6th Floor 3BR @ The Marisol Directly on the Beach w/Beach Chairs!!

***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with breathtaking ocean views. The location was ideal—steps from the beach and close to great restaurants. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!

Great location, beautiful property

The condo was exactly as described. Great location with reasonable walking distance to many restaurants and bars, shopping. Beach service / chairs were amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The unit was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. We had an issue with the wi-fi: the password was incorrect in our instruction email and there wasn't any information in the unit. Had the correct, current password been available in the unit, we could've connected on day 1 vs day 4 and avoided two calls to the comm company (who specifically asked if this info was on a card in the unit). A second minor issue was that the gate password was also incorrect in the instruction email - it was the same as the entry pw (month/year).

Beach stay

Balcony door is hard to close. Too many numbers and symbols for door log in. And a code to get in the bldg, to the pool etc. Our parking space (assigned) was taken twice. Also one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. One trash bag in each trash can as well. Just what we wanted to do - go to the grocery and buy household supplies.

Awesome gulf front vacation

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. We had a very minor issue with the balcony door getting stuck, but it was resolved very quickly. And didn’t interrupt our good times. Five stars for sure!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a very nice unit. Great location. I like the fact that it is a smaller complex, therefore there was not much waiting on the elevators. Our main issue when we got there was noticing the dirtiness of the trundle bed part of the bunk bed, we were not using that bed so we just let it slide. Throughout the week, I noticed stains on the comforter, and I am wondering if they are even being washed as they just wanted them folded and on the bed. There was not a comforter for queen size room, but again, we didn't need the entire bunk bed so I just pulled one of those comforters for it. Also, when we took off the pillow cases as requested there was a HUGE blood stain on one of the pillows. There is no way it could not have been seen by the cleaners, unless of course, they are terrible at cleaning and not paying attention. I texted the phone number that sent the checkout instructions to ensure the cleaners bring another pillow. Also, if you have issues with people smoking, this complex states in several location that this is a smoke free complex but people were constantly smoking on the balcony. I wish it would have been enforced.
