Este condominio de Beach Resort es una unidad impresionante, recientemente remodelada, de gran tamaño en el mejor resort de servicio completo y amenidades de Panamá City Beach, Edgewater Beach Resort. Aún mejor, nuestra unidad a nivel del suelo facilita y agiliza la descarga de su equipaje y sus comestibles ... ¡para que pueda comenzar sus vacaciones sin tener que esperar un ascensor! La playa está a 150 metros a pie, o puede tomar un paseo en el tranvía del resort.

El condominio tiene vista al primer hoyo en el campo de golf y a un hermoso lago, completo con una hermosa fuente, que está repleta de peces y tortugas. Una piscina privada, climatizada, (una de las 11 en la propiedad del resort) está en la parte trasera de la unidad.

El condominio es un plan de dos habitaciones, con paredes espejadas en la sala de estar. Encontrará una unidad inmaculada que rápidamente llamará hogar. Cada detalle de decoración es tropical. La suite principal tiene un amplio vestidor, tocadores dobles, una zona de baño separada y una bañera de jardín. Ropa de cama, toallas y productos secos están incluidos. Tres televisores de pantalla plana por cable, dos patios cubiertos, un restaurante en la playa y una piscina en la laguna, y el estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta hacen que el condominio de vacaciones sea un lujo.

Great family vacation

This is a great location to have a family friendly vacation. Close to the beach great pools. There are tons of turtles that come to visit right out your back door. We had a great time!

Love it here!

This was the perfect location for my family beach vacation! The condo was clean and very spacious. Shopping and restaurants were close by and the resort offers tram service to the beach and other areas you may want to go. Overall we had a fantastic vacation. I recommend this to anyone looking for accommodations in the Panama City Beach area. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and host

Great week long stay for our family. Communication with host was quick and very thorough. Villa was very clean and comfortable, location on the complex and in PCB area was excellent. Villa is well stocked with linens and kitchen tools, but make sure you plan to bring any/all consumables that you will need. Pools were awesome, beach access and beach quality were excellent, onsite restaurant was convenient and good quality. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Fantastic stay!

We had such a great time during our stay!! The condo was clean and comfy! We had 3 adults, a teen, a 9 year old, and an infant and it was perfect for all of us. The view out the back patio is beautiful overlooking the pond and number 1 hole of the golf course. My kids LOVED that the turtles swam up every time we walked outside... we spent several evenings just watching the turtles swim around. The beach was not far from the condo and having the tram that drives you to and from the building and pool/beach was a bonus! The gated entrance/exit was very secure. The pool has activities every night.... karaoke and movie night were big hits! Overall we had a great stay and hope to return again in the future!

Not good

Place was dirty still had food under table from previous people. Blinds were broken in all rooms and we had to place a sheet over the window in 2nd bedroom just so nobody could see in.

Relaxing

Nice villa condo near the to the crossover bridge to the .beach. The unit managers are easy to work with at this unit. This condo is very close to the pond that has fish and turtles. The pond also has a water feature that is very relaxing sitting on the tiled patio. The den furniture was comfortable to sit on. The den tv could be a a little larger. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I was told the guest beds were on the harder side. I would stay at this condo again.

Great Stay at the Beach

This was a great vacation. The villa is in very good shape. The owners, Mike and Meg were easy to deal with and responsive to any concerns. A short walk to the beach, our unit overlooked the first green of the golf course and a small pond - a very serene setting. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Good location/view

Good location, nice view of the pond with turtles, but this time we were tucked in back, all kinds of noises upstairs all week, (thumping, something heavy drop on floor all night, slider opening and closing constantly), smelled like smoke inside, very dated inside, carpet was very dirty, stains in ceilings, and sink in front bathroom, the shower/tub in master was old, personal photos of the family out, found 2 really long centipedes/catepillars: one on carpet & 1 on bed, found personal clothing in drawers, candy trash etc behind dressers and night stands, internet and TV connection was horrible cut in and out. Didn't say where towels etc were and what to use, toliet paper holder in master loose, slider hard to open and windows facing pond heat coming in from sun. Narrow golf cart road to get to place. THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS CLEANING/BUG SPRAYED TOP TO BOTTOM!!

Awesome time

We had an amazing experience! Mike and Megan are great hosts and their place is amazing! We were there for our sons baseball tournament and had a perfect time. The place was exactly as described and went beyond our expectations as to how close it was to the park the kids were playing at. So that helped to make it much easier. Thankful to have been able to rent from them and hope to do so again!

Peace and Magic on Turtle Pond!

My family really enjoyed staying at the property. It was just a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pond off the back patio with all the turtles. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation in PCB

This was our first trip to PCB. Hurricane Sally swept through Gulf Shores and required us to make a last minute change. We had a wonderful time at Edgewater! It is a clean, safe property. This particular property offers a short walk to the beach or a tram ride, both are convenient and easy. The condo itself is nice, just as pictured. You have a beautiful view and being on the first floor is convenient for unpacking. It is a nice, quiet area, convenient to everything in PCB. Owner communication was great! I had a ton of questions, as I stay in the same condo year after year in Gulf Shores, so change at the last minute equals many questions. I have older teens and they enjoyed the property as well. You will not regret staying there. If I return to PCB, I will be staying there again.

An Overall Pleasant Stay!

This was my family's first visit to PCB, and I'd say it was a success! Lots to do and beautiful beaches, all super close to this condo! If you're looking for a place close to the beach, but not necessarily directly on it, you won't get much better than Edgewater. Clean, well maintained, and always a tram minutes away to take you to and from the beach, the large main pool, restaurants, and market. Especially if you'd like a more quiet experience, the villa side may be preferable. As for this particular condo, what you see in the listing pictures is what you get! It's equipped with most everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home. The back patio overlooks a small lake with lots of turtles and fish. Mike and Meg were very friendly and always answered any questions we had. A few things kept me from leaving a full 5 star review: *The master bath is equipped with a shower in a large soaker tub. The tub is very tall, very wide, and there are no handles to assist getting in and out. My husband and I both banged up our legs and toes plenty of times. If you have any mobility issues or you're just a klutz, you'll want to opt for the walk-in shower in the second bathroom. *Though very friendly and helpful, communication was a little lacking. We didn't get our security pass until the day before we left. We were over halfway to PCB before we received instructions on how to access the condo. Maybe there are security reasons for these things. But it was a little nerve wracking. *The condo did not have available supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or laundry detergent. Nor were there beach towels and chairs available for use. The towels and chairs I knew about because I asked in an email, but I was a little taken aback by the rest. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been helpful to perhaps have a list somewhere of what we may need to supply ourselves. *The pillows in the master bedroom offer practically no support. I realize this is a highly subjective thing, but you may want to bring your favorite from home. (The pillows in the second bedroom were much better.) *This condo is right by a main road. There are shrubs in between, but you will hear a lot of road noise while sitting on the patio. This isn't anything the owners can control, obviously. Just something to consider. Despite the few negatives, we enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again in the future!

Condo was beautiful pictures do not do it justice. I really enjoyment sitting outside reading and feeding the turtles early in the morning. The tram was readily available to take you to the pool or beach area if you called they would come pick you up outside your room. my family would defiantly stay here again. The owners were very nice and so was the staff at Edge water

Purchasing this unit was a no-brainer for our family! When we're not settled into our beach chairs, you can often find us enjoying the sun rising over the golf course from our porch. The master bedroom's garden tub makes every trip relaxing, and the specious kitchen makes cooking a fun family event for us. Better yet, our ground floor unit makes it easy to unpack luggage and groceries! We never have to wait for an elevator or climb the stairs--so we can get to our favorite beach chairs that much faster!
