Verano 2019: ¡remodelación completa con todo nuevo! Casa Galiano es un ático de esquina de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y 7 ° piso con terraza envolvente. También cuenta con una gran terraza privada en el techo para tomar el sol en cualquier momento del día. Situado en el centro, directamente en la playa de Los Muertos, en Olas Altas y Basilio Badillo, está lo más cerca que se puede encontrar de los restaurantes de surf, arena y del casco antiguo. Ni siquiera tiene que subir una colina a menos que quiera. El penthouse cuenta con una cocina nueva bien equipada, cada habitación tiene una cama king y baño privado de 3 piezas, techos abovedados en la sala de estar y encima de la escalera hacia la azotea, ve ventanas en tres lados, desde cada habitación, y un propano Parrilla en la terraza.

The condo is done very well with a great location. They had some trouble with the elevator but the management of the building helped. The weather was hot and muggy as it was July but surprisingly we didn’t have much rain. The scenery, the food and the condo were all excellent.

What a beautiful place to stay for a vacation! This condo has everything you need and is located in the best location in Old Town. The views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom are absolutely amazing. Excellent communication with owners and staff. Looking forward to staying here again.

Puerto Vallarta Perfection

Casa Galliano is even better than the photos and description in the listing. The condo is beautifully appointed, roomy and well cared for. The terrace and the rooftop patio are absolutely incredible - amazing views and comfortable furniture. The building is kept in great condition and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The location literally cannot be beat in all of Puerto Vallarta - the terrace feels like you are sitting beachside with all the best restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Communication with the owner was fast, friendly and comfortable from booking to check-out. Casa Galliano is simply magic.

New favorite spot in PV!

We have been to PV multiple times and this was our favorite place to stay! Location: absolute best, hands down. Walk to everything! Surrounded by cafes/restaurants/shops, not to mention the Olas Atlas Saturday market at the park- not to be missed! Taxis are right outside condo pretty much all day/night if you need one. BONUS: you can see the Pancho's Takos line from the kitchen window, if you want to keep an eye on how long the wait it- ha ha :). Wraparound terrace/private rooftop terrace: you DO NOT find a unit with both of these- both were spectacular spots to hang out any time of day. The sunsets are stunning. Pool: clean, convenient, steps from the beach. Beach: Private beach! Need i say more. If you want somewhere with loungers and beach service those places are steps away, too. Condo unit: clean, modern, spacious. Stocked with all kitchen essentials (dishes/pots/pans/utensils/glasses/etc). Condo staff was very nice and welcoming, too. We had two people but there is definitely enough space/privacy for four people. Hosts: Lawrence was amazing! He communicated with us via text a few times when we needed something- and was super responsive to get us what we needed. Even got the neighbors involved- thank you, Mary! It was nice to meet you :). I would book Casa Galiano again in a heartbeat! Hope to be back sooner rather than later. If you have the chance, do not hesitate to stay here, I really don't see how you could be disappointed!

Dream Vacation

This was a fabulous vacation in every way. The condo was perfect. It was the only area of the 1+ mile long beach that was totally open, free of restaurant tables on the beach. There are free umbrellas on the beach and chairs in the condo. There is a nice private pool area perfect for kids and anyone that doesn't want the sand. The whole condo community is gated and safe. There is housekeeping that comes in twice a week and cleans the entire unit for about 2 hours! They are all hard workers. The roof has a wonderful sitting area with a nice breeze, along with the big wrap around deck off the living room. The owners respond to all our texts within minutes any time of the day. They are super nice and helpful for things to do and restaurants. We didn't have any problems. The condo had every amenity you could possibly want in the kitchen- nice dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc (nothing plastic or teflon!). The air conditioner in each room worked great and was free from mold. This location is close to everything. The food at the restaurants cater to tourists and everything was totally safe to eat, delicious and fresh, and low priced. You can get a full dinner for under $15 (not including drinks). All the locals are extremely friendly and most speak English. No one is pushy to buy their products. The drinking water is deemed the 2nd best in all of Mexico and is safe to drink. There is a farmers market across the street every Saturday with lots of local foods, clothing, accessories etc. The Taxi's and Ubers are very safe and readily available. A 20 minute ride is under $8, and about $2 to go anywhere local. The ocean has big waves and the water is very clean and a cool 78 degrees. There are amazing sunsets and lots of places on the beach to drink the perfect Margarita while watching the sunset! You will really enjoy this condo! Thanks Jan and Lawrence for sharing your home! The photos don’t do this place justice. The bóveda ceiling in the living room is a masterpiece in itself. The staff takes incredible care of this property. The night watchman, David, shared numerous videos of his family, and we enjoyed bringing him a nightly soda. The owners go above and beyond to provide everything you could need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It’s evident from entering the condo that they truly love this place, and it shows in the beautiful furnishings and meticulous maintenance. We’re eagerly counting down the days until we can return to this incredible place.

First Time to Puerto Vallarta

My husband and I brought our two little girls (4 years and 8 months) to Casa Galiano. We had a wonderful time. The staff in the complex and the fellow tenants were so kind and welcoming to us. It was off season (august) and also rainy season so the complex was near empty maybe 3 other couples there. The pictures do not do this place justice. The decor is lovely, the view is out of this world, and the beds were very comfortable. The sun deck and terrace are so beautiful with great lighting at night. The wood details throughout the condo are absolutely gorgeous. The condo is just 25 minutes from the airport and right on the beach with tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas along with the provided beach towels. We hired a chef through Chef de Casa. Casa Galiano had a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and double sink. Lawrence was extremely helpful and responsive to all my first timer questions. We felt like we hit the jackpot with Casa Galiano and would highly recommend this place.

What more could you ask for.

Casa Galiano is a great condo in what I believe is one of the best locations in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. First off, the location is just great. The condo is right on the beach, great people watching from the huge wraparound deck. The condo is also by restaurant row with an abundance of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The condos location is within walking distance to most everything you could want to see or do. The condo itself is just perfect. You can tell as soon as you walk through the entrance that the owners really care about this property. It is immaculately decorated throughout. The decorating perfectly matched the modern design and layout of the condo. The pictures of the condo are great, but walking through the door the first day of our trip we immediately knew what luck we had in finding and picking this condo. Casa Galiano is large, very clean, modern and has everything you could need, plus I really loved the fact that we cloud drink the water without any issues. If you want a gorgeous, clean modern place in a perfect location with a huge outdoor space ( don't forget the roof top area) with superb views of the bay, the pier and the mountains, Casa Galiano is perfect. If you are lucky enough to to have this condo available for the dates you are looking for, just book it. Once again, beautiful well decorated and maintained condo located directly on the beach with a perfect location, walking distance to most anything you could want to see or need.

Absolutely beautiful property

The condo is exactly as promised. We could not be happier. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (although we ate out for every meal). When we weren’t eating out or touring the city, we spent our time on the front deck or the top deck. Beautiful views of the city and beach. We never turned the A/C because the breeze through the condo was refreshing. Absolutely loved the condo.

Can’t wait to return

We loved Casa Galiano with its stunning views and perfect location. We needed 2 primary bedrooms with bathrooms for 4 adults and this property was perfection. Lawrence was super communicative and the front desk people were always available to help out. The pool area has direct access to the beach which was super convenient. There is honestly nothing I could fault at the beautiful PH condo.

32nd Anniversary trip

Wow! Where to begin? Excellent communication and written instructions from the owners. This was the loveliest condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, top to bottom. Amazing property

Over the last 25+ years we have stayed at dozens of rental properties in the area. This is definitely at the top of the list. The location could not be better. The codo itself is beautiful with an incredible balcony. Very detailed instructions on how to operate everything in the condo. The owners were very fast to respond to any questions. Can not say enough good things about this property.

Amazing Casa, Amazing Service

Believe me, Casa Galiano is even more gorgeous in person than it looks in the pics. Top quality materials used in every square inch of the Casa. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy and well appointed bedrooms and living areas. The outdoor terraces are phenomenal. The front desk attendants were all smiles and completely welcoming. The housekeeper keeps it spotless. Everything you need is provided, including coffee beans and a coffee grinder! We caused a small problem with the safe and the house manager, David, was there in 15 minutes. Lawrence and Janusz have created an spectacular tropical retreat. My new favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We’re already planning our next visit to Casa Galiano.

Dream condo

We were truly blown away by how beautiful Casa Galiano was. Right when we walked in, an amazing view of the sunset over the ocean met us. The condo is literally beach front property and it’s the top floor of the building. The doors to the patio open fully, allowing you to really enjoy the scenery. The renovated interiors were also amazing - beautiful wood and marble everywhere, a fully stocked modern kitchen with really nice dining ware, fantastic bedrooms with light up wardrobes and each with full baths, TVs in every room, and a spacious living room and dining area. It was such a joy to wake up to a view of the expansive ocean and sky, brew some coffee, and drink it on the patio. I loved reading on the coach with the patio doors open and just lounging around in general. We also used the Bluetooth speaker one day and it had quality sound with impressive bass. Overall we loved Casa Galiano and couldn’t have been happier with the place. It really elevated our vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect PV Penthouse

We loved our stay at Casa Galiano. It's in a great location and the view is spectacular. Getting there and finding it may be a challenge - unless you follow their directions - but the reward is so worth it! Every time I emailed Lawrence with questions, before and during our visit, he responded right away with answers. There is a wrap-around balcony on the south and west sides. If we weren't in a restaurant enjoying the sunsets, we were on this balcony. And, it has a roof-top deck with more of that spectacular view and chaise lounges to enjoy the sun. You walk in and the kitchen, dining and living area are all open and the view of the ocean is just beyond, a fantastic sight when you first walk in. It has a kitchen with all the amenities (stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, blender, plates, silverware, glassware, etc.). It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths which were a bit dated, but we didn't go for the bathrooms. I was told they are planning a reno very soon so the point may be moot. I would go back regardless of the reno. Other pluses: The entire building is gated so it's private, no street vendors. There is a cleaning service twice per week. We had a small issue and it was resolved within 24-hours. There is a private pool at beach level which we didn't use because we were sunning on the roof or swimming in the ocean - but it's there if you want it. The pool is adjacent to 2 bars if you want a cocktail as you lay by the pool. There is also a private beach area (with umbrellas). Reality check: It's a condo unit in a condo building in Mexico, it's not a hotel. Don't expect fluent English at the front desk or some service amenities of a hotel. We're definitely going back!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful penthouse condo! It has a private rooftop deck and an abundance of outside balcony to enjoy the incredible view! Bright and open floor plan with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check in was easy and all the information for the unit and the building was sent prior to and upon check in. Overall this property exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved staying at Plaza Dorada! The location was perfect. We could hear the ocean from our bedroom at night :) The condo is spacious with a huge wrap-around deck. Private pool and private deck for the residents. It was also handy having two restaurants on property! Owners and staff were super friendly.

Loved it

The only problem we had is we didn't want to leave. Everything is just a couple blocks away from the condo, the building staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully, we make it back next year. I did have a question or two for Lawrence while we were there and I was always able to get a hold of him. He was fun and easy to talk to.

100% Location in a 100% Fabulous Unit!

We booked our family vacation at Casa Galiano primarily because of the location (we've been going to PV for years so we really know the area). It is on the beach in the 100% corner of PV in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood near everything. The complex has a beautiful and clean pool area with a privacy wall and gate that leads directly to the boardwalk and beach with umbrellas provided. Food and drink service is provided by the two restaurants located on both sides of the pool--Daiquiri Dick's and Coco Tropical (drinks and food are all very good). The hosts have provided everything you need including beach chairs. The unit itself was very spacious for both my husband and I and our 2 adult children, with a beautiful aesthetic (which will only get better as Lawrence & Janusz add more artwork and their personal touches). There is a great rooftop patio with sink and new lounge chairs, but we never made it up there during our stay. The wraparound deck off the living room and master bedroom provided the most fabulous ocean views that we preferred to sit and watch the wonderful sunsets with a glass of wine there. We had requested extra pillows (due to recent back surgery) and the hosts immediately arranged to have more provided. Lawrence & Janusz were always responsive to our e-mails prior to arriving, and made sure we had all the information we needed about the unit and how to reach their property manager, Jorge, who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Jorge met us at the property when we arrived to let us through the secure gate (24 hour staff is always there at the entrance and are very friendly and helpful), up the elevator and to the penthouse to show us how to operate everything. We especially appreciated that our hosts provided cold beer and a big can of coffee--a great touch. Having twice weekly maid service kept the place clean throughout our stay. Admittedly, we did not cook while there because there are too many excellent restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the unit and a great public market about 6 blocks to the east. We understand that we were the first VRBO guests at Casa Galiano, but I can guarantee Lawrence and Janusz that it won't be the last time we'll stay there. We're already thinking of coming back in April! We highly recommend this unit to families with older children and couples. You won't be disappointed!

Wrap-around terrace access by both king-sized bedrooms and the living room. Amazing space with windows on three sides... tired of the ocean, enjoy looking at the mountains! The brick dome/cupola also really sold us on this penthouse, not to mention the spacious and unique roof-top deck that captures the sunshine whenever the sun is out. The views are as good as they get and the beachfront location is second to none.
