Amazing unit at the Sian condo.
Apartment offers two large bedrooms, first bedroom with a king size bed, tv, walk in closet and private full bathroom. Second room offers 2 double size beds and closet.
Unit fully equipied with all you need for a perfect stay! offers direct ocean view and beach chairs and umbrella.
Condo has pool and gym.
Parking is available at $10 per day this is not inlcuded in the price, condo charges $20 for the electronic key payable at check in also not included in the price.

The location was great, pool was clean and warm. Host had great communication. Condo was clean bueatiful view. Convenient beach access. Friendly staff. Will stay again!!!

Do not rent the apartment in this building. We just stayed there. That building is under major construction, they replacing balconies and drilling all day, you don’t have access to the balconies and the noise is unbearable that you can’t even hear each other or stay in this apt. When we complain to Vrbo they did not help us l, they said this is the discretion of the owner of this apt. The owner was nasty

Great location and clean room

Our stay was great and the room was clean and in good condition when we got there. Not as clean as the pictures, but exceeded expectations based on older reviews. Location is great for families and young adults alike

Stay away

This place Smells, the kitchen is infested with cockroaches, the whole place needs a good cleaning. The pictures definitely make it look nicer thanks really is.The furniture is very uncomfortable. There wasn’t enough towels and only one face cloth. It would be nice if they supplied a cooler to bring down to the beach. the valet is a pain and the $20 for the key fob is a joke .most places give you your $20 back when you return the fob ( not here). The pool is only open dusk to dawn and no towels are provided . The game room is locked , not sure how to get a key to access it ,if that is even possible. Don’t bother taking the access pass to the beach it leads down where it’s private for other resorts , better off taken the public path where you can actually find a spot to sit….My opinion STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Nice condo in a convenient location, steps to the beach

This is a beautiful condo with a nice view of the beach. However, there was odor as you enter the condo. The furniture is dated, and the bed squeaks like mad. Wi-Fi didn't work for us. There were a few small cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Both bathrooms sliding doors are stuck on one side. Parking can be problematic when there are two or more cars because of the valet situation. Overall, we like the location, the roomy condo, and the reasonable price.

Be aware GERMAN ROACHES

The apartment is nice. Location is great! Communication with property management company is horrible! They told do not use VRBO messages but text messages for numbers outside of US with no response for days. Checkin manager had a day off when we arrived. Reported extremely dirty apartment ( dust and webs everywhere, dirty bedding, etc) , leaking freezer and leaking garbage disposal, standing water in the kitchen. That was resolved on 8th day of our stay . Internet stopped working that was “resolved “ by providing hot spot that worked only when you are not more than a yard away from it. Kitchen utensils, pans, cookware are very old, scratched or broken. But we really did not use them as we could not use kitchen at all. German roaches were everywhere in the kitchen : in the kettle and coffee machine, drawers , dishwasher, etc. Roaches were in bathrooms, living room and bedrooms. We had to call pets control do disinfect our luggage when we arrived home. Still acreage that we could bring it. Property management company told us they will give us discount and remove clenaing fee. They never did. They sent pest control that did not work during our stay, hopefully next guest will see less roaches but when we were leaving German roaches still were everywhere. Apparently property management company was aware of the issue before our stay per last reviews but nothing was done.

Our experience at Sian.

Not clean at all. Unit 8m was super dirty. Should get better furniture. Everything looked so dirty and broken. Owners should pay more attention in cleaning and replacing furniture .

Roaches in the Kitchen

The property could have been better put together. The tile flooring was an exceptional material, however, it was poorly installed. The cuts around the door jambs and various corners were unskilled. The grout installation process was also messy and not well cleaned up after installation. We also kept the property well-maintained, however, each morning we had roaches crawling around the kitchen that disgusted us.

Strange Building Rules

Good location. Check in process was tedious and the property owner didn't send info prior. The bui doesn't allow any others and gave us a hard time when family came to help us check out as we went to another VRBO. Interior was beautiful but residents weren't nice to renters. Overall it's okay but too many restrictions.

Easy

We had a nice stay at the condo. Close to the beach. Close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Nice beach for walks and runs. We used the heated pool every day also. The boardwalk is just a few blocks north which has plenty of shops and places to eat.

Bad communication with extra charges

I'll be honest here. When I looked through their online pictures, the place looked good and well furnished for our family stay. We needed a pack n play for our baby and turned out they have fees/night for a baby crib!??? That was pretty surprizing to us. We have been into so many places and I've never seen anyone charging for a baby crib! Then they change extra $$ for electronic key and eache extra...!?? I mean, if you looking for a place with so many extra charges- this is the place! The condo looked pretty clean. The kitchen didn't have enough kitchen utensils and absolutely no seasonings! It was very disappointing, especially when you cook for a large crowd. Overall, this place is clean and we liked the location. Close to so many stores and places to eat. We will not be coming here again.
