust stains on my daughters bathing suit We tried not to spend too much time in the condo as we all went very comfortable there. Just wanted you all to know proper expectations when making your selection

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Dee was easy to communicate with, and answered our messages immediately. The location was perfect for what we wanted. We were able to easily get to the beach in nearby restaurants in Colonie as well as the island in general. The condo was perfect. For our means. There were a total of five of us three adults and a 12 and 13-year-old. The additional beach chairs and beach toys were welcome surprise. Only thing I would suggest is in the future is the second bedroom could use a dresser for clothing and a couple of TVs in each one of the bedrooms for those who like to watch TV before bed. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location for golf and the beach

Great place to stay for golfing and minutes from the beach to get your water fix. Central to everything on the island and only 20 minutes from downtown Bluffton. Owner extremely responsive when we had issues with the lock and TV remotes. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect getaway for multi-family

The host was super quick to respond! We had 3 adults and 3 children. The heated indoor pool is 7-8 feet deep. Same for the outdoor pool that is not heated. Nice indoor hot tub. Easy access to all rooms with a trash chute at the end of the hall. The 2 bedroom unit is super roomy and easy to get your own space with 2 balconies!! The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. Maybe a French fry metal spoon would be a great addition. There are 2 bathrooms very roomy and the rose tissue was a cute detail. Plenty of beds and the comfort was good. The washer/dryer was amazing i went home to no washing chores! We drove to the beach public parking about 4 blocks down to watch the sunrise. The condo was not loud or busy and everyone was friendly. Highly recommended! They also have carts to bring your luggage in.

A good vacation!!

Unit was clean and roomy for the 4 of us. Would’ve been nice to have heated outdoor pool. Not a block from beach as advertised. Not a bad walk, but my husband has a bad hip and it was hard on him. Still, had a great time.

Nice long weekend

The condo is located near enough to the beach to be a great location. The condo is roomy and the 2 living areas are a plus. The owner is great with communication. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice time!

We had a very nice time on our recent vacation to HHI. The host was very responsive and very helpful in assisting me with getting extra parking passes. In addition he was very kind trying to help navigate a few things for my elderly mother. The property was a little dated but we found the charm in it as a throwback to the 80s.... The indoor pool was fun for the kids and was hit on a rainy afternoon. The condo was nice and as described-- very big which allowed for the kids to be in one area and the adults on the other. The room could use some updates-- but overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Fun Girls Trip

We had a great trip. The place was exactly what we needed. We thought it could have been cleaner but other than that it was great! The bedding was really comfortable and the property of the condo was really nice. We stayed down at the outdoor pool one day and were super impressed with the cleanliness. Would definitely recommend. The host was great at communicating as well:)

Overall, the experience was fine. The property was as listed, though not as clean as we expected it to be and not as close to the beach as we thought. Some furniture was dusty and countertops/sinks were obviously not wiped down prior to our arrival. The dishes also had dried food on them. The one problem we had was there were never any parking passes provided to us. When I let the host know, he contacted me immediately and said he would get it taken care of but we never got any parking passes. Thankfully, we didn’t have any issues with parking. The host said they had recently changed property managers or cleaners so I’m not sure what was going on there. The host was very responsive and polite though. We were very appreciative of the host and the accommodations that were provided and it allowed us to have an enjoyable weekend away.

Close to the beach

One street over from the beach. Just a short walk or bike ride. The indoor pool and hot tube were great. Bring beach towels as none are provided. Bring pillow cases too as there are extra pillows but no pillow cases (or extra blankets). There were beach toys and boogie boards so that was appreciated.

Hilton Head Stay

Overall, the size of the location is really nice. The property is well maintained. It would be nice for a few more updates to be completed. The shower/tub had paint peeling up in it, which made us feel uncomfortable having our daughter take a bath in. The sink in the master bathroom was leaking, as I noticed because I stepped in a puddle. I looked under the sink and there was a bucket under the pipes, so the owner knew about it but has not updated it. The flooring in the bathroom was also poorly done and was not finished and looked bad. The cupboards with the pots and pans in the kitchen also did not look appealing or clean. Tack paper was down that has not been replaced in a long time. The pots and pans were also well used and took a long time to scrub, even with using cooking spray. The owner was easy to communicate with, but requested I stay longer within minutes of me booking, since VRBO messed up his settings rather than just allowing it to be. The facility itself had construction happening and had paper down on the floors. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are plenty of places to stay that are more updated and cleaned better.
