Exactly what we were looking for!

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and kitchen had everything we needed. Access to the pool and beach were great. The condo has tons of beach necessities which made the experience even better! If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo on the beach

Our condo was on 1st floor and directly on the beach. Had wonderful views sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. It was beautiful.

Great stay

Great location, steps away from the beach and pool. Grocery stores within a mile. Condo was cozy and very nice. Condo owners were great and tallness to every message.

Great location!

This rental is right by the pool and beach-the view is amazing, the balcony is amazing. I would rent it again just for that. The place was clean. The check in process was a bit chaotic- I knew from reading a review that we had to check in at two different spots because we had a car but we were not told that the office to get the fobs for the pool, beach and doors closed at 5pm so we juuuust made it. This unit has beach chairs to use. I had a question about how to lock the door when we leave and management got back to me within 15 minutes which I appreciated. I felt safe, there is property security walking around. There was a nice mix of ages at this location. Beach was great, parking great.

Spring Break 2023

Condo unit itself was pretty accurate to what the previous reviews were. Cleanliness was ok, felt a little run down, bedding linens did have stains, musty odor. But looking past the minor cosmetic items this unit was great for our family of 5. Convenience to the beach and pool was great, literally steps from both, so easy. Chairs and beach toys provided was also very helpful. Pool was closed for 2 days during our stay, not sure why...luckly this building has an adjacent property with pool access. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Your steps away from the pool and the beach entrance. The property was well maintained. The unit was decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely return. The only con was the water pressure situation in the showers as mentioned in other reviews. But that wasn't enough to ruin our trip. You do have to pay $30 for a required fob and $7 for a card to use the laundry machines if you need to. You have to buy the fob in the building next door. Overall, We loved our stay.

Great stay

Wonderful location! Beautiful views and we loved that it was on the first floor. The only downside was the checkin process. Having to go check your car, then go to another office, to then come back to the other location. 1st floor is not really 1st floor. There's no elevator to that floor and it's at the other end of the hall. So we loaded up the carts, to only take them to the steps to then have to make multiple trips to the room. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

This place is tired!

The unit itself is in pretty rough shape. The only thing going for it is that it is on the ground floor overlooking the pool. And you can see a big of the beach. We had issues with the tub/shower diverter, which could have easily been fixed with a new diverter. That was not happening on our stay. The property is poorly maintained

The tides on Hollywood beach

There was a bit of miscommunication on the number of people staying but the property mgr assisted with it. The unit was fine the building is a bit tired. The bracelets and fobs and the rules of the building are very crazy. The fob’s often didn’t work. The check in area was difficult to find and in the other building which wasn’t easy and very dingy. The location on the beach was great and view was nice. The unit was very convenient to pool and beach.

Family vacation

We had an issue with the TV's while staying, and while the property manager was prompt, scheduling the technician took several days thru no fault of the property manager. Luckily, we were on the beach, and we brought cards to play when it was raining. I am not a fan of the master bathroom shower head as it is a rain shower head with no pressure. And the other bath had decent pressure, but half the water was coming out of the faucet and the other half out of the shower head. The mechanism that turned the shower on/off seemed to be stuck, and I didn't want to pull to hard and break it. Lots of space, a good view from the balcony and close to the pool. Overall, we had a great experience.

The location was amazing and the check in process was very easy and fast

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the property itself, it was a very cute and spacious location and perfect location in the building next to the beach! All staff was very nice and helpful which was a really nice welcome! The only thing I had an issue with was the water in the shower is very weird (theres a trick you need to learn to make sure the hot water is working right), some sheets had old stains on them which bother me because I would think the cleaning people would see and just buy a new set, there was a bit mold in the unit which really messed with my allergies but thankfully most of the day we were at the nice pool and beach they had. There was also an issue with the internet the second day we got there which really put me in a awkward situation with work since I was suppose to work from home. It took them about 5 days to get someone out to finally fix this. This is my feedback on the stay if all these issue would be address then I 100% will be back again!

BEWARE!!!! Rent elsewhere

So I will start by saying my family has enjoyed this area and complex unit for 14 years straight, twice a year. We had high hopes for this unit as the views of the ocean are pretty! However amongst entering the hallway to the unit there is an overwhelming smell of a foul stinch, to then it only got worse upon entering the unit itself. There is a horrendous smell of mold and water damage. So bad it gave my family severeMigraines. To then the unit far from clean, shower and toilets yellow stains everywhere and clumps of shower residue. Unit is outdated and worn out. Bedding and pillows stained and smell like sweat and body odor. No laundry basket for laundry or wash cloths. I had to go out and purchase washcloths, hand towels, laundry basket, clean pillows and pillowcases and air fresheners. To then the worst part besides the owners ignoring us repeatedly and then responding as if it’s normal wear and tear. Which is not true I own residential and commercial properties and would never rent in this condition. Worst part of it all we kept smelling sewer and seeing black water in the showers.we entered the unit to see yellow water draining out from the toilets onto the floor and it’s sewer water draining all over the floor from the units above usage. The showers were draining black water when we tried to use them. The master shower and toilet doesn’t work at all. They are corroded over and have a quarter of the water pressure to use. So it’s unusable. Just say no!!!

Photo n’indique pas le aujourd’hui. La propreté n’est pas un point fort. Tache noire sur les murs, la stores sont gras et remplis de poussière, le plancher est remplit de sable, il reste beaucoup de saleté (poils et mousse) derrière la poubelle de salle de bain. Les couvertures supplémentaires sont sales donc aucune possibilité d’en ajouter.

Really great vacation rental

This place has a STUNNING view! Fantastic location for kids as it was super close to the pool and beach. The place was as the photos show it. Our main problem was the hot water- there wasn’t any in the master bedroom and one had to really play around with the hot/cold faucets to get it in the main shower. To be honest some days we didn’t get it no matter how long we waited/played around with it. It was easy to contact the management over this issue but it was not fixed during our stay. The main toilet leaked and the master bed cover was stained- but this was mentioned in previous posts so we knew but had hoped it would have been tended to already. The staff were friendly and pleasant, the building and condo is kept in good condition and I would stay there again as it is good value. I would recommend this place to others provided they know about its pluses and minuses!

Nice location & apartment - but needs a refresh

Overall the apartment, location and facilities are nice and family friendly. I appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was and was pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs, toys and cart provided to be used for the beach. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 5 kids (ages 11 - 19) and it was quite comfortable for us (we brought our own airbed for the youngest). Other reviews have mentioned the musty smell. This didn't really bother the adults in the gang, but the kids did point it out. Being next to the beach and being on the lower level, I think it's to be expected. One complaint or issue is the cleanliness of the apartment. We spent a lot of time cleaning - even the walls and shutters were grimy. When we arrived the shower was full of sand and I don't think the bathroom rugs had been washed. I suspect this may have something to do with the short turn over between guests and the cleaning crew should have more time. I would also strongly suggest to management that the apartment undergo routine deep cleaning. We definitely left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. Overall, we found the property comfortable and worth the value.

Great location for families

Overall we loved the location. We couldn’t have been any closer to the pool and beach. Having small kids this is ideal because we can come back for naps, snacks, restroom breaks in just a few steps. It was so convenient. Overall the place was clean and comfortable. If I was going to be picky I would suggest the balcony glass be cleaned better so we could still have a nice view even when sitting. The water wouldn’t get hot in the master shower but my in laws didn’t mind it so we never mentioned it. I have booked through vrbo and have never had to meet in person for check in like we did this time. Considering the pandemic I would’ve thought that check in wouldn't be in person but it wasn’t a big deal either. Liliana was very helpful.We would definitely stay here again.

Great place & location

The room was very up to date & just a little walk to the beach. Friendly staff & the host was friendly as well. I would recommend this place to my friends if they were looking to go to Hollywood Florida.

Horrible experience and super rude staff/host!!!

The building was very old with little renovations. Apartment Smelt like mold/mildew (can still smell in my clothing after 2 washes). Hot water did not work until half way through our stay and toilet leaked on floor with every flush with no repairs made. Pool was closed for 3 days and had to use the other condos pool. Fireplace did not work! Bed sheets were super stained. ALL staff including property owners, security and front desk were VERY RUDE! Everything you do they threaten to fine you if it doesn’t meet their standards. We had my great aunt and uncle that lived in the area stop and visit us at the pool area and bc they weren’t registered to visit security contacted the host and they contacted us 3 times threatening to kick us out and fine us $100 per person even after they had left the property. A week later we receive an email stating the host is charging a $300 fine a week after we had left the condo. Everything about this stay was BS and DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want good hospitality. Will spend my money elsewhere next time.
