Unidad decorada por el diseñador en Island Princess en la isla de Okaloosa, con televisores de pantalla plana por cable y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones (TV de 39 "en televisores LR y 32" en todas las habitaciones), acceso inalámbrico a Internet. Perfectamente ubicado hacia el final del primer piso para una noche tranquila en el patio y a pocos pasos de la piscina, el jacuzzi y la playa ... sin esperar los ascensores. La configuración de sillas de playa y sombrillas incluyó de marzo a octubre. Piscina (climatizada en invierno), jacuzzi, estacionamiento cubierto y gimnasio en el lugar. Cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos para 2018, estufa nueva, refrigerador, lavavajillas y microondas. Tiene encimeras de granito y barra de desayuno con cuatro sillas de bar ... que ofrece muchos asientos junto con un juego de comedor. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado; el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, el dormitorio del medio tiene una cama queen y la habitación '' amigable para los niños '' tiene un tema de surf y obras de arte (tiene literas con una doble superior, inferior de tamaño completo y una cama nido debajo para dormir cuatro). Colchones con acolchado superior en todas las habitaciones. ¡¡¡Querrá regresar cada año a este condominio de lujo en las espectaculares playas de arena blanca y suave de la 'Costa Esmeralda' !!

Convenient Comfort

The 3 br, 3 bath condo was nicely decorated and very spacious! Loved the location on the ground floor just steps from the pool and beach. Was nice to have beach chairs included and enjoyed the outdoor chairs and patio area each night!

Great value

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms in a ground floor unit! Yes! Comfortable master bed, easy check in, was recently painted. Could use a furniture update but everything works. The value of this unit is unbeatable. This is our second stay in this unit, we will be back.

Great family vacation

The property manager was great to work with and very accomodating. The kitchen tools/appliances were very basic, but the rooms were spacious enough to fit our family of 7 well. We knew we were sacrificing the ocean view with a 1st floor condo, but we loved the walkout patio and used it often. We also loved the convenience of being close to the pool and beach walkway.

So happy I choose this spot for my active family!

I looked at a bunch of condos in Ft Walton before choosing this one. We wanted a quiet, beautiful beach, away from retail beachside businesses. Also, i am a serious sand castle builder and having a ground floor condo is essential. Going up an elevator with my equipment is.not an option.

Good value

The location and ease of this condo can't be beat. We had a few issues during our stay and they were handled promptly. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived, and I think with a few more updates such as replacing the refrigerator and repairing some stains from water damage on the ceiling I would give it 5 stars.

Amanda Hopefully, you can come back soon to give me that 5 Star review since I replaced the refrigerator and all the other appliances (stove, dishwasher and microwave). I try to upgrade some area of the condo every winter to keep it updated. Last year, I replaced the living room chairs, couch and washer/dryer. The year before, I replaced TVs to have a 32” in every bedroom, 39” in living room and all new mattresses. See you soon. Randy

Family Vacation

Very nice complex and the room was awesome! Very spacious! We had a problem with one of the beds and it was replaced in a day! Parking was plentiful and access to the beach was great! Keri was our contact and she was totally responsive whenever we needed anything! We actually left a fairly valuable item at the condo and it was found and being returned to us! Nothing but good things to say about our stay!

Perfect

Highly recommend this condo for families. It was great to be all on one floor. This unit is on first floor and enjoyed the very short walk to beach. Beds seem to be hard. The bunk bed room needs a fan or ceiling fan tends to get a little warm. But it was worth it.

Our 7th stay over 12 years at island princess but a different unit

Dishes and pans perfect as I love to cook. Dressers, all end tables and coffee table need to be up dated and many areas need touch up paint. The dust bunnies under everything were terrible (I do floor exercises so could see under things) and bath tub drains were full of hair

Close to the Beach

The size of the condo was great for our family and the proximity to the beach and pool was wonderful. The condo could definitely use a "refresh" as far as deep cleaning and updating. CD players didn't work, some electrical outlets didn't work, but we weren't there for the condo we were there for the beach - which was beautiful! Property manager was quick to respond and tried to help. We had small children so we were in the unit more than others probably would have been. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Somewhat disappointed

The condo itself was nice but the bed in the middle bedroom had a busted box spring and the slats in the bunks was a terrible set up. The kitchen sink leaked and we had to put a bowl under the garbage disposal and had to empty it 3-4 times a day. My husband even slide and almost fell because the mat in front of the sink was soaking wet from the leak. I emailed the owner and never received any response at all! This was not the only time communication wasn’t good. I had to email the owner on the Thursday before we were to check in (Saturday) just to get check in info. This was the worst communication I’ve ever had in staying in a condo. When you pay the kind of money you pay for a weeks stay I feel like beds should be comfortable! One other issue we had was the ice maker would not dispense ice through the door. You had to get the ice out with your hands. In the pictures it shows a regular washer and dryer but it was actually an apartment size all in one. Like I stated before, we did like the condo and I like the convenience of it being on the first floor. Just disappointed in the issues we did have.

We appreciate that you stayed with us and that you appreciated the convenience of the 1st floor access. I have addressed your issues and actually like it if people do contact me with any issues so I continue to get good reviews. You may have emailed Keri who does the bookings for me, but I didn’t receive any contact during your stay. I put new mattresses on the king and queen and purchased a new box springs. The bunk beds have notches for main slats and I had added extras, but I screwed down the bottom slats after your comments. The washer/dryer is the larger stack combo and there have never been pictures on the website showing something else. Thank you again and corrections have been made. Randy (owner)

Convenient for older people

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here with afew exceptions and only one of them was property issue. Neighbors above us were noisy all night long but that's not the property owner's fault. They could use a new cleaning service since we found cheerios in the bedrooms and other living areas, it needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The guest room with bunkers needs some new slats or something since the mattress fell through one night and we had to put it back together at 4am. Other than that it was very well supplied and an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it to someone.

Great visit

The property manager was great answering any questions we had. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sliding glass doors are a little hard to open which I didn't mind having a little one with us. She couldn't get out. We would definitely stay again!
