Esta acogedora casa de una planta cuenta con 2 dormitorios con baño completo más un dormitorio / estudio (The Art Room) con 1/2 baño. Master: cama King con vista al mar; Segundo dormitorio: 2 gemelos, 'Art Room' tiene un doble y 1/2 baño. Fantásticas vistas desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio, la cocina, el comedor y la sala de arte. Relájese junto al fuego de leña (la naturaleza de la madre de la madera es lo mejor posible, independientemente del clima. Plano de planta abierto. Casa maravillosamente equipada y cocina completamente equipada. Precioso frente al mar césped y sillas de playa. Bonita barbacoa de gas para asar la cena (¿tal vez un poco de pescado fresco?) Juguetes de playa Cemento baja del exuberante césped hasta nuestra playa de arena plana perfecta para largas caminatas, perros, niños, castillos de arena, volar cometas, pescar, cazar rocas o simplemente leer un libro o mirar ballenas, focas y leones marinos, pelícanos y aves playeras de todo tipo. . Solo necesitas traer tu ropa y lo que quieres comer ... Nosotros nos ocupamos del resto. Lavadora / secadora y garaje. Refrigerador adicional en el garaje para estancias más largas. Great stay with the perfect view. Everything was great about this family spring break stay , if I have to give any criticism it would be to get a modern tv with a fire stick or smart tv, and maybe lock away personal clothing/pics, but only to make them not accessible.Definitely this place , and will book again

Everything you need is there! A lot of vintage things in the house, but everything works great! Also, I hope they never change the bathroom wallpaper! I would describe it as " quaint". Ocean access is perfect. Good place for the money.

The view from the living room is spectacular. Also, getting onto the beach is very safe and easy. The concrete steps built into the boulders made our several trips from the house to the beach and back actually enjoyable. My family loved the house and is making sure I book it again next year

This was honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed at the beach and we've been coming here for years. We on purpose now check first to see if this place is available before booking with another rental.

Great Getaway

Great cozy property right on the beach. One block from Highway 101, but you never hear it. Great location for day trips to Yachats, Florence and Newport. Loved this property!

Right on the ocean; great views; contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay; quaint; close to grocery/restaurants/shopping/hiking and biking. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again.

Gem on the coast. Felt good from the moment we walked in. This is a very well-cared-for older home. Pictures don't do it justice. Lots of comfortable chairs, an abundance of kitchen supplies, beautiful artwork, the wallpaper in the bathroom is one masterpiece after another. It's fun to walk around to notice all the little touches. Ocean view is just as pictured and easy-peasy short steps to the sand - and lots of it. For some reason walking on this sandy beach is easier than walking on the sand in southern california - it's more stable, doesn't give under foot. Walked it up and down the beach every morning and evening. Also bundled up and sat on the back patio every evening. Being covered and cornered, we were protected by wind. Yachats is a lovely area - everything you need and very quiet. Love this place!

A little slice of heaven: Sometimes the best vacations come from unexpected changes in plans. After our original rental in Waldport fell through at the last minute, we booked Ed & Gloria's Oceanfront and quickly realized everything had worked out exactly as it should have. Yachats is a little slice of heaven that we didn't even know existed, and this home turned out to be the perfect place to experience it.The location is incredible. The 804 Trail is practically in the backyard. Walk down to the beach, look to your left, and you'll find the wooden stairs leading up to one of the most beautiful coastal trails we've ever explored. We visited it more than once because the views were unforgettable.We also enjoyed the Ya'Xaik Trail, the Amanda Trail, and Cape Perpetua, which is only a few miles away. Every day brought a new adventure, and Yachats proved to be the perfect home base for exploring the Central Oregon coast.The house itself is older but full of character, with charming vintage touches throughout. It was comfortable, cozy, and a wonderful place to return to after a day of exploring. The little extras made a big difference: great water pressure, a real hairdryer, a standalone washer and dryer, a slop sink, a gas grill, lawn chairs, and even beach toys for the kiddos! Ocean Odyssey was also fantastic, answering our questions quickly and always with kindness. We absolutely fell in love with Yachats and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Seaside Getaway

Being just steps away from the beach was perfect. Not to mention the views from inside with the huge windows looking out over the waves. It was comfortable and close enough to town amenities via yachats or waldport...but far enough away to feel like I got away from town. I would definitely stay again! again
