Esta casa está recién construida y ofrece muchas comodidades fantásticas como una piscina privada y un balcón con una hermosa vista de la bahía. Good location with walking distance to the beach. Cleanliness of pool and request for an iron went unresolved. Bed sheets with stains.

This property is rebted through vacasa. It is in a great location, but hard to find at first. The address they send you is not in google, but you turn in between two houses that are under construction in a small alley way to get to house. House was clean and easy to get to beach. They had chairs and toys for beach and on site pool. We loved the dock and fished every night off it. Kitchen had bare minimum of supplies, but we made due. Construction next door, and will start building soon. Would stay here again though!

Loved the distance to the beach and dock!

Our family loved being able to fish off the dock everyday. The bait shop nearby was awesome and helped our guys with what bait to use! The walk to the beach was easy and so nice. It was a great house for us!!

Great Location!!!

We enjoyed the house and the location. An easy walk to the beach. Fishing right off the back dock. The house is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great view from the living area and back pool area. House was clean. Vacasa was helpful and quick to help with a door handle issue.

Beware of ongoing issues plus termites!!

Termites galore! We were informed we may find some wings from termites they had sprayed for, but we had a lot of termites still alive and flying around. Fridge still leaked, (went through 3 towels to keep it from running all over the kitchen), floors and pool were sandy. Toilets and 1 shower weren't clean. BUT our biggest issue was when we went to use the bathroom after a 10 hour drive and we have NO water! After calling the local "team" twice (the 1st phone call was never reported and no ticket was created according to the 2nd person I talked to), the property manager came out and 3 hours later with plumbers concluded the main water had been severed by owner of property next to us while driving posts in the ground. Next day, NO WATER AGAIN. This time it was the neighboring owner working on his waterline, disconnecting where they had tied into HIS waterline because they couldn't actually find our meter. At least not without a shovel according to that owner. Again, without water for another 3 hours. With kids. No toilet, washing hands, showering off, cooking for 3 hours on 2 of our days there. All I got from VACASA during this was a request for pictures of the uncleanliness and an apology for the inconvenience and an offer to reclean. I refused to take time from my family to go take pictures just to prove the uncleanliness. Besides, how do you take pictures of sand in a stairwell that's marbled in color? And how were they going to reclean with no water???? We absolutely should have been comped for the time we had no water! I haven't received any contact regarding this except for the generic auto texts. And the pool is HOT!! Apparently, its heated year-round at 83 degrees. Add 97 degree outside temp and it is 1 large sauna! Miserable actually. No relief from the hot days. So, be aware if you have small children that decide they don't like the sand and salt at the beach. It is a shame because the location is perfect. House, rooms, beds, all perfect but none of that matters if you have no water, a hot pool and a leaky fridge!

The house was awesome the kids loved the pool. The dock at the back kept my 12 year old busy the whole time fishing. The beach was just a short walk away and the outdoor showers made clean up so easy after a day at the beach. Hope to stay again next year.

Best location ever!

The property was amazing! Super location. Pool was clean. Pier had been rebuilt. House accommodated the ten of us well. Could have used a new frying pan and a smaller saucepan. But all in all this place was great.

Location Location Location!

Our daughter was married on the beach right across the street. I loved the sunrise on the bay each morning and just a short walk to view the sunset at evening. The pool was very popular with the children. Enough room for grandparents plus a family of 5. Clean and roomy! Loved the pillows and bedding! Wonderful memories all around! Oh and showers were just the right pressure. (Had to buy salt and pepper but then read it in the fine print after the fact.) And I couldn’t find the iron when I needed it . But overall I give it 5 out of 5 !

Location to the beach was excellent. House needed some work. There was no Keurig from the website viewing. The back deck was destroyed. Should’ve been told of it on the website. They never came to clean the pool all week. Pool area I needed some TLC sides of the house needed to be picked up and cleaned. weeds and bird. droppings were all over. lacking big noodle pots and pans in the kitchen.

Nice view with some issues

The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.

Views and Location!!!

This three level home sits on the bay and mere steps from the oceanfront as well. Pool and dock availability made this a prime location. Hot tub and pool were well lit for night swims and watching the boats come in at night. Size of home and ample bedrooms and restrooms gave us more than enough space for our family of five. Bridge street was a three minute walk and beautiful beach access with lifeguards were directly in front of this street! Great location tucked away against the bay- would stay again!

2024 Vacation

Best hands down view! Love the top deck looking the ocean. The hot tub was great especially in the night time to unwind. Location is just 1 minute walk to the beach, literally right across the street. Over all is good. They were working on the road so it was a bit hard to come in and out of the property but it was duable. Will be coming back next year again.

Misrepresented property

This house is not new, as stated in listing. Furniture is stained and shabby. Third floor beds were not even usable. Pool was dirty and not usable. Called customer service and complained and asked to have someone come over and clean pool. No one showed up. I would hesitate to use Vrbo again as I wouldn’t trust the pictures and listing information. We paid $800 per night as the pictures and listing information looked wonderful. All information turned out to be fraudulent. I will in future book a hotel instead. At least hotels have comfortable clean beds and clean pools. I am requesting a refund for this property. It was a dump.

Bridgeview Retreat

We absolutely loved the location of the home. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. It did lack good cookware in the kitchen. The beds could be much better including pillows. It needs some TLC some things were falling apart in the kitchen when we arrived. It doesn’t have lights in the bathrooms above the mirrors so you may need to bring a makeup mirror ladies. Overall we loved it and it had a beautiful view of the bay especially at night with the lights.
