As far as being clean it is but under the beds are dusty as are the corners under furniture.The master bedroom bed is in need of a new mattress.The present one is very ld and causes backaches .

Winter get away

Reviewer Comments: We are long time renters of this unit.. our stay is always a pleasure as the location is excellent...we like the ground is so nice to walk out the door, turn left and go to the beach for our daily walk. The atmosphere is very friendly With lots of very friendly people. For us winter residents it is like belonging to a club. We meet every January to renew our friendships and enjoy our many games and activities. Then like professional athletes we disband in the spring planning and looking forward to our next visit in January.

The price was right.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in 3 different units in 4 months and they are all seriously lacking in kitchen essentials-lids to pots-terrible mismatched flatware, commonly used utensils missing. Each had an over abundance of pillows (no room to store unwanted items). One unit had one tiny living room lamp. The property had several maintenance issues-the south elevator was out of order very frequently. Sometimes washers were out of order. Water was frequently shut off for an entire day at a time. Because of the quick turn around, the units only get s cursory cleaning.

Getting Away!

Reviewer Comments: Such a nice change in our daily routine.The location was great, the condo was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was a few steps away from our patio. And the lovely, much needed, relaxing walks on the beach was just the medicine to rejuvenate my older, semi-retired body. My husband has Alzheimers and recently suffered a stroke, so we chose to be on the ground was perfect. His swimming and walks were limited, but being a former boater and out-door person, he took great delight in seeing people of all ages enjoy the lovely New Smyrna Beach. Due to health reasons, we were limited on the number of days to be on a mini vacation; but it was wonderful and we hope to return, SOON!
