Lovely place, beautiful view of the Intercoastal waterway, easy beach access a few blocks away. The AC was a little noisy at night. The owners were responsive to our needs, and we would recommend!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very assessable to the beach and many restaurants. Highlight was the dolphins playing right off the dock ❤️

beautiful oasis at Indian Rock. The apartment is supper equipped, and beach equipment was also on hand. close to the beach and easy access to Tampa etc.

Great place and Great location

Lovely place right on the bay. We had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. Short walk to beach and so many things around but also still quaint and peaceful!!

IRB getaway

Nice location, right on the Intercoastal. Could walk to the beach and restaurants. We were in IRB for a family reunion, so didn't spend much time on the property, but it was clean and neat. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony.

Wonderful location

This condo was in a wonderful location. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The description listed was 100% accurate. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We look forward to returning some day.

Great location in IRB

It is very easy to walk to public beach access. Having a beach wagon and available chairs makes it simple as well. Several nice restaurants are within half a mile. We loved Beach Waves and Cafe de Paris. Brent was very responsive when the AC did not work for over 24 hours. The view from the balcony looking out at the bay is very lovely. It is clean but amenities are very basic. Bring your own Kleenex and decent toilet paper!

Wonderful views!

Beautiful views; clean and comfy. The 2nd bedroom didn’t cool down too well and the air conditioner was a bit loud coming on and off but other than that it was a wonderful property.

Snowbird Stay

Loved the area. Inter coastal out the door wall and one block to the gulf. Would like a few improvements in the condo , but I’m picky. Beds were very comfortable . 10 minutes to Clearwater Beach and 20 minutes to Johns Pass. Would tent here again for sure!

Stay at Indian Rocks Beach

The views were amazing from the living room/dining room. Due to the weather, rain and cold, couldn't really go out and enjoy the yard and views from the balcony. The place was clean and comfortable. Reminded me of my first apartment out of college but with a better view.

Just want we wanted!

The property was great and you cannot beat the view. My only “complaint” would be the deck railings. My son is just under 2 and certainly could fall right through them so we mostly kept the door closed. Brent was very quick to respond to my texts. Would stay again, just maybe on the first floor.

Welcomed, Great location and spacious!

The host was very helpful with responding to questions quickly leading up to and during our stay. Once we arrived, They checked in to ensure everything was going well, which made us feel welcomed. The condo was spacious with nice furnishings and beach decor. I rated the cleanliness as 4 out of 5 stars because I felt the bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but outside of that everything else was immaculate. Kitchen was clean and stocked with plenty of items to cook with and eat on. The condo overlooked the bay which was peaceful with a great view to enjoy when we weren’t out and about. We watched a dolphin and her baby frolic in the bay the morning we left! Priceless. The beautiful white sand beach is two blocks away and had free public parking! The beach town is family and bike friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the lodging accommodations added a unique feel to our experience that we couldn’t have gotten at a hotel. I highly recommend this property and I will be visiting again!

Beautiful Waterfront

Great location, check in was painless, love waking up with coffee and watching sunrise and a glass of wine watching the sunset in the evening from the porch as promised from the website. Property is beautiful but could use some updating especially the kitchen. Kitchen could also use more cleaning, cabinets and kitchenettes were very greasy/sticky 🤔. The sliding door needs to be replaced it appears to be falling apart, we noticed a piece of paper or tissue was stuck there to hold the seal or gasket together when we first entered. Other than that, we loved everything about this place ❤. We would definitely recommend to friends and would book again. Thank u! Lily

condo on the water

This was a nice condo with a dock and we were allowed to tie up our boat there. However, the dock didn't have any cleats to tie the boat to and was used by other tenants to launch kayaks, etc. so we put the boat in and out of the water at a public ramp. We couldn't get the TV's to work. The area was nice and the property managers were very nice.

Great spot

There was a minor issue upon arrival which was handled timely and the owner made up for the inconvenience. We loved everything this condo had to offer and would definitely rent here again. It was a great time for my whole family. Very close to the beach as well.

Long weekend

My family spent a long weekend at this property in mid August. The location was perfect for us. It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach and a short ride to the grocery store and many great restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was never crowded.
