Great place to stay!

Condo had everything we needed! Staff was very friendly. Watching the sunrise from the hot tub became our morning ritual. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time. The property manager was right there when we had some problems. The owner was amazing also. To sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee and watch the whales. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

Great location!

Las Olas is an awesome spot! This condo could use a deep clean and some updates, but the price is also much less per night that other more well-appointed units. Good host communication after we cleared up a couple of errors. Pretty well stocked kitchen for spices and cooking tools!

Great spot, in front of ocean

Great spot, in front of ocean. Can't be any closer really . Also, very nice touch to have all the little cooking amenities like drinkable water, salt, oil, cafe, etc. so nice to not have to shop for these little things. Beach towels, etc. very easy to get in and out, you can paddle out front and go surfing too. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Our Happy Place

This was our forth visit to Las Olas and it never disappoints. World class surfing . Just the right size, one bedroom and fully furnished kitchen. We love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The people are always friendly, and courteous. With romantic walks on the beach and incredible sunrise and sunsets whats not to love? We will return next year.

Just what we needed

My husband and I stayed for four nights and five days at this beautiful ocean facing condo. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise on the balcony. The pool and the hot tub were clean and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We walked to zippers for happy hour and live music. We walked to seven seas for breakfast in the morning. Everything is wonderfully located. we took Uber to San Jose and they were very inexpensive. Everybody is so nice, the condo had everything we needed and more. We highly recommend, and can't wait to come back.

Can’t beat the fabulous view!

Beautiful property with lovely pool, hot tubs, plenty of shade options and great beach! Surfers paradise with pretty much nonstop waves. Unfortunately the highway right beside hadn’t been mentioned and the noise from all the gravel and concrete trucks was unfortunate. And certainly not walkable to much around safely. As for the condo, needs updating as well as a new bbcue and patio furniture. Overall wasn’t hard to make the best of it with such gorgeous views!

We'll Be Back

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Olas. This was our first time in San Jose del Cabo and we are thrilled to be introduced to a wonderful destination. The condo is great; the view is amazing, the kitchen is well-equipped with what is needed to prepare meals; the location is close to just about everything and just a bus or Uber away from it all. Mauricio was responsive to our needs and Sherry available when we needed to reach her. We plan to return to San Jose del Cabo and, if lucky, stay at the same condo. Thank you Sherry.

Amazing views and great value

We just left after a week at Las Olas and could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is not the most up-to-date, but everything is in working order and has all the necessities. We really appreciated that the patio facing the ocean had an umbrella, as the afternoon sun would shine through with no way to block it otherwise (we noticed a lot of other units had no umbrella). I've read some negative reviews about the property backing up to the highway, which it does, but with the AC/fan on you don't even notice it while sleeping. The AC was a lot colder in the living room than the bedroom, so if you just open the bedroom door it helps to circulate better. The bed is quite firm (which we like), and my only suggestion for improvement would be an upgrade in pillows as they were quite flat and lumpy. But there were 4 so that we were thankful for! The grounds were maintained very well and the staff was always available to answer questions. If you're using the Home Away app, be sure to check "Property Details" as your trip gets closer, this is where the check in information can be found. Overall I'd recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. It would sleep 4 comfortably with the trundle-style couch bed.

Great time

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend to everyone. The only downside is the highway that runs right past the bedroom window. It is not really within close walking distance to much.

Loved Las Olas!!

Loved the location of this condo! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the two weeks we were here. Mauricio (property manager) and Sherry were amazing to work with! They made our first time to Mexico easy and stress less. We will be back next year for a month! Loved the condo, the property and the amenities. Definitely will be back year after year.

Great view.

Great view and lovely grounds.Staff on property were excellent. Maintenance needs some improvement as far a units in this complex is concerned .Other renters in the same complex had the same complaint. Overall was a great experience and would go again.

Restorative surf/beach paradise

Hard to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. Sharing waves right out front at the numerous breaks, watching the moods of the ocean, sitting in the hot tub, finding amazing taquerias with locals, talking with the local surfboard shapers…the list goes on and on. The condo was well-appointed, comfortable, and felt spacious for two. Thanks Sherry for an amazing week!

A beautiful seaside condo

My new wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a blast. It was nice and secluded when we wanted to stay in, amazingly close to the beach when we wanted that, and easily accessible by Uber or bus for going out. The owner and property manager were very responsive. She even went above and beyond to help us feel more celebrated for our honeymoon. Would come again and stay.
