Bienvenido a este condominio de vacaciones de 2 dormitorios completamente renovado en el Vista Waikoloa Beach Resort. Ubicada en el edificio C, esta unidad del segundo piso ofrece vistas superiores del océano y la costa (¡incluso desde la comodidad de tu cama principal!). Este preciado condominio de vacaciones familiares se ha actualizado completamente y se ha ensamblado artísticamente para mejorar la comodidad y el disfrute de los huéspedes. La cocina moderna está completamente equipada para preparar comidas caseras para su familia con la opción de cenar en el interior o en el lanai envolvente. El dormitorio principal está posicionado para aprovechar las vistas al océano y el acceso a la terraza y ofrece un retiro espacioso con un baño moderno. El segundo dormitorio es de tamaño generoso y puede configurarse con dos camas individuales o juntarse y conformarse como una cama tamaño king (previa solicitud al momento de la reserva) para parejas. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was adequately cleaned and stocked. Our only frustration was the master bath shower faucet/wand was broken and, not working properly so I had to request to fix it. It was obviously broken and should’ve been addressed prior to our arrival, but maintenance came the same day to attempt to repair and returned the very next day and made the repairs when getting all of the parts.

Outstanding property

This place was amazing. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Central location to everything. We walked to shopping and restaurants. The big outside deck was a big plus for dining outside. We will return.

From check-in to location to amenities, this is the perfect place to stay in Hawaii. There was everything you needed in the condo to make a gourmet meal but also close enough to have wonderful choices for restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and South Kohala Properties were wonderful to work with. You won't be disappointed in your stay!

Great location! Everything was comfortable and very clean. Probably would have been good to direct us to the book with the rules as we didn’t notice it until the last day. We would definitely come back if the opportunity arose.

Nice rental

The view from the balcony of the ocean and trees goes well with morning coffee. Conveniently located near the pool but no noise. I particularly want the make mention of the South Kohala Management team who supports you during your stay. They absolutely make the difference between a nice stay and a memorable rental.

Highly recommend

Great location, property and unit. We stayed at this same property, in a different unit, many years ago and were very pleased with how the property has been so well maintained since our last visit. This unit has a nice view of the property grounds and the ocean. Unit is clean and comfortable, well maintained, updated and nicely appointed. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this property to others.

Lovely stay

I would have given this condo 5 stars but there were a few things we had to call on for maintenance that were never addressed, ie the cupboard where the trash can was kept in the kitchen had too short of screws and kept falling off and the main shower handheld was broken and wouldn’t stay in the holder so you could never stand under it. But otherwise it is a very nice condo in a beautiful location and we had a lovely stay. The management company was helpful in other ways and very nice.

Why stay at the big hotels when you can stay here?

The condo is beautifully furnished, both bedrooms are spacious, the porch wraps around both the living area and master bedroom, there is everything you need for kitchen and beach. The pool and hot tubs are very nearby. Location? Short walk to beach if you ask a local the route. Or a short drive to beach and the best of restaurants - the Lava Lava club right on the beach. You can walk the white sand for a long distance and if you don’t encounter at least 10 turtles, you’re not looking.

Luxurious

This title is subjective to the individual, however for me, the decor and floorplan of this property felt upscale and even somewhat luxurious. We stayed as a family of two adults and two teens. The stay was enjoyable and we had no complaints. I always appreciate good communication with a property manager, clear instructions, easy check in/out, cleanliness and a well equipped kitchen. This property did not disappoint on those points. Thank you.

Fabulous condo close to activities and has everything you need

We had the nicest stay at this place. We enjoyed the layout- patios faced west toward the pool (which is light up nicely at night) and the ocean to see the sunsetting. Lots of glass walls and windows allowed us to see the beautiful property and sunshine from all rooms, including the master bedroom. The jacuzzi tube was amazing- and very helpful for me after I completed my Ironman race. We made a lot of our meals at the condo, the kitchen was well equipped. It was close to two shopping/restaurant centers within drive or walking distance, as well as very close to the Marriot resort/beach area and Hilton for exploring the area. Parking was easy, and the property secure with gated community. I would stay at this location again. Thank you

Gorgeous Condo

Overall, this was a condo that had the whole family saying WOW!! Really a gorgeous condo with all that you may need for your stay. It included pool/beach towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, plastic and glass containers, beautiful new appliances and furniture, lovely paintings and art, lovely outdoor lanai’s. So much I can not type it all but close to shops and restaurants and groceries. Bringing flash lights can be helpful for walking out sun safe area. I wish they provided coffee filters though. Pans were scratched up but that is to be expected I guess. Overall a fantastic experience!

Great condo with peek a boo ocean views

The location was great. The complex had everything you would expect, small work out room with machines and free weights, decent pool (shallow but decent size), enough grills for short wait times at most. The condo was clean and well equipped with the necessities and more. It over looked the pool and palm trees and faced west so you got a sunset view over the ocean. There is a great white sand beach and food and entertainment a short walk away. Waikoloa itself is more an oasis in the center of lava rock but is a great location for the weather and is a good home base for exploring the north and northeast sides of the island which are green and rainy. Also short drives to Waimea which has bigger stores and great butcher and bakery. Only drawback was there was some construction happening at the complex, making it pretty noisy during the day but the management was willing to work with us to find alternative units and properties, while we elected not to move, we were satisfied with their attempts to improve our stay.

Lovely condo - even if it was too warm

Good points: Spacious. Awesome water pressure. Learn the ceiling fan directions - it will help. Huge lanai. Peak-a-boo ocean view. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai - at least in March. The birds songs are amazing each early morning (my fav time of day). Downsides (my opinion): Way too hot - not able to have air cond below 72 - which may be better than 80 degrees. But a far cry from actually having cool air. Suggestion would be to allow renters to pay extra for air if they want it cooler (esp. for sleeping). Also the location on the map gives the impression it's right off the water. It's not. It's quite the hike. But we did the hike for the sunsets. Totally worth it. General: Afternoons are full sun on the lanai - so plan around it. If you are into pools - this is not a resort-type pool. It's ok - but not huge. This is a very quiet community. I suggest keeping it that way. We truly enjoy quiet while on vacation.

Comfortable, Clean and Beautiful Location!

Loved having this condo as our home base in Waikoloa. We had everything we needed and the condo was spacious and comfortable. Sitting on the lanai drinking coffee in the morning was such a treat. Great property for the price.
