Hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones frente al mar en el piso 18 en Majestic Beach Resort.

Bienvenido a nuestro hermoso condominio en las costas arenosas de PCB! ¡Nuestras vistas desde el balcón son inolvidables y las puestas de sol son increíbles! Hay 3 piscinas al aire libre, 2 piscinas cubiertas, 3 jacuzzis y el H20 Bar & Grill para el almuerzo y cócteles junto a la piscina. (Abierto en temporada) El Majestic Market & Deli cuenta con Starbucks, sándwiches y suministros de playa. El gimnasio cuenta con una sala de sauna y vapor y servicios de spa disponibles por un cargo adicional al resort. Hay una cancha de tenis en la azotea sobre la plataforma de estacionamiento. Nuestro condominio bellamente amueblado tiene un dormitorio principal con cama King y baño separado. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama Queen y literas. El baño conectado tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Todos los pisos son de baldosas y la cocina tiene encimeras de granito, una gran barra de desayuno y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La lavadora / secadora apilable se encuentra en un armario del pasillo y el armario delantero tiene sillas de playa, fideos y tablas de surf para su uso. ¡La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen y vistas increíbles cuando mira la televisión o hace un desayuno familiar! Las arenas blancas y el agua esmeralda están a unos pasos de las pasarelas de la cubierta de la piscina junto con parasailing, paseos en banana, motos de agua y alquiler de sillas de playa / sombrillas. ¡Majestic Beach es verdaderamente un diamante en Emerald Shores!

Beware as this was a really bad experience! My first clue was that the owner "Nicole B" herself had written one of the few reviews -- deceptive from the start. Condo amenities were misrepresented on the ad and the owner refused to make any adjustments -- said it was out of her control even though she's the one who scammed us out of our money and easily could have made things right. She refused to do anything about it -- told us it was our problem and that we should try and resolve it ourselves! We booked this condo because of the promised amenities as we were traveling with 3 active teens/tweens. Most if not all of the advertised amenities were broken, closed, not available, etc and the few things that were open charged high extra fees that were not disclosed in the ad. Definitely not "brimming with amenities". The condo itself was OK. There was one small bug in the kitchen drawer but not a big deal. There were some strange things like the kitchen cabinets wouldn't close because the plates were too large. There is a nice view and it's nicely equipped overall but the lack of care and concern from the owner was very disappointing.

Property was beautiful, location right on the water, view was amazing. I sent an email at time of booking inquiring about pricing for an extra night and heard absolutely zero response we did end up go the night before and stayed somewhere else because of the lack of response had she answered we could have stayed in place 2 nights…parking instructions not clear, also was not clear no need to wait in line at front desk to check in and elevator service was horrible (we took 18 flights of stairs more than once die to wait but may be due to holiday) so place was gorgeous, clean, spacious, huge disappointment manager could jot take time for a simple response

Great Unit Wonderful Views But Bad Experience

Nicole is great. Unit is very nicely appointed And clean with spectacular views. The beach was packed with very inconsiderate people who apparently think COVID-19 doesn’t exist. Couldn’t find space anywhere, even by the pool which was small and filled with people on top of each other. In order to find any space we had to either leave the property and travel 45 minutes to find a beach we felt relatively comfortable with, or wait until 6 pm for the riff raff to clear out. Also, you can hear loud cars and motorcycles from the 18th floor as if they’re right outside the window. We did not sleep well at all. Although the unit was nice and Nicole was great, we won’t be back to PCB. We may try Watercolor next time since the people there seem to be a bit more considerate of others.

Amazing trip!!

Me and my best friend brought 6 teenagers to stay and it was fabulous. Literally steps to the beach. The condo was super clean there was plenty of room. The balcony had great views and nice tables and chairs to sit on for coffee in the morning. The manager, Nicole, was spot on from beginning to end. A wonderful surprise was a closet that had 4 folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, several boogie boards, noodles, and tons of sand toys. I had to ask about the 2nd parking pass but Nicole told us right away where it was. There is a map of the property but we didn’t see it until the last day because it was on a tray by the tv. The ice maker wasn’t working but there is a machine on the bottom floor that sells bags of ice for $4 but it is cards only. Not cash. It was a wonderful property and would definitely stay here again.

Feels like home

Lovely felt like home, the condo had everything that we needed was very comfortable, amazing views, and easy walking distance to dine and shop. Would definitely book again.

Amazing trip. This unit was everything it was described to be. Perfect location close to everything.

Absolutely loved our stay. First time staying here. We have stayed in other places and this was the best. Beautiful views. Perfectly located. Everything it was exactly as advertised to be. Property manager was very helpfully and always quick to respond. Will definitely be make future plans to stay again. If you are looking for a perfect vacation rental. You won’t go wrong with this one.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. It is very clean, had everything and more that we needed and has an amazing view of the ocean! We are already asking Nicole about booking with her again for our girls trip next year!!!!

Overall great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The views are excellent & the condo is very roomy & well decorated! We had plenty of dishes & just enough necessities. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance & a golf cart rental place directly across the street. The only downside is the elevators.. they are fast once you’re on them, but we had to wait 15-20 minutes at times because they were just too full. The beach did get very crowded with tents early in the morning so it left little to no room for our own chairs & the chairs available for rent are pricey. We waited until the evening to go to the beach each day & it was much more enjoyable.

Magnificent Majestic Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic. It had everything we love in a resort. We had a nice room and many great amenities that were easily accessible. We had no problems with parking or elevators, which is really a big deal in a large resort.

4th of July fun!!!

Everything was amazing!!! The condo, very comfortably cozy, amazing ocean view, friendly helpful staff... Couldn't asked for another place to stay. It was hard to say goodbye to it but hopefully plan to visit again soon! Thank you Nicole 😊

Wonderful vacation

We spent five days and four nights at this lovely condo. The location is excellent. Check in was smooth, with plenty of luggage carts available. We enjoyed the beautiful waters of the Gulf and took a daytime excursion to a nearby island. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

AMAZING PICK!!!

We drove through the night because we have 4 kids and traveling is much easier while they sleep. We arrive at 4am but all the information had already been supplied to us so getting in our unit was a breeze. There was a security guard at the entrance to the building who gave us a luggage cart and we already had the door codes so we were able to get into our unit immediately. Cleanliness is definitely a top priority we could tell; sheets smelled fresh, the unit smelled so pleasant, towels were folded neatly and smelled great, floors were clean, furniture was free of dust and dirt, kitchen countertops were shiny and clean. It was impeccable! There were extra bed linens, pillows and blankets in each closet. The owner thoughtfully placed beach and pool toys in the entry closet as well. Kitchen was adequately stocked and there were some extra things in the pantry. We used the fold out sofa bed for relaxing after a long day to watch movies as a family. The balcony offers spectacular views perfect for dolphin watching. The ONLY negative I have isn’t about this condo specifically but more-so about the building itself; the elevator lines tend to be longer than desirable (especially in the late afternoon/early evening) but it was nothing we couldn’t handle. I would most definitely choose this condo again for our family and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone I know headed to PCB! Five stars all around!!!
