In town for baseball

Beautiful place to stay! Only one thing that stood out was when we arrived it was late/dark and we didnt know exactly "where" the entrance was located, very dark walking up the path to find the door. Once we found I t, all was good.

Wonderful experience

This property worked great for our family reunion, which included 8 people from 3 different generations. It was large enough for those who wanted privacy to have their own rooms but also had a bunk room for those of us who wanted to stay up chatting until the wee hours of the morning to bunk together in the same room. The location was great (directly across from Belmont University), and we were able to get two Ubers for our large group in under 10 minutes each time we needed them. Communication was also great, and the host was very responsive. I would stay at this property again.

Very nice and clean and welcoming.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the fact we blew a breaker somehow and it took from when I first called at 10:55 until 6:40 for someone to come flip the breaker and fix the lights. We couldn’t find the panel as we thought it was in a locked closet. When ‘maintenance’ finally arrived, he couldn’t locate the panel either and ended up having to credit card open the locked door to no avail. No one could locate the panel, not even the host! Finally by sheer luck and looking over every inch of the house, we found it in the basement, outside in the storage closet. All in all a great place, but it would have been nice to have electricity while showering and getting ready!

Great location

Manager very responsive. The pictures don’t give this property justice it’s beautiful. The bathrooms on the 3rd floor didn’t drain so fast but overall great property.

Great rental!

We stayed at this property for a wedding in Nashville and it was ideal. The space was clean and just as advertised, no surprises. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room to visit, the three bathrooms made getting ready easy and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Nashville.

This house was beautiful and was so comfortable to stay in!

Only thing we had an issue with was we couldn’t find any bowls. We had to eat the soup we made in the pots haha just some feedback :) other than that this house was amazing and we will definitely try to book this place again next time we come back!

Nashville Hockey Weekend

My son plays travel hockey and we decided to rent a house with another family during our visit to Nashville over New Years 2021. This house was the PERFECT setup for two families. We each had our master suite upstairs and the kids had their area on the lower level. The middle level is where we all hung out together. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from the Gulch area where we visited a few times during our stay. Overall, we had an incredible time in Nashville with plenty of hockey games and time for sightseeing. The house made the week stay very enjoyable and we would stay here again if/when we return to play some more hockey. BTW...we did win the Tournament !!

Annual Nashville trip

This is a great location we love this side of Nashville. There are dozens of great restaurants and bars. The house was awesome, with the exception of parking. There were only a few spaces at the house and street parking for anything else. The cleaning crew could spend a little more time on the details, it the house was pretty nice.

We were so happy with every aspect of this rental! Fit our bachelorette theme "Lindsay's Nash Bash" perfectly and was so close to everything! There were more than enough bedding and everyone was comfortable!

Nice place

This property was perfect for the 5 couples we had. It was nice and well decorated. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness. It needed a good deep cleaning and there was a White Claw can with lipstick on it still in one room from previous renters. That being said, we would probably stay here again if we had a big group. The uber rides to broadway was about $19 for 5 people.

Beautiful house but dirty

The house was in a great neighborhood and was beautiful, but it was extremely dirty, especially the bathrooms. One of the bedrooms was also missing a fitted bedsheet.

Bachelor Party Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. Entry and check out were seamless and the property is as well-maintained as pictured. It was great for a large group and there was plenty of space for 10 to hang out in the living room and kitchen. There were also sufficient beds for 10 people, with no one sharing anything smaller than a king. It was easy to get downtown by Uber/Lyft and there are also restaurants and bars within walking distance. The only issue was that the drain in the bathroom of the master bedroom upstairs was clogged, making that shower unusable. This is an easy fix.

Near Butler University and Hillsboro Village

The location of thus house was even better than I expected when booking it. The house was laid out well for our family (though two of the bedrooms are in the entrance/basement level - so if with young children consider if you are OK with young kids being two floors below the master bedroom. The top floor has two more bedrooms with king beds, one also has a twin bed with a trundle in it.) We had one minor issue, which the owner resolved immediately. So, it was a non issue as the owner was great to work with. It is a very comfortable home, comfortable mattresses, and fun furntiture/decor. Was a very relaxing place to stay. Would love to return!
