Perfect for families or couples, this spacious retreat features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony overlooking sugar-white sands/emerald waters. The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath and gulf front balcony view. Second king bedroom and additional full bath provide comfort and convenience for couples, families and your guests.Majestic Beach Tower II, 10th floor.
Enjoy resort-style amenities including 3 sparkling pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, and direct beach access just steps away. Centrally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, this condo is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories by the shore.

Guests at our condo are able to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer. MBT has a Starbucks, H2O Bar & Grill with outdoor seating, Market & Gift Shop and so much more! Game room and onsite Movie theater with stadium seating for guests. The resort has multiple direct access/ramps to 650ft of Emerald Coast sand!
Our condo comes with 4 beach chairs/ umbrella for your use. Please DO NOT leave them unattended on the beach or the property.
Wristbands: provided in the condo. You will be charged $20 PER lost wristband. You must leave them on the wall hook upon checkout. Children under 10 do not need to wear a band.
Pools & hot tubs are open 8am to 10pm. Quiet hours are enforced.Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking's guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
NO PARTIES…. Must be age 25+ to rent.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am, strictly enforced
Pets and smoking are prohibited per HOA regulations.
Parking is available in the covered garage, a cost of $41.50 per vehicle. This amount is for your entire stay, paid directly to the resort through a link sent prior to your arrival.
Public parking is available near by.
*Please note we only provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent and trash bags) despite your length of stay.
** STRICTLY ENFORCED Violations are subject to fines, cancellation, and evictions without a refund!
